they charged me for making 3 way phone calls that i never made when i contacted them and i asked to speek with a supervisor they told me that they were not going to remburst me for the calls that they charged me for and they never put the supervisor on the phone, and to top it all off they hung up me i was not to happy with the way they treated me and they were very rude so i called back and talked to someone and i asked them to go back and review the phone conversations and they wouldent even do that out of all the money i spend with that companey i figure that they could go back and listin to the taped conversations but they couldent even do that iam really dissapointed with thier companey.

    usually when you get a dropped call that lasted for more than 1 minute you need to go into the website to fill out a form so that they can investigate what was the issue. They told me something about phone features and even if i didnt use them the system could recognize them. So I filled out the form and in less than 30 days they gave me the credit. we also need to understand as customers the company policies. We cant just complain if we dont get what we want
