I have spent a lot of money with them it takes a long time to get your stuff I recieved two neglaces crushed and broken and they told me to send pics and I did it sat on my dresser for two weeks I threw it out and they never said what they were going to do so I text them and they said send it but pitched it really! I deleted them and I'm done they didnt refund my money but this is the only oroblem I had I love the site I'm very disappointed in the results bye bye wish!

Orders don't get recieved and when contacting customer service you get automated email response which is no help.
Nobody actually responds to your enquiries.
Its really hard to get any help when you have a problem with your orders not coming.
There is no option for this in customer service questions.
They dodge there customers so they don't have to refund customers .
Very frustrating to deal with if they think your credit card number isn't yours even when you prove that it is your account with transaction details, they still dont fix the problem.

Ordered 3 items. All came about 1 month after the order. Much too long since they sat in Vancouver for 3 weeks alone. Very odd. I asked for a black polo - came as white; grey hoody thin cotton - thick cotton and with a cut; dark grey jacket - was purplish and zipper and very cheap material.
I ordered £73 pounds worth of clothes from Wish and found nearly all of them badly made and not fit to wear I have complained several times to wish and got nowhere I even got in touch with America's equiverlent to our Citizens Advice Bureau and still getting nowhere. Thank you.

My son aged 15 downloaded this app and he bought one pair of joggers and I set up bank details for him.. The joggers came very poor quality but he liked them. After following their policy of requesting a refund for return within 30 days, I waited for a response to my email. I did not realize that notifications to my email had been turned off. I sent in two more requests for a refund, all were within 30 days. Finally I checked the website and realized that they had sent messages on their website to the effect that they wanted me to send a picture of the item I was requesting a refund for. By the time all this happened, it was just over 30 days from the date of delivery. They are now refusing to refund due to the fact that they did not receive the picture of the item(s) I want to return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and filed a claim through them. Wish never responded to my claim and I finally got my refund.
All of the other items that I had ordered were OK except for one that I didn't receive and they refunded that. If you are uncertain you can use PayPal to pay and your purchase is guaranteed.
After I told them I was going to file a complaint I never heard from them again.

I’ve sent a phone back to wish. It claimed to have 41 3 front facing mega pixel camera, and all its specs where high quality. The phone was a counterfeit phone of the Samsung s21. Two of the cameras where not even real. I’ve sent the phone back, Hermes Delivery only track it so far then say contact the retailer. The shipping agency in Swindon Bleckmann Logistics where the item was posted to say the same thing and won’t even tell me if they received it.
Wish have said they haven’t received the item to give a refund?

I received my order it was totally wrong. I mailed it back on Nov.12 and now I would like a refund paid back to me on the order that I had to send back. I really don't know if I will order anything else from Wish or not. I did not know that your orders were shipped OUT SIDE of the United States. Wish is a FRAUDULENT criminal enterprise that traffic's in counterfeit products. Often times it's a bait and switch. They advertise the title of the listing and photographs of the authentic items and then send you fraudulent counterfeit products. This happened to me. I ordered a product that was advertised as the brand name, and I was sent a completely fake knock off counterfeit. I attempted to contact customer support through their internal app function on the same exact day I received delivery so I was well within the 30 day policy, and all I received was an automated message that a representative would contact me within 2 business days. This was over two weeks ago. I have attempted to contact them a dozen times using the same customer support menu in their app and each time I get the same stupid automated message saying I will be contacted in 2 days. It's a complete scam. I have all the proof that the item is fake and counterfeit, proof that they have refused to respond to me, proof that I attempted to initiate a return /refund on the very first day, and proof that they are a FRAUDULENT "business". I have contacted my credit card company to inform them it was fraud, and I received the credit back from them but I just hope they retract payment to Wish so it comes out of their pocket. I am also contacting the better business bureau, my lawyer for a class action lawsuit, and INTERPOL or other law enforcement authorities to investigate their fraud.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes from them, one pair is suppose be 8 women's its more like a kids 3 and One pair was
damaged. I sent the pictures as that ask and still nothing they took so long then it said to late to file a claim I was
then told some would get in contract with me right away, never heard anything. I guess its just a lost
don't order anything from them, if you get the item you orders its take a 3 months and if its damage you live
with it.
They did the same thing to me, said they audit accounts for fraud, well sorry but if I didnt get my items mo e needs refunded. PERIOD.

I bought dress and accessories from the website www.wish.com. I needed to pay $200 for the order, but the seller charged me for completely different price. I tried to contact the seller, but he replied very slowly. He told me that they had some technical problems, and they would return money.
