Cub Cadet review: Do not buy its garbage!

I purchased a Cub Cadet tractor last winter for this new season. Never use the machine last season. I used the machine once and it stopped working. I had to jump the battery just to get it started. I have tried jumping the battery again and still won't start. Have fresh gas and oil in the machine and still won't start. I have used the machine less than 2 hours and it's a failure. How do I return this product? I spent over $4500, and it is simply garbage. Do I need to file a lawsuit just to get my money back. I purchased a 3 bagger for the unit, and it was missing parts and items in the box. I had to return to tractor supply multiple times just get the get the parts to use the bagger. This is way too expensive for this machine to work one time and crash. I need to get a return or something.
