SSS charges yoo and holds on to ur money 4 weeks even when they don't have the products u wanna buy in stock. They don't evn tell u wen u buy the product it aint there. It gets worse: when u ask for updates, thir stories change every day and depnd on who ur talking to. Then, they cancel the products they don't hav and u still gotta pay full shipping costs for the rest of ur order. Sad to say, this co aint got good biz practices. Don't waste ur time with em.

Been buying from Simon Says Stamp for ages, but it's starting to make me mad. They keep sending emails even though I said "no thanks" a million times. I whined to Stephanie L about this, but no response, so I guess all complaints go into the trash. Tiffany from customer service tells me to unsubscribe from the pics she sent over and over, and I feel stupid because I already did that. I can't get Heidi K *** to answer either, and I know she could help. They want my money, but they take forever to send my stuff. And now they make me beg for what I paid for? I asked for a refund five times already, but no luck. They don't care about the basics, and I'm thinking they arrange it this way to stay lazy and ignore customers. Maybe you guys can help me out?
I would like to cancel my kit of the month subscription. I don't know how I got subscribed in the first place. I cannot afford this.

Both products and service are outstandin'. Orders are correct n' arrive in a timly manner. Products are exactly as described/represented on the website. Don't be dissuaded from buyin' based on a singl negative review. If you're a card maker, you'll love Simon Says Stamp. (I have no affiliashun wif SSS; I simply hate to see a company suffer due to a singl unhappy individual. I can't speak to the truth or accuracy of the individual's complaint, only my own numerous positive interactions.)
