i tried to change my e-mail address & phone number & address i send them e-mail but i get the same results my old e-mail is gspak2@cox.net they dont seem to get it and i sent my documents with my old email phone number & address

I have saving account with credit karma, and they put a hold on my account. although I verified my identity by sending all the documents. Their customer service is terrible and they cant solve any problems. You cant even reach the investigation department. There is no clear communication. They practically kidnapped my money.

Credit Karma has locked my spend and save accounts and won't tell me why. They won't close the accounts and won't give me access to my money. Worst customer service. This can't be legal that they hold your money hostage like this...

My account was closed and I never received any notice logged on and seen account was closed and couldn’t be open days before my state refund was transmitted to the account ! I really need that money

I have used credit karma for years and occasionally i would get these ads saying i was already preapproved for a credit card i would apply then be denied. Hence hurting my credit score

On my bank statement there is a transcaction not authorized and would like the money returned thank you
