Wish anchor bracelet and foam bath letters

In October 2015 I ordered an anchor bracelet..a month later I hadnt received it. So I emailed them and they said that it was in the states and will be here shortly. Week and half went by still no bracelet..I emailed them again and they said "hello friend, rest assure that your item will be there. There was a problem and its on the way" Today December 30th 2015 still no bracelet..I emailed them. I also ordered in early November some foam bath letters as a Christmas gift...never got them. Dont need them now, Christmas is over. So I emailed them today about those too and requested a refund ONLY on the letters! Well tonight I received an email that a refund on the BRACELET will be refunded within 14 days. I never asked for a refund on the bracelet...only on the foam letters. Now, I get on wish and they deleted all my orders. I cant email them etc. So they are refunded me for the item I want which is $10.00 cheaper than the foam letters I wanted refunded. What a scam! How do we get all our money back? I have proof from my bank that the money was taken out.

Wish stole my credit card information

I placed a couple of orders, one for $1, another for $11, and another for $5. A week later I was contacted by my credit card company saying that there was fraudulent activity and that there were 4 charges of $30 placed in California. I live no where near California. They also charged $30 at a Sprint store which I don't have Sprint as my carrier. I used their Mama app on my phone but later found out that they use the name Wish as well. STAY AWAY! They just want your credit card info! Fraud!

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me and I am still dealing with this mess. I have ordered from Wish.com several times and loved their earrings. Just after the new year I noticed that my debit card had fraudulent charges totaling over $500. They did this in less than 4 hours! I am still dealing with the headache of getting some of the charges removed because one of the charges went to UPS.com who does not want to remove it. (Thankfully my bank is taking care of it) I also tracked all of the charges back to Monterrey, CA.

I believe Wish is the same people who run Sammy dress, Dress Lilly and a couple more fraudulent sites. I have order from them and it took forever to receive (even though i paid for express service) the cloth is nothing like the picture, materials are thin, cheap and poorly made (looks like it was sewn by kids) sizes are smaller than they should. I wear a small, ordered large and got a hoodie that fits my 9 year old. All products come from China or other Asian countries, cheaply made and they probably buy a case of 144 pcs for 30 bucks and then sell you one item for 40 or 50 bucks, so even if they "discount it" they get can make the cost of the box in only one item. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed one order for about $130 and saw on my credit card statement that i was charged again for $160 for a second order i never placed .I emailed them and was told that i had made two orders even though i had not. I have been trying to find a contact number for them but with no luck. I am trying to get them to refund my money for the order i never placed and hopefully i will succeed but I will most definately never be ordering from them again and will close down my account and change my credit and bank information.

Wish sent wrong and / or damaged items and unwilling to correct mistake or refund

I tried Wish.com and ordered a half dozen items. Every item was extremely cheap but I paid a very low price and although not happy with the quality I accept I get what I paid for and have no issues with the quality from that point. Two complaints: 1) Clothes, all the shirts I ordered were Large but I got XXL, XL, Medium but not one was large and not one fit me at all or were anywhere close to the sizing chart they have on line and they will not send the correct size and will only refund the cost of the shirt and not the shipping and not pay for return shipping so in the end I would pay three times more for the shirt in shipping costs for their mistake. 2) Electronics, every item was broken and never worked and have the same shipping issues with these items. Lastly, you can't talk with anyone and only get a system reply telling you to ship back the product at your own cost. It's like they don't even try and since you loose more money by sending it back you just drop it and move on and they go on ripping people off.

Purchased 6+ flash drives from Wish.com. However I started having a problem so after research I found that they could be counterfeit. After further testing all of the drives and microsd were counterfeit. Customer support states that I need to send everything individually packaged and posted back to them to get a refund. After that it's not much of a refund so I thought I would notify everyone possible to this.

Wish fraud

I made a order on Nov, 30 and was told that it would ship on dec 2 to the 7th. Product never received. On Dec 15th which was when the time frame was up, I sent a email to Wish.con, which they respond like Lying children. They asked me to please wait another 2 to 3 business days, and gave me a phony tracking run down from China, that showed the product was sent to a airlines on Dec 6th. The tracking number and I do was all bogus. Wish.com even emailed me that the product was in the United States. Another lie. No refund issued. Nov 17th, still no package, another email requesting my refund. Was told no again, to pretty please wait a few more days. What BS. I told them no, I want my refund. They refused again and said there is no way to track the package in the US, so just lie after lie. I filed a complaint with the California attorney generals office in Sacramento by phone and Sat on hold with Capitol Ones fraud dept for over a hour to file the dispute. Capitol one is going to put wish.com on there suggested vendors to not purchase from. Crooks is what Wish.com! Beware

Wish where is my item?

My sister ordered a dress which was on sale. And she was aware that items were coming from over seas so she paid extra money for fast shipping. It was supposed to be 7 days. She received a confirmation email saying that item had been shipped. It's now December 14 and she still have not received the item. Yesterday, my sister sent them a message asking where the dress is. She also told that she needed to know when it would arrive. But there was no help from customer support team. They replied that they don't know where her dress is, or when it will arrive. She emailed them again and asked about refund, but they didn't reply. We are never ordering from this site again!

I have had problems with them too. I actually got all the items I ordered but it took a lot of haggling and threataning them with screenshots about how they were going to be investigated from the IRS and the FBI. I don't know how credible they were but I got my items. They stole screenshots and confirmation emails so I wouldn't have proof of my purchases. They were wrong since I have them backed up to the cloud too. They also claimed a lipstick I cancelled a lipstick because it didn't "fit" . How could a lipstick fit? After haggling back and forth with them they discovered I was one stubborn chick. I work too hard for the salary I make and wasn't going to let them get away with this . I was sent a refund for the items I didn't receive and got an extra lipstick. I did make another order and I expect it will take some time. Some orders are shipped later than others. If I don't get them by a certain time I will just ask for a refund. As for the counterfeit products...they do sell counterfeit Lime Crime lipsticks. People have to realize that they are not going to get a $25.00 lipstick for $3.00. It's a no brainer. I've bought 2 real legit Lime Crime lipsticks and the counterfeit ones and there is not too much of a difference. Wish is definitely not perfect and I expect to have disagreements with them. Amazon is not perfect by any means either. I have ordered 3 shirts that I never received but I got refunded. I am not defending Wish.com ...just telling the truth. They are definitely far from perfect. Amazon is better but they have some deceiving practices too. I ordered a purse from Amazon for 5 bucks and was charged $10.00 shipping and handling. There are complaints about them too. There were 3 shirts I didn't receive and I really wanted the shirts. I just wanted people to realize that we all take chances by ordering from these companies.

the watch was order march 20th of 2016 it was too be deliverd to my house on april the 5th or 6th today is the 8 still have not got the watch it cost my husband more then 20 dollars I am very upset about this I have oreder from wish in the past and did not take this long to get the order I have tried to call wish but do not get an answer I would like too know what is taken so long to get my order

I ordered a make up purse in November 2015 for a Christmas present and still as of April 8th 2016 I have not received it, I have contacted them numerous times and all they do is say its on it way. There has been so many excuses I even asked for refund but no response, what do I do?

I Received my parcel yesterday already delayed.

Wish handbag never received

I purchased a new handbag but never received it. I kept checking with Wish and they knew nothing about it, so I dicided tobdo investigating. I was shocked with my results. My handbag ended up in California. Wish kept insisting that was the delivery address I wrote down. I tried to explain that they were wrong. Next I went back to the website and found that about five others had the same issues. It was the same handbag as mine, bought with an Eastern US address and ended up at the same address in CA. We were all out the money we spent. I was furious.

Wish credit card number stolen

One day after I made 2 purchases from wish, I had 4 separate retail charges on my card from a brick and mortar office depot in florida (Obviously fishing for my balance) and I live 2, 300 miles away. By design I used a prepaid card exclusively for this and had very little balance on it and didn't tie up a ton of money. Just glad I went in cautiously they are the only ones I gave this number to. Had to cancel my prepaid card. Product reviews are stacked / mostly fake, just read through a few and it is so obvious. I hope the ftc is investigating. Btw, similar products on ebay are as cheap or cheaper and the reviews and ratings are real. Caveat emptor!

Wish bluetooth 360 swivel keyboard/ fill case ipad mini

I purchased this product and on arrival thought it was a really good product, but 31 days later the numerical keys except keys 5 & 6 stopped working. I looked online and this is a current problem I was unaware of. I attempted all the trouble shoots but nothing worked. I contacted the supplier thinking they would be able to replace not refund the keyboard. But the company hid behind the 30 day refund policy. I attempted to contact the company directly but didn't get a response. This is a complete and utter scam, they take your money and run leaving you nowhere to go. They sell defective products that take forever to arrive and then are poor quality. But it doesn't take long for them to take your money and run.

Wish missent items idid nt order, runaround on returns, return policy is a joke, defective items sent out

I ordered some items from wish. A few were ok. But they seem to send out anything they want not what a person ordered. I think they have a stock pile of trash they are getting rid of. When I tried to return the items for a refund.I got no help at all just delays and emails. I have stopped doing business with these crooks. I think I am going to file a complaint with the Feral Trade Commission. I filed a dispute with pay pal on one order they didn't even bother to respond. This company is definitely a Fraud and will rip you off . I would advise anyone not to do business with them . They have ripped me off for about $150..00 in defective and wrong items being sent. They do nothing to correct it either but giver you a run around with e mails

Wish credit card fraud

I have been receiving daily e-mails that were meant for someone else who's e-mail address is very similar to mine. They have all been for jewelry items. I tried several different ways to contact the person, to no avail. Today I contacted the Police Dept and told them. They were able to contact the person and advise her. She will be working with her bank and the credit card company regarding these fraudulent charges.

Wish this online store deducted money from my bank account!

Wish.com is by far the biggest disappointment iv ever had deal with before. Iv had the worst experience and I am livid to say the least. I tried to load my details onto the wish application because I wanted to purchase afew items.. It said " card declined" about a half hour later I received a bank notification about almost R300 (R271 to be exact) has been deducted from my account by "context logic" totally freaking out I get on the fraud line with my bank and they tell me this was a online purchase.. I then explain that the application declined my card so how could money have been withdrawn. I contact wish support and explain what happened to one of their agents by the name of Amber. This girl was cocky and bursting with attitude ..telling me for a lack of better words that I'm lieing they didn't deduct money! I then sent her a screen shot of the bank notification and she tells me PayPal will refund me within 2 days. After 2 days I contact support again and spoke to another agent who now has decided to ignore me. It's been two weeks and no response. I have absolutely no reason to go through all this effort for a "freebie" and iv got all the emails and screenshots as evidence. These people are CROOKS AND THEY MAKE UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ! I WILL BE PUTTING THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA BECAUSE NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. ITS DISGUSTING HOW THEY OPPORATE. I'm not going to throw my hands up in the air and leave it like this.. If anyone can get back to me on this .. I urge you to do so because iv got paper trail on the above mentioned!

Wish no refund

I placed some items into my cart on September 15, 2015 and was going to go through them to pick which ones I was going to purchase. Well, one of the items I placed had a timer pop up which saved me 1.00. When that timer rulan out they took the money from my credit card for every item I had in my cart. I immediately cancelled every order one by one. From each merchant I received a comment saying it would take up to 14 days to post my money back onto my card. I'm still waiting. I have sent countless emails. They only responded to the 1st 2 I sent. I have been scammed. I tried calling the wish.com phone number and it says that the person I am trying to reach the mailbox is full. I lost 70.00! BUYER BEWARE! WISH.COM AND MAMA.COM ARE SCAMSITES! I'm hoping someone will get to the bottom of this and get them both of the web. I WILL NEVER...EVER...ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE 2 SITES AGAIN.

I placed an order on WISH.com and I got the merchandise from China which I thought was weird because they say they are in San Francisco now however my bank (the one I used on wish) noticed after receiving a phone call to have my personal information changed on the account from an area code as 512 (due to other fraudulent activity from others) and shut it...

Wish headphones - I haven't got them

I ordered 7 pairs of lg hbs 800 headphones wireless i haven't got them & it should of been hear already! It's been over a month that i ordered them! Other ordered i place last week, wish they were ear ring i got them in less then a week! So please can i get my order for the headphones that i pay for already, & also & more on your behalf because i been waiting with a headache looking up on the order every day! If this doesnt work then wish.com will hear from my lawyer wish, it's going to cost u more then the order!

Wish return of defective product

The company does not provide free returns for defective products. this pretty much gives them the opportunity to ship a defective product like the one they shipped to me.
