Can not get my refund for the returned product shipped back to Italy

I have orderred 2 jackets for my wife back in January 2022 with the order number WRDEAT_[protected]. I have kept one of them and retunred the other one which costs 385,00€. It is returned succesfully on 01.02.2022 at 12:22. It is been 45 days passed but I cannot get my money back. I have raised my complaint 4/5 times to customer survice and no realistic updates I am receiving. In every call I gave I am having an information that they sent the information internally and they will get back to me ASAP. Then nothing happens.
My experinece with Woolrich is a real disaster because of their return policy.
Desired outcome: Please refund ASAP to my account.
chamois shirts
My husband has enjoyed your Woolrich Chamois Shirts and finds them comfortable. Recently, he has found that the shirts have been wearing out inside the collar and in the bias strip just below the collar. The rest of the shirt is fine, but the inside of the collar looks terrible, and makes it embarrassing to wear the shirts. Given the cost of the shirt, it is strange that they would wear out in this manner. I have two examples here with me that I have photographed that show how they are wearing out. I would appreciate being contacted by you to help remedy this situation.

Quality
I bought a t-shirt from this website Woolrich and was not satisfied with its quality. I purchased a lot of things from this seller in the past and must say that quality has changed! Their items are really expensive and poorly made and just not worth the money. It seems like their products are made in China, I just can't find any other explanation! Woolrich disappointed me a lot!
Really, when I paid over $30 for a t-shirt I expected high quality product and what I received was a total junk.
