Wish product sizing way off

The sizing charts given do not match the actual sizing of items delivered. A shirt listed as fitting chest size 35.5"-36.5" won't fit a teenage girl with a 32" chest. Same story with a dress listed as large, chest size up to 39.5", doesn't fit a 36" chest. Customer service is a joke as well. They kept telling me to wait for the item to be delivered after I told them several times the item WAS delivered and did not fit. This is a scam all the way around. All the tags are in Chinese as well so there's really now way to even tell exactly what was sent. Returns require the customer to ship item back, usually at more than twice what was originally paid. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Wish broken merchandise

I have spent a lot of money with them it takes a long time to get your stuff I recieved two neglaces crushed and broken and they told me to send pics and I did it sat on my dresser for two weeks I threw it out and they never said what they were going to do so I text them and they said send it but pitched it really! I deleted them and I'm done they didnt refund my money but this is the only oroblem I had I love the site I'm very disappointed in the results bye bye wish!

Wish customer service

Orders don't get recieved and when contacting customer service you get automated email response which is no help.
Nobody actually responds to your enquiries.
Its really hard to get any help when you have a problem with your orders not coming.
There is no option for this in customer service questions.
They dodge there customers so they don't have to refund customers .
Very frustrating to deal with if they think your credit card number isn't yours even when you prove that it is your account with transaction details, they still dont fix the problem.

Wish products not what I ordere.

Ordered 3 items. All came about 1 month after the order. Much too long since they sat in Vancouver for 3 weeks alone. Very odd. I asked for a black polo - came as white; grey hoody thin cotton - thick cotton and with a cut; dark grey jacket - was purplish and zipper and very cheap material.

I ordered £73 pounds worth of clothes from Wish and found nearly all of them badly made and not fit to wear I have complained several times to wish and got nowhere I even got in touch with America's equiverlent to our Citizens Advice Bureau and still getting nowhere. Thank you.

Wish money out my account

My son aged 15 downloaded this app and he bought one pair of joggers and I set up bank details for him.. The joggers came very poor quality but he liked them. Then a week later wish.com took a large amount of money out my bank account. I have cancelled everything on my sons apps, I've emailed them from my sons email address and my email address over a week ago and they still haven't got back to me or refunded my money. What else can I do? I'm in Scotland and don't fancy phoning them. I've also sent an enquiry through the their web site, no reply. I have contacted the fraud department with my bank so they can't take any more money. I just wish they would get in contact with me. Help?.

Did you ever get the items that they ordered without your permission? Because the same thing just happened to me, they changed my email and password so I cant login and they ordered 11 times the same item and 1 time a different item so all together it was 12 different transactions that equaled $782.08. But when I see the email they sent me it says its going to my address, so my question is did you receive the items they bought without your permission?

They put $957 worth of items in my cart and sent the order through with out my consent and stole that money out of my account. I've reported with ftc, better business, my turbotax card holder account and many other sites i complained on. I called my card holder and wish.com immediately when i seen the charge was deducted from my account which was the same day and none of the items had been processed but they said i can't cancel and id have to wait until it went through to my bank. So I started disputing each item as a seperate order although the entire order was debited in one transaction. Therefore all the items(orders) are going to one address. Well i try to dispute each item individually and they come up with the same automated responses and are saying that the item in question is going to the same address as all my previous orders and that i did in fact order the item. Every item that is on my history is from the same transaction so of course they would be from the same address.
They were all on the same day and the same time but wish.com is claiming them to be seperate orders so they can say well this order is going to the same address as all of your previous orders. When in fact every item was in one order because it was all on the same ticket so of course they have the same address. I want to know why why my address or address has anything to do with them taking almost a thousand dollars from my debit card fradulently with out my permission or consent. I didn't order the [censored] and i told them to cancel it and don't send it. I was forced to take pics off the internet so i could say i got the wrong item or that it was broken just to be able to get some of my money back. I had to lie to them and why the [censored] do they keep saying when i get my order if my items are wrong, broken or I'm not satisfied to contact them? These aren't my items so why would i give a [censored] about any of it? all i want is my money back. It's been since march 12 it is now June 12! That's 3 months I've been arguing with these thiefs and they still owe me over $500dollars i wasnt able to get refunded no matter how hard i tried. Oh and another thing some of the items that was on the ticket, expensive ones, were on there 4 or five times. Now would i order multiple of a hundred and some dollar item? Wish.com is a thieving piece of [censored] and i hope all the people who work there have something horrible happen to them financially/. Blow china up! [censored] wish.com

Don't order anything from Wish! I ordered some magnetic eye-lashes from Wish, They said all I would have to pay for is shipping, I received the eye- lashes ( that I didn't like much any way, ) Later that month they Deducted $99.76 from my checking account. And they keep Deducting that same amount every month! I got another set in the mail about a month ago, I didn't even open the package I just mailed it back saying that I did not want them! But they still like to take my money! I know that I can close my account, but I don't know how to get a refund. I called them once and they said that since I used the eye-lashes they could only send me a partial refund, Well, I never received anything!

I just went into wish to purchase some small items, I never purchase expensive items from this site, and someone had hacked into my account and attempted to purchase a laptop. They had changed my primary address to theirs and there was a laptop to the value of $470 sitting in my cart. I deleted all and changed my password and contacted Wish to advise them of the incident. Fortunately my method of payment is PayPal and I had no credit card info stored with Wish so they were unable to complete the transaction. I have used eBay for many years and never encountered anything like this. This site does not seem to value the importance of their customer's security online.

Someone just used my account today from Ukraine, I am in the US... Thank goodness most of the things did not go through, but for sure this is not a secure place to order from... I am still waiting fro response from Wish. I contacted them to cancel all orders...Hope they do something

I bought of wish as it was advertised on tv I bought few items it draws you in as prices seem really good at first so you end up shop shop shopping ..then I would check my statement money was being taken at silly hours times where I was asleep they took money 2 days running I sent them a email nothing no reply from them ..I rang up my bank and have cancelled my card makes me sick we trust a company they ask for our bank details as soon as you download the app we do not expect people to be stealing our money ...wish is a disgrace of a company I will actually wait and see if I receive the products I orderd a top and 3 notifications came up all different prices I was shocked it should be shut down or be on watchdog for others not to fall into the trap it should not be advertised on telly also I and others should have a refund on our hard earned money..WISH ..WISH COULD BE SHUT DOWN AS ITS FULL OF SCAMMERS STEALING OFF US HARD WORKING PEOPLE ..not happy with them and please please do not buy of them

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and you can do it online. Even though you are from another country, since Wish is an American company they are held to the standard in this country; therefore, anyone who has done business with them can file a complaint, regardless of the buyers country of origin. The FTC has a page for cross border filing:

yes wish.com is just stealing from us all everyone that I know that has shopped on wish has been done dirty and had money taken and nothing in return and worse money charged out of the blue when there wasn't ever any order placed something has got to be done ..they have taked around 500.00 all togather from my credit cards even after I deleted my payment info, , i really wish that wish would be shut down and have to refund all of the money they have stolden its getting way far beyond out of hand we would be punished fined and screwed;;;;left is a major crime hello

I ordered a set of 5 rings (size 9). After a very long time, they finally arrived, shipped from China. None of the rings were a size 9. Two of them fit my pinky finger and the rest were assorted sizes. Plus another ring I ordered never came! I will never order from them again!

Wish Won't refund

After following their policy of requesting a refund for return within 30 days, I waited for a response to my email. I did not realize that notifications to my email had been turned off. I sent in two more requests for a refund, all were within 30 days. Finally I checked the website and realized that they had sent messages on their website to the effect that they wanted me to send a picture of the item I was requesting a refund for. By the time all this happened, it was just over 30 days from the date of delivery. They are now refusing to refund due to the fact that they did not receive the picture of the item(s) I want to return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Luckily I paid through PayPal and filed a claim through them. Wish never responded to my claim and I finally got my refund.

All of the other items that I had ordered were OK except for one that I didn't receive and they refunded that. If you are uncertain you can use PayPal to pay and your purchase is guaranteed.

I’ve sent a phone back to wish. It claimed to have 41 3 front facing mega pixel camera, and all its specs where high quality. The phone was a counterfeit phone of the Samsung s21. Two of the cameras where not even real. I’ve sent the phone back, Hermes Delivery only track it so far then say contact the retailer. The shipping agency in Swindon Bleckmann Logistics where the item was posted to say the same thing and won’t even tell me if they received it.
Wish have said they haven’t received the item to give a refund?
Has anyone got any ideas on how I get my refund or cash back?

I received my order it was totally wrong. I mailed it back on Nov.12 and now I would like a refund paid back to me on the order that I had to send back. I really don't know if I will order anything else from Wish or not. I did not know that your orders were shipped OUT SIDE of the United States. So please just refund my money because I am on a fixed income and I will need it back. thank you

Wish is a FRAUDULENT criminal enterprise that traffic's in counterfeit products. Often times it's a bait and switch. They advertise the title of the listing and photographs of the authentic items and then send you fraudulent counterfeit products. This happened to me. I ordered a product that was advertised as the brand name, and I was sent a completely fake knock off counterfeit. I attempted to contact customer support through their internal app function on the same exact day I received delivery so I was well within the 30 day policy, and all I received was an automated message that a representative would contact me within 2 business days. This was over two weeks ago. I have attempted to contact them a dozen times using the same customer support menu in their app and each time I get the same stupid automated message saying I will be contacted in 2 days. It's a complete scam. I have all the proof that the item is fake and counterfeit, proof that they have refused to respond to me, proof that I attempted to initiate a return /refund on the very first day, and proof that they are a FRAUDULENT "business". I have contacted my credit card company to inform them it was fraud, and I received the credit back from them but I just hope they retract payment to Wish so it comes out of their pocket. I am also contacting the better business bureau, my lawyer for a class action lawsuit, and INTERPOL or other law enforcement authorities to investigate their fraud.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from them, one pair is suppose be 8 women's its more like a kids 3 and One pair was
damaged. I sent the pictures as that ask and still nothing they took so long then it said to late to file a claim I was
then told some would get in contract with me right away, never heard anything. I guess its just a lost
don't order anything from them, if you get the item you orders its take a 3 months and if its damage you live
with it.

Wish their real business is harvesting credit card numbers

I wanted to order a jacket from them using a phone app. The jacket cost $15. I got to the end payment stage, gave them my credit card number, and attempted to finish the order but the system bounced back and said "try again later." Nevertheless, they charged my card four times for one dollar, then credited four times for one dollar, apparently to see if the number was valid. Several days later they charged me $52, although I never completed the order (and even if they interpreted my failed checkout as "completing, " why charge me three and half times the advertised price?)
Their website conveniently has no phone number for them, and sending an email via their online contact page yields no results.
These people are clearly scammers--they might ship a few items here and there to pretend to be a real business, but given the volume of complaints from googling "wish.com fraud, " it's clear what their real intentions are. Stay away from them!

I am amazed at these comments as I have bought alot of things from WISH. I have never had a problem and the jewelry is beautiful. It doesnt last forever but it is fun jewelry. I bought bird toys and some art brushes. All good deals.

I get spam gmail and notifications about Asian women. And gmail all knows it is from Wish and only dumb Wish. I Wish that Google auto deleted all messages from Wish, and for the notifications to burn in hell

They are SCAMMERS they steal our money I had to cancel my card lets see if I get any of my items over 200 pounds spent on goods and they go into my account and take money still for God knows what I want a refund ..example of there hacking I bought a top and all together it came to 7 pounds with postage then 3 times more the same email came to my account showing up and the price was going higher and higher which wish the [censored] kept taking more money for the same item I have screen shot everything and they do not reply back to emails ...STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY

I've already gotten 36 items that I ordered and they all turned up in excellent condition. I still have more items to come. I've used my credit card w/o PayPal with no problems. I hope this helps.

I ordered goods from Wish from the phone app. The goods arrived and were excellent for what I paid for them. Then a few weeks later £7, 000 taken from my credit card and someone tried to steal my phone number (by contacting my phone provider, telling them the phone and card were stolen and arranging a new SIM to go to them). Fortunately I am getting the money back but these are the only new people I used with my card for over 6 months so has to be them.

Wish Fraud

I bought dress and accessories from the website www.wish.com. I needed to pay $200 for the order, but the seller charged me for completely different price. I tried to contact the seller, but he replied very slowly. He told me that they had some technical problems, and they would return money. But they didn’t refund as well as they stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I have a feeling wish is chinese because the counterfeit Seiko Divers watch was a Chinese knock off with a snap on back and quartz movement instead of the 7s26 it is supposed to have not to mention the fact that the stem didn't screw like it is supposed to either!
after approx 10 emails I still get the run around with return prompts that do not work on their site and a [protected] number that doesn't work

after over 10 emails after getting the watch 2 days ago all I get is a run around with return prompts that do not work with their virtual assistant and a phone number that does not work. WISH>COM and their sellers are THIEVES AND LIARS
