I ordered a smart watch from wish a few months ago.. over a month after the item was scheduled to arrive I sent a message to support letting them know that I never received it. I asked for them to resend. They said they would. Then the next day they said they would not and that they would refund the money as per my request. First of all, I never requested a refund. Secondly, I had recently changed banks and they would only refund the money to the card used. That card no longer exists.
They sent their apologies. That's it. I got completely ripped off. "F" wish.com. They're a terrible company, with terrible customer service and standards. I would recommend that no one does business with them
