CSL Plasma The bad day

I was at the CSL plasma center on August 10th. I had accidentally parked. In a handicap space, which everyone does when there's no other parking space is open. And on this day, this worker screener named miss Nancy decided to do the securities job and I felt singled out. She knows so much about the rules but didn't tell me. All I had to do was walk out with a security guard. And what I got my place back in line. She purposely canceled out my visit. And I had to do the whole process over again. Which took me longer to donate through the whole process. Now mind you, she has been working there for years. She has nothing to do with security but acts like she's doing their job. I didn't know they gave her 2 jobshe's very nosy and loose talking with people of color because of her. Some people might not want to donate there.

CSL Plasma Had a great first visit!

Went to the Northland Columbus, Ohio office. It was easy to set the appointment online. Arrived on time and was greeted with a very polite representative. The entire check-in process was lengthy and had repetitive questions/ information but I didn't care. The promise of funds at the end was enticing. There is a screening with a nurse to make sure you are physically able to donate. Then, she walked me back and the technician hooked me up. Normally, you wait in line but your first visit, you get to skip. The initial stick didn't hurt at all, my guy was amazing!

About half way though, I got very hot and they stopped my donation. A technician and nurse came rushing over. The reversed the blood and stopped the collection. They provided me with ice packs and a fan. They stayed by my side the entire time until I was feeling better. I don't think I drank enough water the day before. They asked lots of questions and made sure I was a-okay. I felt very well attended to. The nurse said I donated enough to help others so that made me feel good!

Afterwards, my technician unhooked me and loaded my cash onto my prepaid debit card. On the way out, I picked up my debit card and checked the balance. Omg- I got paid to sit on my duff and give plasma. Going back as soon as I can because this is a great side hustle.

CSL Plasma Justin is a Rock Star at Yeadon CSL

So this morning I get to the CSL at Yeadon location which ALWAYS seems to be understaffed and there is only one gentleman performing the donations (not sure what they're called). He is handling 10 people at one time non-stop while another 30 people are on the line waiting their turn. All these people for only one person. However, Justin understands the urgency, and proceeds to do his job with such high positive energy. He doesn't seem overwhelmed or frazzled at all. I think I was more stressed than him just watching him have so much on his plate. Yet he continued to connect donors to the machine while disconnecting donors that were completed and while cleaning up and setting up for the next individuals on the line. All the while there's another staff member by a computer who seems to be taking a job related test and she is asking him assistance about some questions on the test she does not understand with no regards to the pressure he is experiencing. He seemed to answer her once but then clarified to her he could not assist her anymore because he had 10 donors to maintain and a line of 40 waiting to be next. I don't know what the issue is I'm this location with maintaining the proper amount of staff but Justin should be commended. He shouldn't be commended for just doing his job but he should be commended for his professionalism, diligence, team player attitude, positivity and holding it down when it's necessary. He deserves a raise it a bonus. Most of all he deserves acknowledgment for keeping a smile under a very strenuous situation. Thank you Justin for making me feel at ease when you noticed I was afraid of the needle. You are a rock star and any company would be better off having you as an employee.

CSL Plasma CSL Is Not What It Seems

CSL Plasma recently removed a survey questioning donor satisfaction with payment, despite a significant decrease in donation payments, particularly for new and returning donors. The survey should also consider adding donor satisfaction involving bonuses as well as promo codes. Which are rarely available, never work, and can never be found in their app either. Which you'd assume would be one of the great ways for CSL to compensate for the decrease in payment for both new and returning donors. The company should reinstate questions both involving payment and real questions that matter to both CSL donors and those considering donating, as well as CSL, if the company is looking to be transparent and sincere and finds donor satisfaction important. Especially if the company is looking for ways to improve the overall donor experience, removing lines of questions and not adding questions that better help the company be aware of what is important to a donor isn't a great way to start, especially since it's a contributing factor to donors as well as the donor's referrals. But sticking to redundant questions that kind of mislead the overall real experience of a donor based on meaningless questions doesn't help the company or the donor understand one another.

CSL Plasma Deplorable conditions!

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to. The employees are on drugs and fail to follow mandatory medical screening procedures for donors. As a result, there is a great risk posed to patients who receive plasma products. I decided to leave prior to screening out of fear of catching an STI. They allow junkies, prostitutes, and sick people to donate here. Beds are not properly sanitized between donors and there are HIPAA violations left and right. I think that they should drug test BOTH the employees and donors to ensure that patients who receive plasma products are safe. They should also be more sanitary to protect the health of donors.

CSL Plasma Employee CSL Lansing MI 1/8/24 7:25 ish pm

Voice from booth behind donation floor, sounded mostly female, did say aloud that she gave a blowjob to my boyfriend Robert Holberg while I was ironically tied up in medical for a lengthy yearly review. The exact words I heard were, "while she was in medical I sucked his dick." A witness was also present when I assume she then denoted to a coworker who asked, "well did you suck his dick" to which she replied, "yes I did.". This occured at the CSL Plasma on Cedar St in Lansing Michigan on 1/8/2024 around 7:30pm. My boyfriend was wearing a Polo thermal off white with camel colored jean pants and a yellow plaid button down shirt. He has brown hair and glasses and was screened in booth #7. I also have reason to believe that this is not an isolated event and has occurred in the parking lot and/or bathroom, CD Room, etc. As this is a highly unprofessional and also extremely unethical issue not to mention a serious health concern, I expect this to be received with a sincere followup. If video footage happens to be lost, I can suggest that due to my position in the donation floor section 4 that this individual had placed me there on purpose to oversee the screen contents of my phone and was prepared to answer to this assertion. Kindly do document this problem and when a suitable consequence has been discussed within the code of conduct, I would greatly appreciate a follow up. Thank you for looking into this disgusting and dispicable act which surly could serve as grounds for termination if not deferral or loss of medical practice licensure as well as a sex crime. I can be reached at 500 Sprucewood Avenue Lansing Michigan and [protected]@gmail.com. Upon my leaving the facility just around 8:15pm I also heard directly behind me the name, "Lori Burke" prior to a tall Black female with braids perform a less than pleasing job of ripping my IV out and violently removing my cuff.

Claimed loss: No Cash Value

Desired outcome: Per Code of Conduct & Company Policy

CSL Plasma Bad service unprofessional staff misinformation

The Newark Delaware CSL plasma location has very unprofessional staff that smells like marijuana and they were also talking about drugs on the clock while I was getting my blood pressure and pulse ox taken so one of the staff techs took my pulse and it was 1001 so she made me sit before trying several blood pressure cuffs so either way the end result was inaccurate long story short she made me sit for 15 minutes so after sitting she re restated my pulse and she said it spike up to 124 which is false so asked for manager Tyler Davis and I explained to him that all of the pulse rates are inaccurate because she kept using different cuffs several times he says it’s nothing he can do and see you another time very misleading and unprofessional

CSL Plasma Staff treated me so awful today!!!

Today was an awful experience at CSL Plasma at 29th & Topeka BLVD. I was mistreated from the start. First the lady that screened me said I had bruising on my right arm. There was nothing there! She sent me to medical and the guy didn’t even look at my arm, but wrote a bunch of notes about my supposed bruise and said I had to donate from the other arm. The guy that stuck me was rude and short with me. Then to top it all off I had to wait 18 minutes to get unhooked. A guy that got done 7 minutes after me got unhooked before me AFTER I told the lady I was done first she snapped at me and said I didn’t know that and still went and unhooked the guy before she came and unhooked me. She hurt me really bad taking the needle out. She did it on purpose. Worst experience ever! Was even worse it today is my birthday 😞

Desired outcome: Done donating at CSL!

CSL Plasma Verbal abuse by staff

Due to staff shortage only half beds could run but instead of letting folks sit on the open ones left us standing in line for hour and a half I complained of knee pain when got seated and used a swear word the employee who wasn’t even assigned to me said if I didn’t like the wait then I can get out. She continued by mocking me and I asked her to please stop as it was not funny that had to wait till my knee hurt then other staff came over and ganged up on me while she continued to mock me the head asked what was happening she said she had to do something as in mocking me because I dared to be discontent they act like I’m the problem while letting her continue to aggravate I said half my ligaments joints missing. From war injury I pulled up pant to show them why hurt so much and she rolled her eyes and starting laughing at that. Apparently my mangled knee from ied is funny it ruined my life that’s funny so I said wanted to file complaint after that was no more noise went on just donating was almost done when another nurse comes up starts literally screaming in my face that I’m moving around when I know I’m not I asked what her problem was she went ballistic at top of her lungs. I didn’t know what to do so I went to dial the corporate office and before I could said oh your using phone your kicked out now forever. As if I would come. Ack anyhow after all this. I said I am filing on all this you can’t treat people like this she got right in my face put her name tag literally up to my nose while I’m stuck in chair with iv in arm and said here’s my name go ahead. I was literally afraid of what might do while I’m in a vulnerable position these people are responsible for my safety and they obviously mean me harm I was humiliated and in fear for my safety all because I was unhappy about standing for hour and half

Desired outcome: Medical review and investigation into the business

CSL Plasma Neglect while donating

On Tuesday August 1, 2023 between 9:30-10:00 I was donating plasma, and there was many employees and supervisors present when my machine started beeping due to the end of my donation process. I was totally ignored by the black employees and ostracized for wanting to be taking off the machine due to some uncomforts. I was scheduled to return today, and now they've refused my visit.

Desired outcome: Retrain every employee to be considerate of customers. Be diligent in a dignified way. Allow my return. Stop treating the customers like nobodies in your Ocala Florida location. This is my first step in resolution.

CSL Plasma Rude employees not being compensated due to their incompetence

The CSL plasma center in Indianapolis on Washington Street employees are very rude. My app said that I could donate I went there and had to see a nurse. They said my protein level was low last time which they let me donate and nurse said that they will test it today and I will be able to donate if level is OK so they tested my protein and it was perfect. Then they said that they had to get a sample of it to send to the lab so I sat in the chair and they did not have the correct tools to take a sample for me to send to the lab, so after they said, I could donate now I can’t donate and I have to go to another facility to take a sample for the lab which I will not be compensated then either and I would have to wait a couple weeks for the results to come back before I could donate again so they sending me to other places because they don’t have the tools and they don’t want to compensate me for this. I have filed a complaint about their rudeness and nothing has happened. I have walked in the door and waited in line while they sat there and talked for 20 minutes before I was even seen. I will never go back to this place.

Desired outcome: I just want to be compensated due to them not having the correct tools to take a sample and having to send me to another facility and wasting my time and gas

CSL Plasma Review of CSL Plasma's Location on 11th Street in Rock Island

CSL Plasma's location on 11th Street in Rock Island has received some negative feedback from donors, but let's take a more in-depth look. The first thing mentioned is the slow staff, some of whom are described as overweight and unconcerned with donors. This can certainly be frustrating, as anyone taking time out of their day to donate plasma is already making a generous effort to help others.

Another issue raised is the compensation for donating at CSL Plasma. While other companies offer up to $1,000 to new donors, CSL Plasma's reward reportedly maxes out at $650. It's understandable why someone who has donated plasma multiple times might look for a facility offering more substantial compensation.

It's also mentioned that the facility fired "good people" who stood up for donors, yet kept "overweight" staff members. It's difficult to know the full context of these claims without more information. However, it's always unfortunate when good employees are let go for any reason.

Another criticism is that since James became the manager, CSL Plasma's quality has declined. He's described as being rude, which could be upsetting for anyone trying to donate. It's important that employees treat donors with respect and make them feel comfortable throughout the process.

Lastly, the reviewer expresses the belief that the facility should be closed down entirely. While the reasons for this are not elaborated on, it's clear that they had a very unsatisfactory experience.

While this review may be discouraging, it's important to remember that it's only one person's opinion. It's also possible that CSL Plasma has made changes since this review was posted. If you're considering donating plasma, it's always a good idea to research multiple facilities in your area and read reviews from a variety of sources to make an informed decision.

CSL Plasma Exceptional Customer Service but Concerns with Management at CSL Plasma

I recently visited CSL Plasma and I must say, the customer service provided by the staff at the front desk and donor floor was truly exceptional. They displayed an admirable level of compassion and professionalism towards the donors.

However, I have some concerns regarding the management of CSL Plasma. In recent times, I have noticed an exponential increase in the number of donors coming to the facility. This may be as a result of the new donor payout, which has been doubled. Unfortunately, the management has not made any adjustments to cater to the overwhelming number of donors. This has resulted in extremely long wait times of up to 45 minutes, which is unacceptable.

As a regular donor, I usually visit the facility around 2 pm, and it is disappointing to see both new and regular donors standing in long lines for extended periods. I have witnessed situations where new donors are allowed to cut the line, which is frustrating for regular donors.

To make matters worse, the management has not made any effort to assist the staff in managing the crowd. I suggest that management work the floor themselves or hire more staff to cater to the increased number of donors. Suppose they are not willing to do so, they should consider limiting new donors' intake to specific hours when there is staff available to support them entirely. Failure to rectify this situation may result in losing regular donors and create an unrecommended perception of CSL Plasma.

In conclusion, I urge the management of CSL Plasma to take this issue seriously to ensure that donors' satisfaction is maximized. The current situation is putting immense pressure on the staff, who are overworked and underpaid, and it would be a shame to lose them. I will be contacting the corporate office to alert them of this issue if there is no action taken. Once again, kudos to the staff for their admirable service.

CSL Plasma Unprofessional and Racist Staff at CSL Plasma - A Disappointing Experience

I went to CSL Plasma last Friday to donate, but it was a terrible experience. There was another donor who was yelling racial slurs like "white devil" and "cracker" while we were both donating. I was really uncomfortable and upset, so I asked to speak to the manager. But when I talked to the manager, they just laughed it off like it was no big deal. I was really disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to call corporate and report what happened.

The next day, the manager tried to call me back, but I was at the shooting range and didn't hear my phone. When I called back today, they said the manager was busy and couldn't talk to me. I tried calling several times, but the manager refused to come to the phone or call me back for five hours. I was really annoyed and felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously.

I even had corporate on the phone with me, and they witnessed the same thing. The manager on duty told me to come to the back to talk, but I didn't feel comfortable going alone. So I asked the security officer to come with me as a witness. When the manager came out, she tried to get me to go to the back again, but I refused. I asked why she couldn't explain what was going on in front of the security officer, but she didn't have a good answer. Instead, she kicked me off the property.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at CSL Plasma. The staff was unprofessional and didn't take my concerns seriously. It's really concerning that they have racists working there, and I don't feel comfortable donating there again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

CSL Plasma Discrimination and Poor Customer Service at CSL Plasma: My Experience

I've been donating at CSL Plasma for a while now, but unfortunately, I've had some negative experiences with some of the staff members. It seems like they discriminate against me for no reason. For instance, they'll refer me to the nurse for no apparent reason, which means I have to wait for an extra hour. When I finally see the nurse, they tell me that there's no reason for me to be there. It's frustrating because it feels like they're wasting my time.

Another issue I've had is with the survey. I've completed it, and I have proof in the form of a QR code, but when I go through the line, they tell me that I haven't completed it yet. It's like they're not even looking at my information. When I try to bring up these issues, they defer me and put fictitious notes in my file to make it seem like I'm being argumentative. It's not true, and it's their staff that's being rude and nasty to me for no reason.

I believe that they're discriminating against me for no reason, and it's extremely frustrating. They're very argumentative, and it's hard to get through to them. I've tried calling the manager, Colleen, but they won't put me through to her, and they keep hanging up on me. It's like they don't want to hear what I have to say.

To make matters worse, they lie about people in their "comments" section to justify their disrespectful actions towards those who want to donate. It's not fair, and it's not right. That's why I've recorded the calls, so I can show the CSL Plasma main office what's actually happening at this center. I have proof of what's being said by their employees, and I'm willing to share it with anyone who wants to see it.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience at CSL Plasma. It's not fair that they discriminate against me for no reason, and it's frustrating that they won't listen to me when I try to bring up these issues. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future and treat everyone with the respect they deserve.

CSL Plasma CSL Plasma Facility Review: Nice Staff, Poor Management - Production Approach Needed

The CSL Plasma facility in Portland Maine has some nice people working there, but unfortunately, the management is not up to par. As someone who has been in production and manufacturing management for 30 years, I can say that the approach to the backlog and bottlenecks needs to be from a manufacturing and production standpoint, not a retail view. It's unbelievable how there can be a log jam of people waiting for hours to get a bed with only one person working the beds. The solution is simple - take all available Phlebotomists from their desks and screening and get them to the beds until the jam has been processed from the waiting area, then proceed to their other duties. It's a gross waste of an asset to have available Phlebotomists doing a vitals screening function. A screening function is an entry-level position only, and all Phlebotomists should be working beds and fill in screening ONLY as needed. This is a constant issue at this facility and is only becoming worse.

Corporate management needs to get involved and advertise for a production manager position for this site, and a must requirement is to have a manufacturing background. These bottleneck issues would never be allowed in a manufacturing facility. It's appalling as a manager to see this happening. The facility needs to be managed from a production standpoint, and the management needs to be more proactive in addressing these issues. The people working there are nice, but they need better management to help them do their jobs more efficiently. Overall, I would recommend this facility, but only if the management issues are addressed.

CSL Plasma Inconsistent Evaluation Process at CSL Plasma: My Disappointing Experience

I recently had an experience with CSL Plasma and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I visited a few of their branches in my city with hopes of being able to donate plasma but ended up being unnecessarily disqualified from donating. Despite passing all of the tests, I was told at the very end that I could not donate due to slight wheezing in one area of my left lung. I was disappointed to learn this because I truly wanted to help those in need and make a difference. To make matters worse, I couldn't help but notice that some of the people who were being allowed to donate did not seem fit to be doing so. They appeared to be strung-out addicts and I couldn't help but feel concerned about their bodily fluids possibly coming into contact with mine.

I decided to give it another shot and returned the next day, as suggested by the nurse the day prior. However, the nurse I saw that day had a different opinion and informed me that it had to be more than slight wheezing for me to be disqualified from donating. She listened to my lungs and told me there was still a slight wheeze, disqualifying me yet again. What made things even more upsetting was that she immediately assumed I was a smoker and aggressively interrogated me about it - despite the fact that I do not smoke. I have asthma which causes me to have never-ending bouts of wheezing, which she seemed to completely overlook.

Needless to say, I left the branch feeling frustrated and disheartened. It was clear to me that the staff at this specific location were very inconsistent in their evaluation process, which was quite disappointing. Even though I did not have a positive experience with CSL Plasma, I hope that others who are interested in donating have a better experience and are able to make a difference in someone's life.

CSL Plasma CSL Plasma Needs to Improve Donor Treatment and Management

Yo, I gotta say, I been donating at CSL Plasma for a hot minute now and most of the time the staff been chill and the blood takers know what they doing. But today was a different story, fam. I been trying to donate for months now but every time I come through, the line be too long and the wait be ridiculous. So I had to bounce. But today, I came through at 7:30 in the morning and the line was still too long. So I talked to this lady at the desk who said she was the manager and I told her my concerns about the lack of beds and how they need to hire more people and open more beds. And you know what she said? She pointed to the long line and said "They don't seem to have a problem with it". Like, what kind of response is that? That ain't professional at all, especially coming from a supposed manager who should know how to talk to customers. I felt disrespected and hurt, man. I was just trying to make a suggestion to make the donation experience better for everyone. CSL, y'all need to treat your donors with more respect and kindness. Step up your game, yo.

CSL Plasma CSL Plasma Review: Positive Overall Experience Marred by Strict Heart Rate Limit & Problematic Staff

I have been donating plasma at CSL Plasma for over a year now, and I have to say that my overall experience has been positive. Their online platform is user-friendly and makes scheduling appointments a breeze. However, one incident has left a sour taste in my mouth.

On this particular day, I had just finished an intense workout at the gym and decided to head straight to CSL Plasma for my donation. It took me about 20 minutes to get there, and I went through the usual security check and 1 on 1 screening process. To my surprise, the blood pressure and heart rate scan indicated that my heart rate was above the limit of 100 bpm, with a reading of 102 bpm.

This caused immediate anxiety for me because I had never failed the screening before. The staff treated me as if I had broken some sort of rule, and I felt like a criminal. I tried to calm myself down and wait for it to slow down, but it only made things worse. Every subsequent visit after that incident, I would fail the pulse check, and it resulted in unnecessary stress and frustration for me.

I do believe that the bpm limit should be raised to 110 to account for these types of situations. I've also noticed other people getting angry and leaving the facility after failing their pulse check, likely due to anxiety or stress. There should be alternative methods for approving donors to donate, especially in cases like this where the person has a legitimate reason for their elevated heart rate.

The staff at CSL Plasma have been problematic too. Their attitudes have been less than stellar, and they've made me feel increasingly uncomfortable by asking personal questions in a special room on multiple occasions. I understand that they need to adhere to certain protocols, but it should never make a donor feel so unwelcome. Overall, I still donate at CSL Plasma because I believe in the cause, but improvements can be made in their screening process and staff training.

CSL Plasma Negative Experience Donating Blood at CSL Plasma: Uninterested Staff, Forced Eating, and Shaming Donors

I walked into CSL Plasma and was greeted by a woman at a cubicle who seemed uninterested and confused. She told me she was waiting for the computer to turn on and I called HR. It was a frustrating start to my visit. When I went to the front desk, I was told that I had to leave and eat a lot of food before I could donate. I tried to explain that I was already full, but they insisted. So, I left and ate until I was uncomfortably full. It was like stuffing a pig, and I was not happy about it.

When I returned, I had trouble proving where I lived. It was a joke. Finally, I went to the back to donate, but I was still not happy. The manager came in and accused me of having an attitude. She said she expected donors to be as nice as her employees. I was being as nice as her employees, but they were not treating me right. Then, she had the nerve to tell her employees that if I gave them any more attitude, they should let her know. It was embarrassing and unnecessary.

Donors are there to make a difference, and I wanted to help someone. But, forcing someone to eat when they are already full is awful. And then, shaming them for being mad is unreal. I know when I am full, and I would not do that to myself. The manager seemed to have an authoritative complex, and it was not a pleasant experience.

If you want to donate blood, I suggest going somewhere else. I have spoken with a few friends who donate all the time, and they were shocked by my experience. They go elsewhere. I give CSL Plasma a negative 100 rating. I am disgusted by the way I was treated.

CSL Plasma Poor Experience at CSL Plasma in St. Paul, MN: Unprofessional Staff and Neglect of Donor Health

After receiving a poor experience at CSL Plasma in St. Paul, MN, I wanted to share my thoughts on this establishment. Unfortunately, I had a less than adequate experience with staff that appeared to be incompetent and unprofessional.

Despite their claims to prioritize their donors, I found that they were more in "CYA mode" rather than looking out for my wellbeing. Over the years, they allowed me to donate despite my latex allergy, without providing latex-free materials like tape, wrap, or gloves. I never had any issue during this time. However, when a new employee lacked knowledge regarding my condition, they permanently deferred my ability to donate. What's more, they didn't appear to be sympathetic to my condition, which is noted all through my file.

According to the Red Cross, there are other materials that can be used as a substitute for latex. Still, CSL Plasma refused to make necessary accommodations, leaving me feeling concerned about their regard for my health.

Moreover, their unprofessional behavior didn't end there. During my time at the business, staff members would talk poorly about other colleagues and donors on the donation floor. I found this to be very unprofessional and discouraging, which turned me off. In fact, some donors wouldn't donate when certain employees were working because of their behavior.

Overall, I would not recommend CSL Plasma based on my experience. In my opinion, their discourteous behavior and approach to safety and health requirements for donors is alarming.

CSL Plasma CSL Plasma Review: My Experience and Thoughts on Ethical Concerns

After visiting CSL Plasma's website and doing some research, I came across a review that was quite alarming. It stated that plasma centers are not to be trusted and essentially accused them of deceiving donors. That being said, I felt it was important to delve deeper and see what CSL Plasma is really about.

Upon exploring their website, I was impressed by their commitment to providing high-quality plasma donations to aid in the development of life-saving medicines. They even offer compensation for donors, further demonstrating their appreciation for those who choose to give. However, I did come across a few reviews that mentioned a specific issue with finger printing and how donors are allegedly deceived into giving their fingerprints.

While I cannot speak to the credibility of these claims, I want to emphasize the importance of informed consent in any situation. If CSL Plasma is indeed obtaining fingerprints without explicit consent, that is not okay. Additionally, if donors are being "blackballed" for choosing not to provide their fingerprints, that is ethically questionable. However, I do not have enough information to comment further on those claims.

Overall, I think it's important to balance the potential benefits of plasma donation with any concerns about privacy or ethical practices. If you're considering donating plasma, make sure you do your own research, read reviews from reputable sources, and make an informed decision. And if you do choose to donate at CSL Plasma or any other center, be attentive to any requests or procedures that make you uncomfortable and don't hesitate to ask questions.
