My professor has requested me to remove notes from my university immediately since I have posted them. All of the notes I received from my institution, for which I had to obtain permission from the owner because they were solely intended for university students. I unintentionally posted a few notes from my university into course hero, which I urgently need to erase before the university's senior administration takes action. I requested  coursehero to removed my file uploaded, but no action has been made as of yet. I definitely need to get rid of all of the docs from my account right away.

Hi! I accidentally deleted my account with course hero and I cannot delete the documents I have uploaded anymore. I want it be deleted because it has confidential and private information that include my name, my other personal information, the identity of the school, of the learners. I didn't know that in their terms and conditions since all I wanted was to upload and download educational resources. I tried to ask help through email in their customer support but I did not get help, I just received email from them that there are no uploads under the email addresses I provided and that I can file a takedown notice since I cannot access my accounts with them anymore because I deleted them. After that, march 25, I received emails saying my complaint has been updated. I was thinking they could help me already because on that day, same issue, the other websites where I registered and deleted my account as well were able to delete the documents after just few hours. So I was thinking why it is taking them so long - I already provided the necessary information they need like urls of the documents I want to be removed, the email addresses I used for uploading those docs, and all the necessary information they need because I want to cooperate with them. Then last night, I followed up. But I only received a response containing a line and that's it. I emailed back to follow up. But I still received a line. I was using my 3 email addresses because I am not sure which of these accounts did I use to upload documents with their website. Then I received an email this morning saying they could not fix this immediately because of a severe weather, that it is holiday and that january is peak season like that. What? This is not holidays anymore.. It seems like they just copied the message from an old email and sent it to me. I am really disappointed today. I kept on receiving responses from them containing lines only. What if somebody sees the documents so they would play safe? I asked a friend and told me to contact the web owner. I did messaged sir grauer and mr. Carrigan but no response. I messaged the official facebook page of course hero and they directed me to customer support. Which I did for a week already. I even loaded my simcard but I could not contact the number of course hero. I could not do my household chores, I could not sleep well, I could eat on time, I just have my cellphone and netbook in front of me for a few days and I could not even take care of my kids! So I decided to file a complaint here so that we could all fix this as soon as possible. I am very mentally tortured now and I have babies who need me and I was even thinking of ending my life. My document was in my gmail and eventually I went for plagiarism checker and what I observed that there was plagiarism sources coming from coursehero.com. Then I went to coursehero.com and found my stolen document under intra-cultural communication. I guessed it happened only because I have subscribed coursehero.com two or three years ago and even I have forgotten about coursehero.

Even I have requested coursehero to remove it by filling an infringement data page something like that. But that document is still there and my submission date is coming closer.

So I request here to remove it as soon as possible .

Hi, I uploaded documents recently, without much of a thought and most documents I have uploaded haven't been proof read in which I just clicked and clicked without checking each document. I want to delete all my uploaded documents to further stop misinformation and to avoid copyright infringement cases. Please help me. Professors in our school are asking all students to remove any documents they have uploaded online. Please help me delete all of my uploaded documents. There are 8-10 documents in my account, and I want them all be deleted before anyone finds out about it and read it, and spreads misinformation. Please do help me.

All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I found out my personal information and name was illegaled use in your Course Hero website. The reasons I will list at below:

1. This document has personal, private information of my colleagues (and explain why, listing out the information).

2. I do not give any permission to upload this document because of this document is not finished by my student, and my school's honor code policy.

3. My school will be in grave danger.

4. My Personal Information also illegal use, because the uploader use my name and my university to upload this document. However, I donot give anybody this permission.

Therefore, I need Course Hero to delete this document and accoutn immediately in order to aviod DMCA.

Hello my name is Jennifer, I would like to request to delete our capstone project titled Android Based Mobile Disaster Management Application with GPS and SMS Notification.

There is a limited number of resubmissions allowed... This is an easy number to reach because the tutors fail to include the required/requested references and/or the answer to the question is completly off topic. This requires me to use the limited questions i am allowed. This is an ungoing problem and requests for resolution go unanswered. There is also an overuse of tutors who can not write in formal english. It is not worth the money. Six months in and i have a total of 3 questions left.

Hello, I accidentally uploaded the university documents I needed to take them down, please help me. I did not know that it is not my document but I will replace it as compensation for my wrongdoings.

I have chose the wrong file which is my actual assignment uploaded to Coursehero, is it possible to delete them or I replaced the uploaded documents wth another new documents? Sir/ maam the student behaviour is not so given complaint to the tutor supporting team. Then they said my behaviour is not good so they revocked me what is this. And also I have $650 dollars in my account. They blocked me. I m trying to login but fail. They didn't given one worning. They blocked me as first worning. This is not fair sir/ma'am. The course hero didn't supported to the course hero tutor then whos supporting us. Please give me a chance to prove my self. I m nothing do wrong. There is no fault mine. I given answer for two questions the student asked again extra 2 questions in the comment box I refused. Because that is also against rules so I refused. He clicked on unhelpful. That's way I contacted tutor supporting team but they revocked me. What is this. This is you taken action on student to revocked tutor account. And also they blocked and never withdraw my money from my dashboard even given one worning. The policy also says that give a chance to worning.

This month Feb 2022, I noticed a charge on my account from this company CourseHero.com that I did not authorize in the amount of 39.95. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the company had been billing me 39.95 each month for the past 8 months. I have never opened an account with this company, nor have I ever used their services on a trial basis or otherwise and have not authorized these charges. I have requested that my bank block and not authorize any 'future' transactions from this company and am seeking a full reimbursement for the unauthorized charges to my account.
