Connect MGA Horible customer service

Horible customer service. No, wait, non-existant customer service. The most unprofesional company I have dealt with in 30 years. Our company van was hit by one of their policy holders. Has taken over a month to get this resolved with our truck loosing money by sitting in the yard. Such a fly by night operation should not be allowed to operate. Too bad the ComplaintsBoard.com doesn't base their ratings on reviews. This one would be an F for fail.

Connect MGA On April 29, 2022, my daughter got hit by one of their insured parties

On April 29, 2022, my daughter got hit by one of their insured parties. After a couple of months with no results, my daughter asked for my help to fix the claim. The insured party let their daughter drive without a license, and she hit my daughter on the side. After sending pics of the damage, they say they can't get a statement from the daughter after trying many times. The father can easily get a written statement from the daughter or have her on a 3-way call for a statement. They won't give me an estimate of damages based on the pics sent without the statement. They're using delay tactics to make this go away. We think they're using Bad Faith to resolve this matter. It's been 60 days, and "you haven't gotten a statement from the daughter" is an excuse for more delays. This seems to be a pattern with this company. They keep delaying and denying.

Connect MGA The guy who owns the connect policy backed into me on 02/09

The guy who owns the connect policy backed into me on 02/09. We've been trying to get this sorted out since then. The adjuster only calls from a blocked number and won't leave any contact info. Someone was supposed to come by and check out the damage, but nobody ever showed up. I work from home, so I would've seen if anyone came. Four hours after they were supposed to be here, they asked for the apartment number. So I know they never showed. Now they're saying they sent a check to the wrong address twice, and nobody can even tell me how much the check was for. Since nobody actually came to look at the car and they haven't given me a copy of the estimate, I have no way of knowing what they're doing to fix the damage they already admitted was their fault. We've called 4 times to track down the check, and they just keep lying and saying it was sent out, but they keep sending it to the wrong address. I just want them to fix my car and stop ignoring us so they don't have to deal with it. We didn't cause the accident, their driver backed into us, and they need to fix it.

Connect MGA I got rear ended by a person insured by this company on July 5th

I got rear ended by a person insured by this company on July 5th. I sent the claim the same day to Connect Insurance and they said an adjuster would call me in 48 hours. But I never got a call. Finally, on July 8th, after trying a bunch of times, I got a hold of the adjuster, ***. I sent him pictures of the damage and he said he would do a repair estimate based on the pictures and call me back on July 11th. But he didn't call me back on Monday. After trying a bunch more times, I finally reached him and he said the repair estimate would be done on July 14th and he would call me back on July 15th. But I still haven't heard from ***, the claims adjuster, or his boss. I'm also having back pain from the accident and I can't go to work because I can't drive my car. My claims number is CCBXXXXXXXX. I left voicemails for both *** and his boss, but they're not responding. The driver insured by Connect Insurance got a ticket after the accident. I was driving the black Honda Civic. I was stopped because there was a car in front of me and then I got rear ended by the Chevy Malibu insured by Connect Insurance.

This here's 'bout a car claim filed by *** on 05/07/2022. We're the auto body shop that Mr. Soto picked for fixin' his ride. 1st Class Collision Center's at 2631 S Garland Ave. Garland, Tx. [protected]. We've tried a bunch o' times to get a written answer 'bout a repairs supplement that got sent on 6/6/2022. We also asked the appraiser Mr. *** to get in touch with the customer and let 'em know he ain't payin' for the repairs to be done right. We've also tried to reach out to the adjuster Mrs. *** and the supervisor Mrs. ***. We called 'em up and left a bunch o' messages, but ain't got no response. We also sent emails, but ain't heard back. Without the supplemental approval, we can't finish the repairs, and the storage fees for the vehicle keep addin' up. We reckon the insurance company won't pay for 'em neither. We really need some help with this 'cause Mr. Granado's phone statements got us worried 'bout the safety of drivers and the general population. Connect MGA On 2/26/2022, a driver insured by Connect MGA/Reliant General, who was driving drunk, hit the vehicle behind me

On 2/26/2022, a driver insured by Connect MGA/Reliant General, who was driving drunk, hit the vehicle behind me. They then attempted to flee the scene by hitting my truck and running multiple red lights. Luckily, I was able to follow the driver until they pulled over. I took pictures and videos as evidence and promptly called the Dallas PD to file a Police Report. I submitted the claim online on the same day.

I made several calls and left voicemails for the adjuster, but it wasn't until 3/14/2022, which was over half a month after the accident, that I finally spoke to her. When she answered, she was very unprofessional and rude, screaming at me and refusing to pay until I finished my treatment. I informed her that I had tried contacting her multiple times but hadn't received a response. She then mentioned speaking to the other parties involved in the accident and agreed to arrange an inspection of my vehicle. It wasn't until around April that she emailed me, mentioning a property limits issue and advising me to file a claim with my own insurance.

I informed her that I had paid $190 out of pocket for my doctor visits and that my doctor recommended 11 visits costing $2,825. I also mentioned that the impact had caused pain in my neck, lower back, and upper back, as two of my vertebrae were fused due to ankylosis spondylitis. However, she dismissed my concerns, stating that she didn't care and wouldn't pay until I finished my treatment. I explained that I didn't have the money to cover the nearly $3000 cost of treatment, especially since I had already paid $190 due to her insured driver hitting me. In response, she screamed, "I'm not paying anything until you finish treating," and abruptly ended the call.

Since then, I have received an offer of $500, followed by a second offer of $750 for the pain and suffering I have endured for over 7 months. I had to rely on my own insurance for the repairs to my truck, which amounted to over $5,000. It is clear that the adjuster and Connect insurance are acting in bad faith. The offers of $500 and $750 are neither fair nor reasonable considering the circumstances.
