Concentra review: Work injury

Concentra urgent care is the absolute worst medical provider I've ever experienced or dealt with, I've been mistreated, misdiagnosed, lied to, discriminated against and more. The doctors are only there for ur employers best interest not yours as an injured employee. It's disgusting. I was diagnosed with a sprain shoulder and somewhat treated for it, and sent back to work, as the pain continued to remain and in some cases worsen I attempted to walk in as an emergency walk-in patient I was turned away by concentra and referred to a nearby er where I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my neck. I have still YET to receive an mri and the doctor is REFUSING to acknowledge my pain or the fact that I was misdiagnosed and refusing to take me off of work.
