I purchased two months ago and used it 4 times. The electronic throttle control failed and called customer service on July 11th to replace the lawn mower and was told to bring it to warranty service center. They had it for a month and Aug 11th I spoke to cub cadet again, and had a three way call with Alexander hardware and Cub cadet had the part in stock and was going to sent the part and my mower would be ready on July 21st. I spoke to another representative and a new case number and how I had been lied to from the representative and wanted the part sent to alexander to repair my mower and received another cast number and was going to call me back and never heard back. Today August 25th I will call again, I want my money back as Cub cadet representatives have lied to me twice and want to start a class action lawsuit
