Hi, I uploaded documents this year, 2022 and 2021, without much of a thought and most documents I have uploaded haven't been proof read in which I just clicked and clicked without checking each document. I want to delete all my uploaded documents to further stop misinformation and to avoid copyright infringement cases. Please help me. Professors in our school are asking all students to remove any documents they have uploaded online. Please help me delete all of my uploaded documents. There are 26-28 documents in my account, and I want them all be deleted before anyone finds out about it and read it, and spreads misinformation. Please do help me.

On February 15, I filed a complaint and a take-down request to the files that were uploaded in Course Hero without the permission of the owner. DMCA Agent disabled the contents I requested. However, the contents of the file are still tracked to Course Hero. Turnitin report indicates that 6% of the Contents is still from Coursera. They still own the document even after they deleted it on their website. The file is still tracked on Course Hero. Though the file is no longer available on their Website, the fact that it is still tracked as they property is the problem.

I have uploaded notes from my university which have been asked to remove immediately by the lecturer. All the notes I got from my university actually i need to ask for consent from the owner since it is made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded a few notes from my university into course hero and now I really need to remove them before there is action from the top-level management of the university. I have asked the course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

I have accidentally uploaded the files of my assessment in course hero. My teacher asked me to remove it before it gets to the top level management of the university. I did not know that there is no delete button on the site. I thought once I upload it to unlock certain document I can remove it or change its setting. Please help me because I will get in trouble on something I did not know what I did. I request a removal on course hero but all they gave me Is a ticket. I need an action as soon as possible. I just want to share my experience as a coursehero tutor. At first, i am happy tutoring students and earned ..but after a few days using these kind of online platform i can no longer access my account and thinking that i rated as 88 % ratings. I emailed them asking why i can no longer access my account then emailed me telling that my account was flagged and violates terms of use. Which i don't receive anything from them any proofs of violating the said terms of use. I still have a pending earnings they said no futher payment are obligated. I answered with a helpful ratings. These kind of platforms should be reported!

I have contacted course hero many times asking them to remove the files that I accidentally uploaded. I accidentally upload my assignment group in course hero to know the answer right or not, and now all my group members felt angry with me because we are not supposed to upload our school documents and I have been given a warning.

Then, I deactivate my account because I think with deactivating that account, that document will automatically delete. Now I can't log in to my account and the file is still there. I felt my mental breakdown now. I am scared that another member from the same course sees that file and we have the same. PLEASE HELP ME :'(

Until now I still have not heard from course hero nor have they removed the document. I really need you to take action and remove this file.

I was able to see an output I made, a powerpoint presentation uploaded here thru a pdf file my lecture to my students entitled Research 101. My which is included in.this presentation was uploaded here without my knowledge and permission. I am saddened that I dont even know how this output of mine is being used. I seek your action to remove my file immediately. I want to know who submitted it as well.

I spend a lot of money on course hero. Whenever I ask a tutor question it is wrong or needs some additional detail. The feedback and reviews never work. Because of this, my questions are wasted and I don't even get the answer which results in waste of my money. As a student, it is not easy to spend dollars every time I ask questions and don't even get a correct answer . I hope this complaint will work and I'll get a possible solution

Hello, I did not mean to go through with signing up for the monthly subscription...I canceled my plan 30 seconds later. I also thought it would only charge 9.95 not the 119 fee...how could you mislead people like that. I would like a refund.

I had deactivated the account and I already deactivated the subscription but I was still charged for this month. This is completely insane. Kindly review the request.

I deactivated my account that have many uploads their i want to reactivated it again please take an action immediately.

Good day, I accidentally upload the documents where my professor asked me to delete it because they are thesis and some of those are part of the thesis and my thesis will not be accepted because when my professor checked in plagiarism checker, the documents i uploaded here in course hero appear. Our professor has told us that we cannot upload our answers and notes on any platform, other than google classroom or else our answer sheets would be scanned as plagiarized. He requests that we take them down immediately. I have already contacted and requested Course Hero to delete my documents. However, Course Hero cannot proceed with my request. I hope this complaint does not get ignored because this is an urgent matter.

I shared some confidential information in the uploaded documents and I want to delete all of it including the school I write. I want to take down all of it immediately. My school is at risk about it and the professors also. I may have a problem with them if I don't remove it as soon as possible. Also, I want you to deactivate my account after deleting the documents.
