I have worked with HLS, inc to get two state medical licenses in the least few years. They do an excellent job, offering timely service and great communication. I would use them again and highly recommend their services to those in need. I can't imagine having done all of the paperwork, phone calls, and administrative stuff on my own, particularly when working full time. Life savers!

Healthcare Licensing Services and their team were fabulous!
I've been in practice for 35 years and hold medical licenses in several states.

It was the best thing I've done. Quick, easy, and timely submission led to an incredibly short licensing turn around.

Christine was absolutely terrific in helping me obtain my California License (which is a harder state to get licensed in). She was prompt, efficient, and caring. She was able to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. I worked with Brittney to get my Florida license and was very impressed with how on top of everything she was. During the process, I received a deficiency letter stating a few documents were missing so I emailed her about it. She replied within a few minutes stating she was already aware of it and had already taken care of it. Very friendly, professional, reliable. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I obtained my New Jersey medical license on my own and it was very involved and took almost a year. I work with Healthcare Licensing Services before in obtaining my New York license and it was easy. I just utilized their service this year for my Delaware license. They also helped me set up my Federal credentialing paperwork. Janelle Smith was a pleasure to work with. She was always available and I received my license in less than 6 months!

This is my second time to use the HLS,Inc both for Florida & Calif. medical licensing. I have always believed in their professional work the team does! But there is one hard working, aggressive, passionate & professionally reassuring analyst Ms Janelle Richards that went above & beyond All my expectations after waiting for almost 2 years & hiring a lawyer to aid with my credentialing. I worked with Christine Hollenbeck to obtain medical licenses from Florida and South Carolina. Being a foreign medical graduate made this process a bit more complicated. But Christine was very diligent, knowledgeable and efficient. She kept me posted with the progress of the applications throughout. Working with her took so much stress out of this cumbersome process. I will definitely use Healthcare Licensing Services and ask for her in the future if I ever need a license again.

Christine from HLS was extremely helpful with helping me obtain several different state licenses over the course of the past few months in time before I started my new job. She was always very responsive, making sure to follow up with both phone calls and emails if there were any new updates. She helped me get multiple licenses including California! She sent me everything I needed for each state license including applications, fingerprint cards, etc...There is no way I could have done it on my own without her help. Janelle Richards was absolutely outstanding to work with. She led the process of helping me obtain MD licenses in 3 states, including the lengthy process of obtaining a license in Massachusetts. She was incredibly organized and went out of her way to reach out to state individuals and institutions to work directly with them in a very diplomatic and effective way. She was always quickly responsive and her calm good humor is lifesaving in a stressful process. I cannot recommend her services and HLS enough!

I had the good fortune to work with Janelle Richards. From the very start, she was knowledgeable, diligent, efficient, patient, totally organized and warm and friendly doing it all ! I had 8 out-of-state licenses processed and she followed up on her own initiative for each of the many twists and turns of every single one of them. never could have done it without her help. I have already referred colleagues to her and will continue to do so ! She is a gem and I will ask for her and use HLS if i ever need further licenses.

I worked with Janelle Richards. She was great. I had used the company before with prior licenses and had a good experience. I used them because I lost so many records in Katrina and then more in Ida. They had kept my older records form 10 years ago so we only had to gather current information. Texas has a reputation for being slow and persnickety, but Janelle navigated the application process smoothly. She made sure we had everything we needed ready for the submission. This is now the 6th license I got with HLS. If I ever need another I will certainly go back - and ask for Janelle!

Licensure is a very tedious, time consuming process. I have worked with this company three times over the last 10 years for medical licensure. This last experience verged on a nightmare as long delays due to Covid and bureaucratic drama dragged it out for 9 months, i probably would have dropped it but my assistant, Christine Hollenback, kept on top of all the requests for documentation and more documentation, explained to me why a discrepancy in the usual timing of PGY1 38 years ago had become a major Q an A stumbling block and persisted in pointing out again and again the errors in calculations that kept getting made by a robotic mentality. Unless your time is worth nothing you really need the expertise of this firm to dig up data from almost 40 years ago, keep resending it and persist in fulfilling all requests for even more documentation, with patience and a gracious smile.

I am utterly shocked. I've always done my own license applications. But this time, I just couldn't manage it all myself because I didn't have enough time. I initially chose a different company. I chose it because of ratings. Paid extra money for it to be expedited. Basically little happened for two weeks And a couple assurances that I have been given we're not followed through on. I was disappointed enough that I told this company that I hoped they could turn the situation around because I was losing confidence in them. Their response was to immediately cancel my account and offer me a refund without any further discussion. So, I went looking for someone else. I chose this company. Janelle Richards was on it immediately. My license application was submitted 4/14/22. Monday morning, 5/16/22, I received notice that my license and my controlled substance license were both approved. Granted, my state is known for being faster than others. But 4 weeks is even faster than I've ever heard of, even for this state. I was told 2 to 3 months. Frankly remarkable. Choose this company with confidence! I'm so grateful that I did, and I will absolutely only go to them again in the future if I need it. Money well-spent.
