I must say I had a really bad experience with Crazysales. I was hoping to save some cash and purchase some goods from their website but let me tell you, don't bother with these guys. They are terrible.

I had to return some items that I had bought from them because they weren't what I was expecting at all. I chose to send them back via a courier. The courier service confirmed that both items had been delivered to Crazysales but when I contacted them about my refund, they were telling me that only one of the items had been received. They couldn't locate the other one.

It's been sixteen days now and I'm still waiting for my refund. It's incredibly frustrating and I really regret buying from this company. It seems like I'm not alone with this problem either. Other people have left reviews stating similar issues with Crazysales.

I should have known better than to try and save a bit of money. In hindsight, I would have been better off spending a bit more money elsewhere and not having to deal with this hassle. I definitely won't be buying from Crazysales again.

So I bought some Brother ink cartridges from this site that I've heard of called CrazySales, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a confusing experience. I bought one of them light up snowmen from CrazySales for $220. Had it up for a bit but the wind was blowing and it's made of cloth with lots of holes, so it was wobbling around quite a bit. Next thing ya know, it was laying flat on the ground. Turns out, all the welds at the base done busted! The scarf was laying on the ground too, cuz the glue that holds the velcro didn't hold up for very long. I got in touch with them people at CrazySales and they offered me a measly $30 to get it fixed up by one of my own locals. Damn, they really insulted me when they did that! So I told them I wanted my money back instead but they was like, "nope!" So I say don't even bother buying from them folks, save yourself the trouble!

So, I purchased 2 dance mats from CrazySales, as Christmas gifts for my cousins and I must say my experience with them wasn't a good one. Firstly, the boxes in which the mats were delivered were broken and the instructions were in some foreign language, making it difficult for me to understand them and help my cousins assemble the items. However, what made it worse was that CrazySales didn't take any responsibility for the damaged packaging of the product and said that they couldn't replace or refund me. I mean come on, they could've at least tried to help me out, but instead they just washed their hands off the matter. It really annoyed me.

When I explained this, they simply told me to find someone who has a phone and can help me. I was a little taken aback by this, but I was resigned to do whatever it takes to get the problem sorted out.

The thing is, this issue is still ongoing and it's been a bit of a nightmare dealing with them. I'm honestly not sure if they'll do anything to fix the problem. Needless to say, I won't be buying from CrazySales again. It's just not worth the hassle.

After this experience, I reviewed CrazySales online and found that they were at the center of attention for credit card fraud. Although I used PayPal to purchase my item, I still recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. I plan on contacting the ACCC about my experience.
