I had the longest time trying to get my phone fixed. I was about ready to churn from this to another provider. But then, Dalkys, my insurance agent, arrived for a completely different assignment. During that task, I told her about my phone issue. Upon task's completion, Dalkys managed to contact CREDO Mobile’s 800 tech support number and stayed on the line long enough for an available agent to answer.
The three of us (agent, Dalkys, and myself) managed to get my phone finally to work! Still, we needed the right people at the right time to finally get the job done—activating my device via eSIM – a job requiring the finesse of this ad hoc trio to complete this mini mission!
Recommendation: Go for it as you ponder—only if it is meant to be. . . .
I am unable to make and receive calls since last Friday, 13 June 2025. This past Monday, 16 June 2025, I contacted CREDO via LinkedIn and Facebook. I was told to contact concierge@credomobile.com, which I immediately did. Till now, 18 June 2025, I received no reply. I could only receive and send texts now.
