Costco Wholesale Corporationtire service


Dear Costco- I will start out by saying that I truly love shopping at Costco and am there usually 2-3 times per week. This afternoon I took my Van in for a tire rotation and balance. I had made an appointment for 1:30. My wait was not long to be waited on and the gentleman told me it would be probably 30-45 minutes since they were not busy. All four bays were empty when I arrived. I went along and did my shopping and had not received a phone call telling me that my vehicle was ready. So I took a seat and waited and waited and waited...At 3:06 PM I finally was back in my car and on my way. Then on my way home, I noticed that a new reminder sticker for my next service was not even placed on my windshield!! I think the idea of making appointments online now is fabulous but am VERY disappointed in my experience today and not eager at all to return for any kind of tire service in the future.
