He has very low respect for his clients. This guy never prepared or even submitted the evidence I provided to support my case... He even admitted in court that maybe it's fis fault not all evidence is there, he asked me to lie in court, and not to tell the entire truth. I will sue for my money back and time wasted waiting for my case to be done. He never helped me, he actually made it worse by not being prepared for my hearing.

Roy Kellog is one of the worst human beings I have EVER MET. He made me feel like I was less of a person for being an immigrant. He barley ever answered my questions and if I asked too many questions he would say:"becoming a permanent resident is not your right so you better be grateful that I'm even doing this for you so stop asking questions". He was constantly trying to intimidate me. It was horrible. When I signed the contract he was so nice and promising me to get my paperwork done within 6 months - 9 months! I was so shocked because no one else ever promised me that... WELL after I signed everything and we submitted the paper work I called him about 3 months later to ask how things were going and he told me to stop calling because it'll take two years anyway so I can stop annoying him. His assistant is just as good of a liar as he is and she is also his wife! Anyone willing to marry this devil was either insanely desperate or is just as much of a devil as he is. After I got my approval in principle Roy Kellog told me to apply for a work permit and it would be complicated so I could just pay him 500$ and hed get it done but I did some research on my own and everywhere I read that after receiving my approval in principle it would only be between 2-6 weeks before I would have a scheduled interview to receive my PR, so I told Roy Kellog that and he told me I was stupid for thinking that cuz it could take months and if I wanted to finally work I should pay him. Well I decided against it because I did not want anything more to do with him and 4 weeks later (after calling immigration myself) I had my interview and received my permanent residency. I want to make one thing clear... I could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE to get my paperwork checked over. Roy Kellog was NOT the reason why I miraculously got my papers so I will not give him ANY credit. He is truly THE WORST HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER MET. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM! Doesn't matter if you are an immigrant, you aren't entitled to be treated with respect! This man does not deserve the business of hard working people!

Beware of this company! Roy Kellogg is a arrogant know-it-all. He does not even care to remember what your case was, leaves all the work for his assistants and just makes assumptions on what your case might have been... His assistant did not look through my documents carefully enough and my permit got declined for one small mistake. Not to mention that she did not even know what documents I needed, I had to demand that she would include the mandatory document for my permit application in the package, as she thought it was not necessary.
Roy suggested to pay a price without HST, but in that case he would not provide a receipt. After initial price, he asked for more money and later, when my case got declined he "forgot" how much we actually paid...
There were many other details that make the office untrustworthy. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Hello Mr. Roy Kellogg may be you still remember Nelson your client that you provided a fictitious LMO with confirmation #7386632 and dated 2008-06-12 our engagement started January 27, 2008 when I send my first payment .I am so happy and excited when you send it to me that LMO, for several months that I've been waiting you provided me an employer to speed up my FSW application. Since we are in New York at that time we are advice to go back to our country of origin to enter Canada after the work visa is being issued.December 24, 2008 we decided to go home in the Philippines and waited for almost 5 months until I decided to call up the employer you provided that appears in the LMO, it turn out that even the employer you provided doesn't know me. The employer ID#228990 with a name Ontario Roofing & General Contracting .I call you Mr. Kellogg to verify, but what happen you drop my call. I tried to contact you thru your e mail same thing happen you barred me . Sir if you are a straight person I dont think you can afford to do this to us remember that hard earned money you got it means a lot for my family I'm so comfortable sending money by the time you demanded because I don't expect you can do this to us. Its been a year already that the canadian government refund the RPRF for those FSW applicant affected by the new immigration law. I do hope you can do the same

This company is a fraud they have changed their name from Capital Visas to CV Immigration please beware they have ripped off many people with the name of Capital Visas and had their OISC licence taken away and now they have launched a company by another Name CV Immigration please beware before you pay them,
