I ordered it in price on daraz was 6999 rs but when parcel received the price was revised to 7450, with out intimation to me, I paid it but this is not fair, I paid 451 rs more than orderd price, plz solve this issue as soon as possible. my order no was [protected] which was shipped on 2 feb by hd electric karachi abdullah haroon r. d al - najeebi bazar shop g-110. naseeem ahmad khan niazi jacobabad, mob [protected]
Refund claim
I have returned back pathetic products purchased through draz.com. after that i requested and marked returned products on 08-dec-17 to credit amount in my personal account against order number [protected] till then my amount is not being credited in the account. The person which marked my returned item by his mistake generated my "voucher" for claim refund instead to "credit" same in my account. Every time when due date came call representative made lame excuses and given me another date.
I want to know do draz.com has any ethical policies or code of ethics to address the customers. It is once again requested the concerned to please look into my matter personally which is being delayed since 08-12-17. Furthermore, i also claimed for compensation voucher for botheration which i m facing since more than one month.

I purchased a mobile phone online. Payment was deducted and order could not be placed. I contacted daraz and they said new order will be automatically placed and product will be delivered. I have not got the product and no updates from daraz.
Ticket generated by Daraz for my issue is 1982735. I was told on 29-Sep-2017 that my issue will be resolved soon through an email from [protected]@daraz.pk but I'm still waiting.

I had purchased a Samsung 48 Inch LED TV from daraz.pk on the 2nd of Oct-17 and my payment has also been done but there is no update from daraz and i have been following up with daraz helpline customer service to get the issue resolved but there is no response at all over the query neither has it been resolved. I found the service very pathetic and fraudulent as they are just lingering it on and despite several calls and emails my issue stands the same.

I have purchased a phone and a doll house from Daraz. Both of the things when received was completely different from the explained features. Phone has no 3G in it when i complaint they removed the advertisement and doll house was too small and damaged too. According to their so called return policy i returned the products very next day. they took a month in processing it, they never ever bother to call or email to give any information about product whenever i used to call to take an update they always comes up with a lame excuse system is not upgraded or your query is in process. After a month they returned back the fone on my address (the damaged one with no 3G) and the doll house with no information at all. No money back and no tracking on doll house.
The Govt' shall take a necessary action against these thugs online seller in Pakistan; A country where the thugs may get rich only by looting the people through different ways.

Defective products which don't works but just waste your money
I ordered first time from daraz.pk a hair brush straightener for my wife and was scared too from inside that i might get something else not what they show you on pictures even though i also seen many bad reviews against them online but the deal they had was very cheap as compared with the market so i took a chance and guess what? i was right. They not only sent me a defective piece but the used product which was repaired (as it shows the screws was with scratches and sides were like somebody opened it with screwdriver).
People please be aware not to buy any product from daraz.pk i have wasted my money for nothing on their scam website but you can save it by just keep yourself away from them.
