Cracker Barrel review: Retail sales position I was hired for in the Downingtown, PA store

I was hired as a retail sales associate on October 6 of this year and I consistently increased sales in the store. The only thanks I got was yesterday when one of the retail managers took me aside and said I have to start being nicer to customers while I was in the middle of helping customers buy Christmas presents. I resigned from the job and will not be back unless I am hired as a manager.

I will also never eat in the Downingtown Cracker Barrel again and tell all my family and friends not to eat there either.

Desired outcome: A promotion to one of the managers of the store
