People, avoid the website We found the hotel and booked it, but it turned out that they didn’t return money back or provide any help. They took money and provided booking number, but 10 days later we asked them, if we could get money back, because we wanted to cancel the booking. But the rep told “no” and advised to check their policy, but we haven’t found it on the website. So, think twice before you deal with them.

    HotelsClick - Booking cancelled by company and no refund received

    H2018-76257 - Booking to Dubai. Received email less than a month before holiday cancelling booking. No refund was issued and I am unable to get hold of anyone by phone or email. This is being reported to the police and I will be seeing legal action. They have stolen money and are clearly con artists.
