Its just the harrassing phones that Conns does. They are not happy with just
one call a day. They call about 4-6 times a day. Then you get put on hold and
you have to wait and wait and wait some more.
Yet they get mad if the the bill is not paid. Why don't you put a human on the
phone when you make these phone calls. People are more likely to answer to
a human than to being put on hold and having to wait till you can get to us.
This is not at good business.

I've never purchased anything from this company nor rented or leased anything I'm not even exactly sure what they do yet every single day I'm getting 5 to 10 calls every hour or two from this company then I blocked the number and then an hour later they'll call from another number I repeatedly asked for them to quit calling me at this point this is harassment.

conns is the worst ever to do business with my husband is in the hospital as i type this the last two months have been nothing but doctors surgery and complications he was diagnosed with renal cancer just removed his left kidney friday. well conns has been calling at least ten times a day and are very very rude except for one guy which i took him name and contact info from i tired telling them i will call them back in a few days when i know whats going on because right now i am dealing with his heath issues and the fact he hasnt been able to work in over 2 months i have kids at home bills piling up and only conns is harassing me the other creditors were understanding. i told then i have always made my payments on time and haven't purposely not paid them this is a circumstance i cannot change at the moment but i tried promising to call back and figure something out but that wasn't good enough the rudeness and threats of coming to the house to take my items away are not helping especially when its appliances i need i guess the fact that i was willing to work out payment arrangements to then as soon as his immediate heath risk were handled wasn't good enough for them i don't see how threatening people is effective

If you paid your bill you wouldn't get collection calls. If you can't pay your bills don't buy it! I'm so tired of people not taking responsibility for their decisions. I wouldn't want you in my store if you weren't going to pay your bills! i have bought many things from Conn's. TVs, refrigerators, video cameras, washer and dryer, ect.. I have used conns line of credit. I was crazy and paid the bills by the due date. no harrassing phone calls. i have called them out on customer services calls and gotten great service. my mother in law called them out to her house because she got a cookie sheet stuck in her refrigerator door and couldn't open it. They helped her and were nice about it. i will continue to be a loyal customer to this store.

I live in Austin, Texas . I have had the worst experiance of my life dealing with this company. They have the right name thats for sure Conns! . The harrassing phone calls that start at 8 a.m. and end at 8:59 p.m each and every day. Not one or two calls a day but every hour and I have a phobe bill showing the numbers of calls I get per day.
Warning... If your one day late... If you mailedyour payment and it gets there one day late. Your vocie mail will be full with harrassing calls or your phone will be ringing ever hout on the hour They work on Sundays as well.
I will NEVER walk into a CONNS again ...I will also make sure everyone I know will hear about my experiance with this so called company. I will tell them to search complaints for Conns on this site before walking into a store location.

I have found the customer service at Conn's nothing short of exemplary. Over the last 20 years I have purchased a stove, a refrigerator, multiple televisions, multiple window air conditioning units, multiple GPS units, front load steam laundry pair, top load dryer, an unlocked cell phone, computer accessories and many other items.

The few times I have needed service from Conn's they have been nothing but professional with prompt courteous service.
When I read these negative comments if I can only assume that you must've met with someone who was not yet fully acquainted with the company-wide commitment to quality

Conn's has been in Southeast Texas for like 100 years. Locally everyone I know believes that Conn's offers quality products with terrific customer service all in prices that are hard to beat.
