Conservice Utility Management & Billing review: Double billing

Conservice is just what the name implies "Con-service." Why do they bill 2 months together making your bill go sky high. They put 2 electric bills on my current bill for November from June/July and August/September making my utility bill $1377 that has to be paid with my rent. OUTRAGEOUS! I don't have that kind of money. Why can't they bill monthly like the other utility companies do, monthly? I don't know what I'm going to do. Something needs to be done about this. All my rental company says is "you know it was coming when you didn't get billed for it last month," but I never know how much it is until 1 week before my rent is due and how am I suppose to come up with all of that in a weeki.
