EbonyOnline VERY BAD SERVICE

I ordered a wig it came then a week later the same wig came again and u did not order it. And i was charged for the second one. They told me to send it back I cut the card board around the wig so it would fit in package. They then said they would not except the wig or refund my money. And said I had to pay them to send it back... I have one and did not want another one. Called to get this straight lady yelled and was very rude as they all have been frm the time I called to try to figure out why they send me 2 wigs. They are nice as long as you are ordering let them make a mistake them not you all HELL will break out. Very good wigs but they do not put the customer first trust me let something go wrong... I'm done found a better site with kind operators who put the customer first. And they have all the same wigs and ponytails great quality also and cheaper. EBONYLINE CAN KICK ROCKS. ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAM HAVE SWITCHED TO A BETTER COMPANY... AND ITS NOT OVER THEY WILL BE HEARING FRM MY LAWYER... YESSSS... ITS THE PRINCIPAL NOT THE MONEY..

EbonyOnline The ONLY site I use to purchase my lace wigs!

I absolutely love ebonyline.com and as an avid lace front wig wearer, I must say that I am quite impressed with the quality wigs I have purchased from this website for fantastic prices. I have ordered some beautiful pieces from them, and to my amazement the prices I've paid are a lot less than on Amazon, where I first started purchasing wigs. The quality has been fantastic, prices even more amazing, and to top it all off, the customer service representatives are the most friendly and helpful people I have ever dealt with. Daejonna D. Along with a few other representatives have been extremely helpful to me, going out of their way to answer questions I've had about a particular piece, and they have been exceptional at making sure that I receive my wigs in a reasonable amount of time, actually most of the time they have made sure that I received the things that I have ordered well before the date I needed them, and for that I am grateful. I have been using Ebonyline.com exclusivly and consistently over the past year and a half for all my wig and hair care needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank You Ebonyline Team!

Sadly, I read several reviews where customers are upset because they failed to receive email(s), concerning changes made to there orders... I too thought, after a few days, that i had not received a notification about my order, until Something told me to check my spam. From my experience, Ebonyline websit is clear about delays that can occur... my story: after checking my spam, ebonyline sent me an email, informing me that part of my order was backorderd so they gave a choice to change the color of my unit. I kindly asked them to just issue a refund for the unit and to please mail the other unit ASAP - for needed it in a few day. Ms. Desiree, from ebonyline, withing min sent me an email to inform me that my refund would be issued and that should would send my tracking number to the warehouse to mail other Unit. I checked my account and truly the issue was made within minutes and I received my tracking number. My unit was recieved in time before I travel... I have ordered from them 2 times now and and will continue to because of this one good apple, Ms. Desiree- who overall represents speaks well of the company she works for

EbonyOnline Outstanding customer service, assistance above the call of duty

I was working with the young lady named Desiree who I had answered when I called ebonyline in regards to a standard order, which usually ships within 3 to 5 business days. The days had lapsed so I called customer service AGAIN, Desiree assisted me Again and indicated the product I was purchasing was not in stock I had a timeline, an engagement to participate in my daughters wedding. She (Desiree) heard me freaking out, time was not on my side. I had been searching for weeks for the perfect hair. She helped me to find something very close to what I was looking for which looked even better! :) we talked for 2 days and was able to fix my order and get it sent out in time for my daughters wedding! Desiree is not only personable but very professional she's the type of person that you want to be able to consult with when you're placing an order or have a conflict with an order she knows how to resolve issues when people are in a panic. As I was,
I thank her and now have a new friend thank you Miss Desiree for all your hard work and understanding and most importantly for being Pleasant beyond the Call of Duty! Customer service at it's best. Because of Desiree inow will only do my shopping at ebony online for my hair products! Give this lady a shout out Anna raise for staying focused and going beyond the Call of Duty to get the job done and staying focused on customer satisfaction.

EbonyOnline I got an email stating that my hair was out of stock after I purchased it

I got an email stating that my hair was out of stock after I purchased it. Desiree email me with other options the next day. I made my selection and she got them sent out the same day. I received my hair the day after. So happy with the customer service I received and the professionalism from Desiree! Will for sure continue to buy from Ebony Line!

Buyer's Beware! It's been since February 3, 2023 and I have been told I will get tracking information in 24-72 hours! It's Thursday February 8, 2023 and this has been a World's Record kind of 72 hours, because I have made a $135.00 purchase that has not availed NOTHING! ***! You are not being totally honest with your Patrons, and our money is not to be just taken from us and mishandled! Good luck with your business!

If i had to choose to buy elsewhere, i would probably think twice. I love Ebonyline! They communicate with you on any order issues before sending out so there are no problems once received. Very affordable and many deals to discount your purchase. I recently have had 4 orders within a month and no worries. Products received as promise. Took a chance to order with this business twice during Nov 2022. The total of both orders amounted to about $265 or a little more. Pros include attractive item prices, free shipping for orders over $70, and an informative website. Items arrived boxed. The downside is the lengthy wait from receiving tracking information to actually getting the order. Moreover, the seller doesn't inspect every item shipped, leading to discrepancies. There was an item (wig) that was poorly crafted in one of the orders, and it seemed as though the packer, noting the number of items in the order, tried to include a defective one. The issue was brought to customer service shortly after receiving. The company authorized a return with the condition that the customer covers return shipping fees and accepts a 20% restocking fee. This seems opportunistic to me. A defective item or one not as described should be the seller's responsibility, including providing a return shipping label. The quality of the received item differs from the product listing photos and the video. Overall, the quality of the wigs received is good, but the customer service interaction and care result in a barely satisfactory rating of 3 from this experience. If you decide to order from this company, keep a detailed record of your order, don't expect your item to ship within 1-2 weeks, and if there's an issue, don't wait for the seller to resolve it—instead, contact your payment provider or bank. A representative for the business has been handling the two orders placed, and it appears this representative also needs to improve their customer care. Today is Christmas Day, and I'm still waiting for the refund through my payment method provider, while the company has had the returned item for a significant amount of time.

I reached out to customer service to find out when my package would ship. A woman name Desiree got back to me to let me know when my order would get to me along with my tracking information. Excellent customer service, so helpful and very professional. Customer service isn’t how it use to be, so it is always refreshing to speak with someone who truly wants to help and love what they do. This is a horrible company. If you don't receive the product that you order, they give you the runaround about returning your money. They keep giving me the runaround about even filling a claim with *** Please save your money and order somewhere else.

I have had nothing but the best expeirence with Ebonyline and their wigs. Their prices other the other websites (and trust me I comparison shop all the time) and they arrive promptly. Desiree responds quickly to my questions. I'm sorry others have had a bad experiences with Ebonyline. I will continue to shop with them and I always recommend them to my friends when they ask where do I get my wigs. De Ann P.

They are the worst! They will have your package sitting there for weeks. No customer service number to call. I shouldnt have to email them to figure out where my package is. 3 weeks after I order, the status still says processing absolutely ridiculous. I emailed them and they send out these generic response. No real live person behind it. I have disputed the charge with my bank and hope to get my money back.

Had some shady experiences... Last time I used this business they did not have my item. So they just never sent it. Then randomly they emailed saying I could cancel it within 3 days to get a refund I told the woman that I wanted a refund of my whole order because I only bought the other items to use the shipping code. They only refunded one item after she assured me it was going to be refunded. THEN, i wrote a letter again, these witches had the nerve to immediately send the other items. So they are greedy af. THEN I open it and ine item is incorrect, and the other is wrong color! They used to be good, but now they overcharge massively for shipping even with the code, and obviously do NOT care about customers. Sad that now I am forced to shop elsewhere after being a long standing customer. Do not use this business they will dissapoint you. They do not actually care about anyone but themselves making money. Tragedy.

I have never had a problem until now I placed an order 11/9/22 and it never shipped as of 11/22/22 twice they told me it was with the shipping *** and I still didn't receive a tracking number I'm hoping to at least get a refund but at this point I do not trust this company BUYER BEWARE

EbonyOnline I love this company

I love this company. They have great product! I have been buying products from them for years, and I am always satisfied. In addition to their great products, they have great customer service. I recently had an issue with using my reward points for a purchase, I emailed the company, and Desiree, one of their customer service representatives, responded back to me almost instantaneously; She helped me resolve my issue. I had problems with another company so I searched around for a new company to get hair products. Found what I needed at Ebonyline with good prices and shipping rates. I followed up with Desiree for an update on the shipping status of my order and receive a “prompt reply” that the order had just shipped and she provided me with the tracking info. I received it within a couple of days. Was happy with the shopping experience and customer service, will surely use them again and would recommend them.

To date, I have placed tow orders with EbonyLine.com. The first order was a small order. It arrived on time. The price of the products was great. I shared my joy with several of my friends. We got together to place another order. This was a larger order. Unfortunately our items could not be obtained so our order was cancelled. But the Customer Service Department contacted me to let me know this and did not charge me for this order. I will be placing another order with them today. I understand that things happen and that EbonyLine.com is doing all that they can to fulfill orders. Keep up the good work. Thank you. Jarmele F.

EbonyOnline I bought a wig from a seller on 09/6/22 for an amount of money

I bought a wig from a seller on 09/6/22 for an amount of money. The wig I received was not new, but it was used. The invoice number is ***. I called Ebonyline.com at *** and got a recorded message telling me to leave a message and they would get back to me. I made several calls on 9/9, 9/10, and 9/11/22, but I didn't receive a call back. The recorded message also mentioned that I could contact them at Ebonyline.com. I tried emailing the seller, but the email address was invalid. In desperation, I contacted PayPal and disputed the charge. However, the seller only provided a tracking number stating that the wig was delivered and said I couldn't return it. They didn't address my complaint about the used wig. I contacted PayPal again, and they gave me the email address ***. I made several sincere attempts to contact the seller via email, explaining that the wig wasn't as described on their website. They responded and told me to return the wig, but then they sent another email saying I couldn't return it because it was outside their 7-day return policy. I sent follow-up emails explaining that I had tried to reach them by phone and email at Ebonyline.com. The seller said they don't have phone contact with customers and that I didn't contact them in the right way. This seller is deceiving customers because the recorded phone message says they are Ebony.com and to leave a message for a return call or email them at Ebonyline.com, which is not a valid email address. I reached out to the seller multiple times, but they refuse to let me return the wig for a refund. The seller has dishonest business practices. I called and emailed them using the phone number (***) provided by PayPal. Please help me get a refund. I have attached a picture of a new wig (on the right) and the used wig from Ebony.com on the left.

I made a purchase from Ebonyline during the November black Friday sale for about $80. I sent an email after 10 days asking when the order would be shipped. It arrived a few days after my inquiry regarding shipping, so about two weeks after the order was placed, which is a long time considering it's a four-hour drive from Illinois. Upon arrival, I noticed the wrong wig was sent and asked for a shipping label to send the wrong item back to get my refund. Unfortunately, Ebonyline has a horrific and basically non-existent ability to resolve simple problems that stemmed from their warehouse error. The wig in question is under $20, and I have been extremely patient, but at this point, I feel the issues will continue if a third party with resolution capabilities is not involved. The staff is collectively impaired and shows no desire or perhaps lacks the managerial wherewithal to support a simple request. I have interacted with staffers, including Mahaz, as per the email signature. They have collectively asked for pictures and the SKU, and I have responded with the requested information to do my part. After two weeks of email dialogue and over a month since the purchase was made, it is clear to me that there is no goal or mandate for high-quality customer service. I am saddened as I like the website and have purchased a large quantity of goods from the store over the past few months. Essentially, Ebonyline has two wigs with the same name, and I received the incorrect one. I received the one with the orange background, but I should have received the other style. What should have been a simple correction turned out to be a no-go. Because of the error and the failure of Ebonyline to correct it and improve, I must file this complaint. At no time have any workers apologized or worked towards customer care. I shared in a 12/20 message that it seems I must inform the Better Business Bureau to get proper assistance.

I placed an order for 7 wigs on 12/25/2022 from the site. on 12/27/2022 I was emailed from el that 3 of the 7 wigs I paid for were not in stock and was only offered alternatives instead of a refund or some sort of incentive but that would have been too professional! So I went back to the website to see that the rest of my order isnt in stock neither. (TIP) if you dont have an item in your possession dont post it for purchase!

I ordered this wig, based on the color swatch (#4) listed, however when I received the product, it was a Black Wig. I was told I needed to adjust my eyes, as the color shown is BLACK! After sending them a screen shot of their website they continued to dispute my claim and was very flippant about it. I have attached am email history.The ignored my request for a "Refund Return Authorization". I am sending the package back today at my expense. I am at the mercy of whether I will receive a proper refund. They've also made it very clear that they do no adhere to the BBB.Any assistance you can give me in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

EbonyOnline My complaint is two-fold for order number #1295906

My complaint is two-fold for order number #1295906. Firstly, Ebonyline allowed me to make purchases of products falsely advertised on their website as being available that were indeed no longer available or in stock. My debit card was charged in the amount of $459.84 on March 13, 2021. I was contacted two days later and notified that those items were not available, although I was charged for them. I was given the option to choose two new products, since two of the three were not available at all. There were exchanges of eight e-mailed correspondences with an Ebonyline representative until I was able to choose 2 items that were actually available, even though the website falsely advertised all of the different selections as being available items. I thought I had finally found two items that were really in stock after the 8th correspondence. Nevertheless, one of the two items I selected was still not in stock and I had to wait until Ebonyline had restocked that particular item. In addition, I inquired if the in-stock items could be shipped to me immediately, while I patiently waited for the others. I received this message in response to my request, “We do not split shipments. Once the order is ready we ship all items together.” Sadly, the company states they represent, “building very reliable and satisfactory relationships with customers.” I was extremely disappointed by the service. Secondly, once I received the products, I realized the items were subpar in quality. I reached out to the company and informed them of my desire for a refund for all the item, which are untouched and still in the original packaging. However, I was informed by the company there was nothing they could do. I feel deceived, disrespected and disregarded in the way this matter has been handled. Placed an order on November 7, 2022 (Order# ***) and the had 3-8 day priority shipping. However, it is now November 26, 2022 and there are 0 shipping updates on the order and I have no tracking info. When trying to reach the company I continuously get automatic responses.

Placed an order (order number omitted) on 11/29/22 for a total of $71.36. My order was shipped promptly via a courier service and marked as delivered on 12/2/22. I checked my apartment building and the attached delivery picture and found out the courier delivered to the incorrect address. I immediately contacted the courier service who told me they would initiate a tracing/investigation of my package once a missing package investigation was initiated by Ebonyline. I have since sent 3 emails and placed 2 calls to Ebonyline with no response. Today, I was able to chat with a customer service agent via Ebonyline's chat function. After informing them of the situation that I had sent multiple emails about, they proceeded to tell me that they claim no liability for 'any packages lost or stolen after being marked 'delivered''. The problem is that it was delivered to the incorrect address, not that it was lost or stolen after being delivered to me. The courier's customer service informed me that the courier would be the one to fully refund me if they were not able to recover my package, yet Ebonyline is completely unwilling to let them know that my package was misdelivered. Because of Ebonyline's unwillingness to initiate my package tracing, I am unable to receive my package OR get refunded by the courier service.

On 11/25/2022 I had ordered a wig from Ebonyline.com for $39.68. I just received the wig last week on Monday, 12/05/2022. I had put on for the 1st time ever yesterday on Monday, 12/12/2022. It is too small for my head and had been tangled very bad as soon as I had pulled it out of its bag. I had told Ebonyline.com that I want to send it back for a full refund of $39.68. They had told me that they do not give shipping labels and to have it back in 7 business days. They claim that it is in their policy. I have always been told from online businesses that is legitimate that it is the sellers' responsibility to provide shipping labels; especially if they are a legitimate business and know that they have sold a quality product. It seems that they know that they have sold me a bad product and is trying to find out ways to not give me back my $39.68. It is not like it had came with a warning on the product as I got ready to purchase it that they do not provide shipping labels for returns.

EbonyOnline Misleading Shipping Policies and Lack of Customer Service from EbonyOnline

for nothing, EbonyOnline.

I recently made my first purchase with the online retailer, EbonyOnline, and I must say, I was not satisfied with my experience. I urgently needed an item to arrive on a Sunday, so I selected the 2nd day air shipping option on a Thursday.

Little did I know, there was a catch. I was not informed that this method of shipping would only guarantee delivery on the second BUSINESS day, which would be Monday in this case. If I had known, I would have chosen a different delivery method.

I attempted to request a refund for the additional cost of shipping, but was informed that the package was not considered late by their standards. I was disappointed, to say the least.

Finding information about their shipping policy was difficult and time-consuming. It wasn't until I stumbled upon a buried link that I learned that weekend delivery was not included in the 2nd day air option.

I find this to be extremely misleading. EbonyOnline should have a pop-up or some form of notification at checkout to alert customers that this shipping method does not guarantee weekend delivery. Most people shop, browse through their cart and shipping options, and make their purchase without further inquiry.

Overall, my experience with EbonyOnline was disappointing and frustrating. I don't want others to face the same confusion and additional costs, so I felt compelled to leave this review. I hope EbonyOnline can make improvements to their website to avoid similar issues in the future.

When I first started on my natural hair journey, I wasn't quite ready to take the plunge. That's why I started using wigs to help bridge the gap. I stumbled across EbonyOnline, also known as ebonyline.com, and decided to give them a try. Overall, my experience has been a bit hit or miss.

I've had a few issues with receiving units that weren't exactly what I was expecting based on the advertisement. Despite this, I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning anything at my own expense. After all, isn't that always the way with online shopping?

Most recently, I decided to take a chance on the Vanessa Smart wig. I had previously been informed that EbonyOnline couldn't locate the unit, but later they found it after all. I was excited to try it out, but when it arrived, I was very disappointed with the state it was in. The package was different from what was advertised, and I actually thought they had sent the wrong wig by mistake. When I opened the package, the wig was inside out and didn't include any normal packing. Additionally, there were traces of oil on the wig, and there was even a random piece of hair in the packaging!

I immediately contacted customer service, enclosing photos of the unit to support my complaint. Unfortunately, their response was a cookie-cutter one, implying that I should have kept to their strict return policy. Normally, this would have been acceptable; but given that it was a used and most likely returned wig, I wasn't happy at all with their response.

To be honest, the correspondence I had with the company was futile, and I was basically blown off. As a result, I won't be doing business with them again and would advise anyone else to avoid them altogether. They obviously don't handle issues professionally and seem to have little respect for their customers' concerns. Bottom line: if you encounter a problem with EbonyOnline, then don't expect them to be willing to help. They'll just make it seem that any issue is entirely YOUR problem-- and that's not how customer service should work!

EbonyOnline Stay Far Away! Terrible Service, Miscommunication, and Hidden Fees Galore

This company ain't no good, folks! Their service is a total rip off. So, I placed my order and waited a couple of days, but didn't receive any confirmation that it was processed. I wanted to change my order, but unfortunately didn't get a response from them. After emailing them a couple of times, I finally heard back from Sales, but they just told me that the order was already processed and ready to be shipped. I had to send multiple emails for confirmation on whether or not the new order was processed, but received no indication whatsoever. Eventually, I received an email from their processing department saying that the order was placed. You'd think this would be the end of it, right? Wrong!

I tried reaching out to get confirmation that my order was updated, but their representatives were no help at all. After an unnecessary long email exchange, their representative finally confirmed that the order was changed. I was excited to finally get my updated order, but you guessed it, folks - it was still wrong! I was so mad, I had to reach out to return the order. I paid $14.65 for the return, but they only refunded me a fraction of the amount I initially paid for the order. Can you believe that?

But wait, there's more! They charged me an additional $4.99 because I had to return the order, which was already shipped with a $4.99 fee. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they also charged me an additional $4.99 for shipping return. And let's not forget the restocking fee they added on top of that! I had to pressure them for a breakdown on how they came to this ridiculous amount, but nothing worked. I had to take the loss and move on.

In conclusion, I am no longer a customer and will not be doing business with them again. The takeaway from this review is simple folks, beware and be careful before doing business with them. I hope my experience can help save someone else from the same headache.

EbonyOnline Warning: Do NOT order from EbonyOnline - Terrible wigs, fake reviews, and terrible customer service!

Listen up folks, I need to tell you something important. I made the biggest mistake by ordering from EbonyOnline (ebonyline.com) and I'm here to warn you to NEVER do it! Don't fall for their fake positive reviews, because trust me, once you place an order, you will regret it.

I was lured in by the gorgeous pictures of wigs on their website, but the reality was far from that. The wigs I received looked nothing like the pictures, and the quality was terrible. I spent a whopping $99 on four wigs, but they didn't even have them in stock. I waited for ages and when I demanded my money back, they stopped replying to my emails. When I finally got in touch with someone, they kept insisting that I choose a different colour for the wigs, even though I just wanted my money back.

On August 31st, I received a box from them containing the wigs that looked completely different from what I'd seen on their website. Not only that, but they didn't even fit my head properly, despite the fact that I have a tiny head. How ridiculous is that? It's pretty obvious that they don't care about the quality of their products or the satisfaction of their customers, they're only interested in taking your money.

The cherry on top is their customer service. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and didn't even bother to greet me properly. When I called to get a refund, they kept me on the phone for more than an hour, and even hung up on me when I called back. When I finally got through to someone, they told me that I would be responsible for shipment and restocking fees. Can you believe that? They want to charge me 20% of the price of the wig as a restocking fee, and I have to pay for shipping too!

In conclusion, if you value your money and sanity, stay away from EbonyOnline (ebonyline.com). Don't fall for their fake reviews, because the reality is that their products are terrible, and their customer service is non-existent. If you're looking for quality wigs, there are far better options out there. Please, don't make the same mistake I did.

EbonyOnline Unreliable and Incompetent: My Disappointing Experience with Ebonyline

Yo, I tried to order some stuffs from Ebonyline twice. The first time I ordered, they couldn't even tell me that the items are out of stock, I only found out after a few days when I didn't get it. I had to call it off. Next, I tried to order something else, and I even emailed them to make sure it is in stock. They said some items aren't, so I chose others accordingly. After days of waiting, I didn't receive any tracking number, so I emailed them again, and they told me they were packing it, and I'm even expecting a tracking number soon. I didn't bother it after that chit-chat.

Six freaking days continued to pass by without having the package. I searched all of my emails, but they still didn't send it. I angrily emailed Ebonyline once more to ask for a tracking update, and they promptly replied that my tracking information had already been sent (like I'm not a human with memory). They fabricated a phantom-label at 9:00 pm that night and sent me that tracking number, acting like they made progress on my order.
I thought okay, cool, maybe they could keep their promise now. Alas, I checked the tracking number two days later to see when it was gonna come, but it still hadn't been shipped! Like damn, they didn't even bother to ship it to the PO!
I feel like I've been scammed, so I'm telling y'all, better watch out for Ebonyline. I ain't never doing business with them again.

EbonyOnline Unbeatable Prices, Disappointing Service: My Experience with EbonyOnline

The prices are unbeatable, I'll give that to EbonyOnline. But honestly, I'm not impressed with the rest of their service. They don't seem to know what they actually have in stock half the time. I'm guessing they don't communicate well with the manufacturers they work with, based on what the customer service reps have told me. That's not a good sign. When I placed an order recently, I was led to believe that everything was going smoothly and that my package would be shipped out on August 11th. But it turns out that the item I wanted was backordered in the specific color I requested. Why didn't they tell me that before? It's pretty frustrating to find out three days after I thought everything was ok. At that point, I decided to compromise and go with a different color. But then I got to thinking: why am I settling for subpar service and playing games with an online store that doesn't seem to care about communicating effectively? So I changed my mind again and decided to cancel my order altogether. I fired off an email to let them know, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it's too late to cancel. Even if I do end up receiving my package in the mail, I won't be ordering from EbonyOnline ever again. Two out of three of my orders were a complete nightmare, and I don't tolerate that kind of nonsense.

EbonyOnline Disappointing Experience with Ebonyline: Delayed Shipping, Wrong Order, and Poor Customer Service

I gotta be real here, I hesitated on writin' this review, y'know? I'm pretty sure most people are quick to complain about a bad experience, but not many will take the time to praise a good one. I've ordered from Ebonyline a bunch of times, but lemme tell ya - they take their sweet time shippin' stuff out. On the brighter side, they're usually a little cheaper than other places. So I ordered two wigs this one time, but they let me know that one of 'em wasn't actually in stock even though it said it was on their site. They asked if I wanted a different color instead, but that wasn't gonna work for me since I wanted a very specific color for that wig. And let me tell you, that was a bummer. I ended up getting the wigs from somewhere else.

Now, lemme tell you what really gets to me. I asked them to replace my missing wig with two others that would add up to the same price as the original one. But then they gave me a wig with a fancy color and that meant that the price went up. So there was still some extra money I had to pay. And I wasn't too happy about that, but I ended up payin'. Then, they didn't even let me know when the wigs were gonna be shipped out, so I had to hit 'em up myself. Finally, after what felt like years, they arrived. But, of course, my order was wrong! I've been talkin' with them for weeks tryin' to get it sorted out, but their idea of how to fix things was to give me a refund and have me return the wrong wig. Then I'd have to order the wig I actually wanted all over again.

I'm not the type to whine to get something for free, but come on, man! When a company messes up, they usually go above and beyond to make it right. I'm not gonna lie, that experience kinda ruined it for me. I ain't gonna be ordering from them again.

EbonyOnline Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with Ebonyline.com

I've had some bad luck with ebonyline.com, and I'm pretty sure I won't be ordering from them again. I mean, it sucks because they have some really cool wigs that I can't find anywhere else, but honestly, it's not worth all the trouble.

This was my third time ordering from them, and it was just as bad as the first two times. The first time I ordered, I paid extra for faster shipping, but my order ended up taking three weeks to arrive. And then, to make things worse, they told me I needed to verify my identity before they could ship it out! Like, why didn't they tell me that before I paid for the order?

The second time I ordered, I paid for express shipping again, but it was still super slow. And their customer service takes forever to get back to you, so I was stuck waiting around for weeks.

And then, this last time, I thought things might be different. They sent me an email saying my order would be shipped in the next 3-8 business days, which was fine. But when I emailed them to check on the status, they told me it had already been delivered! And it definitely wasn't at my house.

So now they're telling me I have to wait another 15 business days before they can do anything about it. It's just a mess, and I wish I had never ordered from them in the first place.

EbonyOnline Terrible Experience with EbonyOnline: Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, No Product Availability Notification

This here is my first time using EbonyOnline and honestly, I don't think I'll ever use it again. It's just way too much work. They got me waiting for days on end just to tell me that the prestretched hair I wanted wasn't available. How come they didn't let me know on their website that they were sold out? That just seems like common sense to me. After I finally got a hold of them, I asked for a similar product which they said would be delivered real soon-like in 24 to 48 hours, but it's been a minute and I still haven't got my stuff. It's like, really? This website needs to go, the shipping is whack and their customer service is worse-I had to call them not once but twice to get a response. It's like they don't even care about their customers. People been leaving good reviews 'bout this site but honestly, they must be tripping or something. This website is a straight-up racket, stealing my hard-earned cash for nothing. I don't even care about getting my money back; I just want to cancel my order. All I can say is this website is crazy, and they wasting my time like I got nothing else to do. I ordered on the 30th of July and it's already the 10th of August; where's my stuff, EbonyOnline? This whole experience has been a hot-[censored] mess.

EbonyOnline EbonyOnline (ebonyline.com) Review: Frustrating Experience with Shipping and Inventory Management

I recently made a purchase from EbonyOnline (ebonyline.com) which ended up being a frustrating experience. My order was worth $130 and I placed it on July 3rd. I thought it was okay that the shipping would take a while since I chose the standard shipping option which meant that my items wouldn't get shipped until 5-8 days after the order date. However, on day four, I became curious and inquired about the shipping status. Usually, companies take much less time than they say to ship products, but this wasn't the case with EbonyOnline.

After asking about my order, I was informed that some of the items I had purchased were out of stock. This was a major inconvenience. I wondered why they didn't make that known on their website and prevent such issues from occurring. It was frustrating that they held off on my items due to restocking from the manufacturer. I had only been nervous about the shipment since I hadn't read reviews of the website in full.

I asked for a partial refund for the items that weren't in stock so that I could at least get a bit of my money back, and they gave me the refund quickly. I believed that the other items I had purchased would arrive soon after that, but it wasn't the case. Nine days passed, and I still hadn't received my items. I messaged the company again, and the response was that my items would be shipped out by the end of the week. This was ridiculous! It was past the time when the items should have already shipped.

I demanded a refund for the rest of my money, and they gave it to me. The only reason why I'm giving a one-star review is that I could get a refund. My shipment was a gift to someone, and now it's highly disappointing that it won't be delivered on time. I don't recommend this to anyone. I think that even expedited shipping would take too long. If you don't mind waiting for nearly a month for standard shipping in the United States, versus buying a wig from OMGQueen that came from China in a week, be my guest, but I don't recommend it. LOL.

EbonyOnline huge disappointment

I have ordered a wig from www.ebonyline.com and later decided to contact them to ask about the status of my order. EbonyOnline rep said that everything was ok and my order was already on its way and will be here any time soon.
Waited for about two weeks only to be told that my order was cancelled! They did not even explain the reason. I really needed that wig! What a huge disappointment.
