I am a very loyal customer of Costa coffee in accrington but have
Found recently that the shop is never kept in a suitable
Fashion the manager Toni Wilson is always hungover and mentioning
The amount of drugs she has done over the weekend it's very
unacceptable behaviour from such a large organisation.
The service is appalling the staff are always talking between them
Self and never take any interest in the customers. All in all not worth drinking there

    I agree with everything you said but the fact they are talking to each other doesn't exactly mean anything, you work there for 8 - 10 hours and you clearly need to have that social factor going on, as you are going to go crazy without talking. Obviously ignoring customers to talk is bad, but if they were just talking when there were no customers or anything to clean, then it's fine.
