Conn's Home Plus — warranty
Bought a sofa and love seat set. Disappointed first in the quality of product had to file more than one repair claim. Filed last claim three to four mo the before they were paid off. The tech came to fix them said they sent the wrong part. Ordered new parts which I never received . He came back out to fix something else. To me to hold wrong parts . Said he was moving to call the claim center and tell them them. Not my job but ok. So I did . Sent new repair guy out. Said he would order parts and come back out. Did not hear anything so I called again . Lady said it was still open. Got a call from someone wanted to know if I still wanted the items fixed. This has gone on almost a year. No repairs . No calls. Horrible customer service .
