I accidentally uploaded a few notes from my friend's university into course hero, which I now need to erase before the university's top management takes action. In addition, one document contained the school's logo, which urgently needed to be removed.

my university discovered that their students upload their homework on this website and although I only use my own work, I still need to delete all those documents since my name was in those files. The most significant thing here is that all the files with my name on it is removed.

Hello I would like the documents I uploaded should be taken down since all of them are from the University in which I'm enrolled on. Since it's from them they're infringement for copyrights. Hi! I accidentally deleted my account with course hero and I cannot delete the documents I have uploaded anymore. I want it be deleted because it has confidential and private information that include my name, my other personal information, the identity of the school, of the learners. I didn't know that in their terms and conditions since all I wanted was to upload and download educational resources. I tried to ask help through email in their customer support but I did not get help, I just received email from them that there are no uploads under the email addresses I provided and that I can file a takedown notice since I cannot access my accounts with them anymore because I deleted them. After that, march 25, I received emails saying my complaint has been updated. I was thinking they could help me already because on that day, same issue, the other websites where I registered and deleted my account as well were able to delete the documents after just few hours. So I was thinking why it is taking them so long - I already provided the necessary information they need like urls of the documents I want to be removed, the email addresses I used for uploading those docs, and all the necessary information they need because I want to cooperate with them. Then last night, I followed up. But I only received a response containing a line and that's it. I emailed back to follow up. But I still received a line. I was using my 3 email addresses because I am not sure which of these accounts did I use to upload documents with their website. Then I received an email this morning saying they could not fix this immediately because of a severe weather, that it is holiday and that january is peak season like that. What? This is not holidays anymore.. It seems like they just copied the message from an old email and sent it to me. I am really disappointed today. I kept on receiving responses from them containing lines only. What if somebody sees the documents so they would play safe? I asked a friend and told me to contact the web owner. I did messaged sir grauer and mr. Carrigan but no response. I messaged the official facebook page of course hero and they directed me to customer support. Which I did for a week already. I even loaded my simcard but I could not contact the number of course hero. I could not do my household chores, I could not sleep well, I could eat on time, I just have my cellphone and netbook in front of me for a few days and I could not even take care of my kids! So I decided to file a complaint here so that we could all fix this as soon as possible. I am very mentally tortured now and I have babies who need me and I was even thinking of ending my life. My document was in my gmail and eventually I went for plagiarism checker and what I observed that there was plagiarism sources coming from coursehero.com. Then I went to coursehero.com and found my stolen document under intra-cultural communication. I guessed it happened only because I have subscribed coursehero.com two or three years ago and even I have forgotten about coursehero.

Even I have requested coursehero to remove it by filling an infringement data page something like that. But that document is still there and my submission date is coming closer.

Hello my name is Jennifer, I would like to request to delete our capstone project titled Android Based Mobile Disaster Management Application with GPS and SMS Notification.

There is a limited number of resubmissions allowed... This is an easy number to reach because the tutors fail to include the required/requested references and/or the answer to the question is completly off topic. This requires me to use the limited questions i am allowed. This is an ungoing problem and requests for resolution go unanswered.
