$25,000 bond case closed and no info about returning any money
Very good customer service at the beginning. A lot of promises to desperate family trying to get their family member home stating that all the money that we paid for them to get our family member released would be returned after the case with immigration was resolved. The immigration case has been resolved. and we keep trying to call, but they tell us that they have nothing to do with the money that we have to speak with immigration. After getting advice from attorneys on how to get the bond back, you have to receive an I 391 to be able to request for a bond to be returned. The person who receives the form is the person who gets the money back and we found out that they were the ones who were to receive that form. Every time we called they tell us we have to contact immigration. They have nothing to do with it. Which is not true.
Desired outcome: We want what they promised at the beginning. For our money to be returned. we complied by paying all of the maintenance fees requested not to mention they received interest on the $25,000.

*scam sham wham bam thank ya ma'am *whatever you wish to call it! Very nice and respectful until you wire them the required amount they tell you, in my case it was $1800 to have my aunt released from jail on an immigration bond of $8000.00.
