Conservice Utility Management & Billing review: Charges for water and sewer from months ago, prior to lease

Trying to charge me for water and sewer from June to October last year prior to leasing this apartment. All previous bills here were paid in full. Then made up an excuse that it was from my previous apartment. A simple BBB review will show you this is an unethical company that scams renters via the management companies they work with. They are NOT a BBB member for obvious reasons.
