Cracker Barrel review: Cracker Barrel Desoto, TX

I have been to the Cracker Barrel on Beckley in Desoto, TX 2 times in the past week and both times received terrible service. Both times I waited at least 20 minutes for anyone to come take my order- just to greet me & bring a drink. It was even longer before I got to place my order. Also, I’m one instance I ordered pot roast planning to have corn bread. But, when my order arrived their was no cornbread. So, I was stuck with it roast and biscuits. Both times I also ran out of my drink and sat for another almost 30 minutes waiting after finishing my meals without a drink for the ticket. This was not the fault of my waiters. They did not have enough staff working to serve the crowd either time. Very disappointing.
