Good day! I am requesting to remove my documents on your site for I posted a document accidentally. That documents includes the name of the people who owns and create the document which will be a very big problem if the document will spread. And I will be deactivating or may be deleting my course hero account for some important reasons. It happened May 30, 2022 at midnight. I was experiencing payment failure so I decided to log out and log back in but I have not been able to log in. The login page keeps redirecting me. Kindly help me out. I have been very helpful to the students. For two days now I have not been able to log in.

I have uploaded a module from my university which has been asked to remove immediately by the lecturer. All the notes I got from my university actually need to ask for consent from the owner since they are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded a few notes from my university into the course hero and now I really need to remove them before there is action from the top-level management of the university. I have asked course hero to remove but there are still no action has been taken yet. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible.

I am humbly requesting you to please remove my uploaded files in your site as soon as possible. Especially our research paper mentioned below. It may cause problem to me and my family personally especially mt father's personal information included a lot.

Hello! I want this specific document to be deleted. It is an examination paper for highschool students that should not be released yet. The professors wanted the document to be deleted immediately. I recently discovered the CourseHero has been deducting from my paypal account $19.95 per month since December 2020 as well as a $39.95 payment also in December 2020.

Upon canceling this paypal payment and contacting Course Hero by their own admission they state "Moreover, we are unable to locate an account under [protected]@bigpond.com. "

Upon checking their pricing it appears that there is no subscription for $19.95 per month only the following There are 3 course hero subscription price options available:

Annual membership: $9.95 per month which is billed in one advanced installment of $119.40.

3-month membership: $19.95 per month which is billed in one advanced installment of $59.85.

Monthly membership: $39.95 per month.

therefore showing that the $19.95 per month that they have taken is not for any subscription plan that they offer

Hello, I uploaded documents last year, 2021, without much consideration, and the most of the documents I posted were not proofread since I simply clicked and clicked without checking each document. To further prevent disinformation and avoid copyright infringement claims, I'd like to remove all of my uploaded materials. Please assist me. My Account was charged $119 when I subscribed to a $9.95 monthly subscription. I would like my account to be refunded.

I only used course hero for 1 day and $119 was charged to my account. I was charged on May 9th 2022.
