I phone customer service and was online with agent 25 min and she never came back to me or call back

I”ve been with Virgin Active fir many years, I wanted to change from Cedar Virgin active to Randburg Virgin Active in Rand park ridge and agent said I have to pay R200 +’more, my daughter under my name, 14 year old and her fees also more, and to transfer we both have to pay additional fee, and holding on for 25 minutes the agent never came back to me. I want to cancel my membership poor service

Virgin Mobile ain't the best, let me tell ya. I had to wait forever on the phone just to talk to someone, and when I finally did, they weren't much help. This is a serious problem for me, as I am on contract with Virgin Mobile and my credit rating is on the line. I rely on my phone for work and personal communication, and this sudden disconnection has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

So, my daughter is in grade 9 and she got her phone bill this month and it was a whopping $586! She has a cell plan with Virgin Mobile Canada that has a 20G data limit plan. But, without any notice, she went over the limit and used 3.5G data more than her limit. And, guess what? Virgin Mobile Canada charged us over $551 for that! They charged us $15 for every 100 MB of data used over the limit. I mean, seriously? Is this how Virgin Mobile Canada runs their business? I was so angry that I didn't even want to give them a single star for their service.
