CANVISA Immigration / CV Immigration appeal of sponsorship of spouse

He has very low respect for his clients. This guy never prepared or even submitted the evidence I provided to support my case... He even admitted in court that maybe it's fis fault not all evidence is there, he asked me to lie in court, and not to tell the entire truth. I will sue for my money back and time wasted waiting for my case to be done. He never helped me, he actually made it worse by not being prepared for my hearing.

CANVISA Immigration / CV Immigration roy kellog

Roy Kellog is one of the worst human beings I have EVER MET. He made me feel like I was less of a person for being an immigrant. He barley ever answered my questions and if I asked too many questions he would say:"becoming a permanent resident is not your right so you better be grateful that I'm even doing this for you so stop asking questions". He was constantly trying to intimidate me. It was horrible. When I signed the contract he was so nice and promising me to get my paperwork done within 6 months - 9 months! I was so shocked because no one else ever promised me that... WELL after I signed everything and we submitted the paper work I called him about 3 months later to ask how things were going and he told me to stop calling because it'll take two years anyway so I can stop annoying him. His assistant is just as good of a liar as he is and she is also his wife! Anyone willing to marry this devil was either insanely desperate or is just as much of a devil as he is. After I got my approval in principle Roy Kellog told me to apply for a work permit and it would be complicated so I could just pay him 500$ and hed get it done but I did some research on my own and everywhere I read that after receiving my approval in principle it would only be between 2-6 weeks before I would have a scheduled interview to receive my PR, so I told Roy Kellog that and he told me I was stupid for thinking that cuz it could take months and if I wanted to finally work I should pay him. Well I decided against it because I did not want anything more to do with him and 4 weeks later (after calling immigration myself) I had my interview and received my permanent residency. I want to make one thing clear... I could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE to get my paperwork checked over. Roy Kellog was NOT the reason why I miraculously got my papers so I will not give him ANY credit. He is truly THE WORST HUMAN BEING I HAVE EVER MET. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM! Doesn't matter if you are an immigrant, you aren't entitled to be treated with respect! This man does not deserve the business of hard working people!

CANVISA Immigration / CV Immigration immigration service

Beware of this company! Roy Kellogg is a arrogant know-it-all. He does not even care to remember what your case was, leaves all the work for his assistants and just makes assumptions on what your case might have been... His assistant did not look through my documents carefully enough and my permit got declined for one small mistake. Not to mention that she did not even know what documents I needed, I had to demand that she would include the mandatory document for my permit application in the package, as she thought it was not necessary.
Roy suggested to pay a price without HST, but in that case he would not provide a receipt. After initial price, he asked for more money and later, when my case got declined he "forgot" how much we actually paid...
There were many other details that make the office untrustworthy. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Since we are in New York at that time we are advice to go back to our country of origin to enter Canada after the work visa is being issued.December 24, 2008 we decided to go home in the Philippines and waited for almost 5 months until I decided to call up the employer you provided that appears in the LMO, it turn out that even the employer you provided doesn't know me. The employer ID#228990 with a name Ontario Roofing & General Contracting .I call you Mr. Kellogg to verify, but what happen you drop my call. The above list of complaints are obviously fake, but CV Immigration assisted me with my company's Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence and they assisted me with the Audit of my company and helped me represent my case with the Home Office. I am well happy with the service provided. Mr Kumar I think you are confused with another company because CV Immigration Ltd gave me a flawless service, they know what they are talking about, they also assisted one of my colleagues and had his application approved so quickly. Thank you CV immigration for all your hard work, I couldn't have got my Tier 2 without these guys.

I Mr kumar am very anyoed and full of anger to find that the people posting the above comments are sharing my wife's case in public and pretending to be me .
Me or my wife have not posted anything on this site and this is false and totally fabricated comments from someone who is talking about our case without our authorisation and against data protection.
I have a good idea of the people resonsible for posting the above compliant and in fact they are employee's of capital visas. Plus they are the only people that know about our case .it is certain individuals that I complained about for being unprofessional handling our case they have done this to cause trouble.
So please take no notice of these posts above it is not me or my wife making these false reviews.

I disagree kumar123456. Carter Vincent helped me with my application. When I submitted all the documents to the embassy; they contacted me again for more documents. Which I did not understand why my previous solicitors did not advise me before but the casework team at Carter Vincent explained to me why the Embassy was requesting the same documents that we submitted initially.

My husband was on DLA and was working at the same time. They explained to me the possible outcomes of the application as the Government was refusing so many application. Because of the income. I personally think they don't want anybody claiming benefits and working with higher salaries. I hope is not your case. Sometimes we just have bad luck.

As human being we love complaining about other and we always try to justified our own mistakes blaming others.

I will always recommend Carter Vincent.

They got my visa rejected as their case worker anna maria did not check my documents properly for the maintenance and accommodation. They can appeal on the matter as they are registered as level 1 with OISC.

My name is Ivanna Natanchuk Kumar my husband was on DLA and they did not have any knowledge on how to do the case. if anyone is having the same problem with them please contact me so that we can complaint against this crook company.
