Coricraft review: furniture repair

Hello, I started phoning Melody and Claudette in December 2017 about my recliner (that was previously fixed in 2016) that was at fault again. Since them I have phoned 7 times to enquire when it will be picked up for repairs. Last week Claudette said Saturday, 3 March, I am still waiting.?! This is unacceptable service. Will someone get back to me asap.
