This website, CrazySales (crazysales.com.au), is not recommended. I was disappointed with my recent purchase as I received pillows instead of the air fryer I ordered. Upon calling their customer service, I was met with very rude staff who were incompetent and unsympathetic to my situation.

The cost of the pillows was $44.96 plus $15.95 for shipping, for a total of $60.95. Meanwhile, the air fryer I had originally ordered was priced at $179.96 with $18.89 for shipping, totalling $198.85. This mistake cost me $137.90 altogether, which is a significant amount of money to lose. It is frustrating that a website that caters to the average Australian person can get away with ripping them off.

The owner of the company, a man named Kang Chan from China, runs the business while disregarding the impact it has on his Australian customers. I have a strong feeling that it is a scam website taking advantage of innocent individuals who are trying to make genuine purchases. I highly encourage people to refrain from using CrazySales as it is not a trusted website, and it is too risky for anyone to make a purchase from there.

I forked out a whopping $479.96 to purchase a chair for my wife, who is pregnant and in need of a comfortable place to sit. The purchase was made on the 31st of July 2020, mind you, at regular price with no discounts offered at that time.

Lo and behold, just a couple of days after I made the purchase, the same chair was being sold at the same store for just $499.96! They even had the audacity to display a discounted price of $859.95, making me feel cheated in the process. This is clearly a breach of Australian Consumer Law, and I will not stand for it.

Obviously, feeling duped and cheated, I decided to take up the issue with CrazySales and demanded a refund. However, it has been a week and I am yet to receive any refund or answer from them. The worst part is, every time I call them, they keep giving me the runaround and keep saying that they will "get back to me in a couple of hours". This is becoming increasingly frustrating and it seems like I have to take matters into my own hands.

I have had enough of this blatant disregard for consumer rights and I will be contacting the relevant authorities on Monday, August 17th, 2020, to report their illegal activities.

I recently bought a massage chair from a company called CrazySales on Ebay. It was meant to be a special gift for my birthday. I paid for it on the 9th of July, and they supposedly shipped it on the 10th of July. They charged me a whopping $220 for shipping to Perth. But guess what? It's been more than two weeks now and I haven't received my package yet! Despite messaging them multiple times, I have not received any response from the company.

Desperate for answers, I called the courier company that CrazySales supposedly used to ship my package - TOLL IPEC. After waiting on hold for about 30 minutes, I was told that they had not picked up any package from CrazySales. What kind of behavior is this? CrazySales later said that because they bulk shipped my purchase, they couldn't scan the item individually. As someone who works in logistics, I know that this is just a ridiculous excuse. Every single item must be scanned regardless of whether it is individual or part of a manifest.

I'm now out of pocket by $1250, and still waiting for CrazySales to refund me the money. Every time I contact them, they give me the same old excuse - COVID, please have patience, we're sorry and whatnot. But their apologies are not going to give me back my time and money. I feel cheated and completely ripped off.

Let me tell you, don't fall for this fraudulent company. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money and do not do business with CrazySales. It's just not worth it.

My experience with CrazySales has been absolutely terrible and I do not plan on shopping with them again. I ordered a queen bed frame and two TV units over three months ago, and the whole process has been a complete nightmare.

I recently purchased some artificial turf from CrazySales (crazysales.com.au) and it has been a complete nightmare. I made my purchase over three months ago and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. When I contacted them to see what was going on, they blamed it on COVID-19 and transportation issues as it had to come from Melbourne. They told me to contact them if I still hadn't received it by September 22nd.

To no surprise, it did not arrive by that date, so I reached out to them again. This time, they blamed the transportation company and promised to look into it. Four weeks later, I had sent four emails and they gave me the same excuse every time. Finally, they told me that the item had been lost.

I requested for them to resend it, but they refused until they received the original back. This is beyond frustrating - it's not my fault that it got lost and it is their responsibility to make it right. I even asked for a refund, but they refused until they received the original back.

To make things worse, they won't even provide me with the delivery company's details so I can inquire about it myself. This seems to me like they're trying to hide something and hoping I'll just give up.

Got myself a trampoline from CrazySales on December 16th and we were notified that it would arrive on the 20th, which gave us an impression that it would be a perfect pre-Christmas gift. However, due to some issues, only part of the trampoline arrived on the 24th. Although it was not as we expected, we did not make a fuss as we realized we should have ordered earlier.

But as days passed, and the new year came in, we were yet to receive the remaining two boxes. We have tried to track down the boxes ourselves by contacting the company a couple of times, yet we did not get any communication giving us a rough idea about its delivery timeframe. In our most recent phone call, we were informed that our circumstances were not good enough by the courier (IPEC), and that a supervisor would call us back. However, even after patiently waiting, we received no call back or any specific updates.

We were informed later by CrazySales that they had given our three boxes to two separate couriers. Sadly enough, one of the courier drivers does not have a tailgate and as such, cannot deliver large items. We tried to reach out to both couriers, but despite our efforts, we never got useful information; we only ended up getting half-truths and evasions.

As I type this review, we have only 1/3 of a trampoline lying in our lounge room, frustrating and disappointing our kids who eagerly look forward to bouncing on it. We still hope to receive the remaining parts of the trampoline, although the long wait has already left a sour taste in our mouths. Our experience has been rather unpleasant, to say the least, and it's even worse when we consider the quality of the delivered product. The trampoline mat material of the part we received thus far is very thin, almost like a cheap plastic tarp, and seems unlikely to withstand Australian summers beyond one or two seasons.

This did not go over well with me at all and I tried calling them a total of 7 times over the next 2 weeks, but I was unable to get the correct information. Every time, I requested to talk to the manager but was told that they were in meetings and the calls were ended.

In conclusion, I felt that the customer service skills offered by CrazySales were not satisfactory at all during this ordeal. Although their products may be affordable, I would not recommend them to my community due to their poor customer service.
