Concentra

On 06-22-21 I was given a list of approved VA providers. Concentra was on the list and I needed medical attention for left and right ear ache. After calling to set an appointment, they said they were not busy and I could just walk in. I gave them a brief summary of my symptoms and they said they did not have the diagnostic equipment to attend to my needs. I told them I only needed my ears looked at to see if they were infected. I had surgery on the left ear during my military service and I know the beginning symptoms of an ear infection. I get ear infections 2-3 times a year. Mostly left but occasionally both. They said they could help if that is all I needed. Upon arrival I was denied medical attention with these reasons given.
They didnt have any way of testing for strep
They didnt have any way of testing for flew
They didnt have any way of testing for Corona
I told them my symptoms were not related to any of these and that there was no reason to test for them. They still refused me service.
My symptoms were left and right ear pain only.
I had no symptoms that would warrent any tests that they said they didnt have.
No fever
No cough
No loss of taste or smell
No upset stomach
No other random crap they say is covid related.
