Got into an auto accident October 25th. I filed my claim the same day at around 8:45AM. Got a call from Chantel, one of the adjusters who picked up my claim the following day. I was unable to answer at the time and immediately called back. Voicemail box was full an unable to leave a message. Called the next day at 8AM and she answered by saying "my phone is going to die" which is extremally unprofessional and unprepared. She let me know my car has been picked up and moved to their warehouse to get appraisal. She made me aware that it can take up to 3 weeks. 3 weeks has passed and have not heard anything, so I decided to call and of course no answer a voicemail was left 10/9/23. She called me the following morning at 7AM to let me know she has not heard back from appraisal and will call them the next day being that is the deadline date and will call me back. I have not heard from her since and attempted to call 10/20 left a voicemail. No call back, tried again 10/24 and left another voicemail. I really need my vehicle for all purposes as in getting kids to school and me to work.
