I am so so annoyed at Lerato and johan from cori craft fourways crossing!
I paid for my order November 17th! And made it clear to this lerato girl that I want my staff delivered to me by 20th because I have a function on 21st!
I ddnt receive my order on 21st and had to move my function to today! I cleared all my furniture at home because this lerato girl promised me that I was going to get my order on 20th!
The issue was escalated to Storm the warehouse manager who was very helpful, and promised that I was going to get my staff on 22 in the morning because I had to move out my function to 22 at noon!
The reason for the delay is that my staff was still in transit after Lerato told me on the 18th that my staff was all in durban waiting for delivery on Friday and that cori craft durban only delivers to margate on Fridays! I got to learn of the delivery terms 2 days before the scheduled delivery! Talk about incompetence, when I have been sitting on Lerato to make sure that my order gets delivered on 20th? I have been following up on her every day to make sure of this, I have watsups and emails to prove this, and she's been telling me to be clam and that everything was in order!
I get a call today Friday morning from Atish durban warehouse and she tells me that they will deliver my order but it's in incomplete! How guys! How! Firstly cori raft had specific dates as to when One needed to pay to get your staff before Christmas! And I paid way before then! And I specifally made a request to get my staff on 20th!
It's the 22nd! I moved out my function to today and Im being told my order is incomplete!
I paid over 60k on this order and wasn't expecting this kind of kak service! Atleast not from cori craft!
Can somebody somewhere make sure that I get my complete order today! So pissed!
How hard can this be really?
