I have been reporting a document since April 8,2022 up until now but still receives the same reply. They will not honor my report because it's a fraud? How can it be a fraud when I literally used my legit information there? I evn put my organization? What am I supposed to put there?

Our university wanted us to take down our files there and I will never be able to graduate if the document will not be deleted.

I have uploaded notes from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero when I was reviewing some documents and now i really need to remove them because there are names that are actually the owners.I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

Our university announced a new memorandum on April 8, 2022 that we should take down all our uploaded files on this website. I reported the first batch and there were no problems and it was deleted. But after April 9, not even one of my report was taken down with the reply "we suspect the provided notice contains fraudulent information and we cannot honor your takedown request at this time."

I stated on my reply my situation but there are no action and still declines it. I definitely used my information and it's the same with the first batch that were take down. What happened to course hero? Please take down my file, I've been reporting it for straight 10 days please have mercy on me. I wont be able to graduate if the file is still there.

I'll be spamming complains about your website until you honor my request.

But when I reported a particular file they declined me. The problem was an important file, it's a thesis proposal. We decided to report it everyday but we received the same reply that they will not honor the report. We have ben reporting it for 10 days now and we haven't still received the reply we were hoping for,

Out group was mentioned by out professors and received harsh words from them. We are still receiving them up until now. So please I'm begging you to help me take it down. We might not graduate if it's still in the website.

I uploaded documents on year 2021 without much of a thought and most documents I have uploaded were the module that have been sent by our teachers in which I just clicked and clicked without checking each document. A few days ago, I recently uploaded several documents to your site. I have sent several emails to your support team (a person named Faith is the one that has responded to all of them). She claims that once materials are uploaded to the site there is no way to take them down. I am absolutely shocked and confused by this because I have never used a site where I am not able to delete something I posted.

I uploaded these documents by mistake because they are the wrong versions (outdated and contain some mistakes in the content). I was going to re-upload the new versions as soon as they were taken down but I am not going to do so until they're all deleted from the site. It is a very simple request and it should not be a problem whatsoever to just simply remove some files I accidentally posted.

Please, if your team could just do this, I would greatly appreciate it. I am wasting so much time trying to resolve this and it is giving me anxiety (I suffer from severe anxiety and heart problems so this is not helping).
