The Upper House marco ma unprofessional, racist & rude customer service

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years while doing business in Hong Kong, and never had any problem.

This time i was met by a staff member i now know as Marco Ma. He was very aggressive after some disagreement we heard him utter
"Black Monkeys" It was unbelievable! This was unacceptable my wife suggest we made a report to the Police but they were not much help.

Very disappointed and because of the racism I will never stay here again. *Very sad to say.
