Wigsis / wig
Internet purchase on March 24, 2017. I received product and it looks terrible, completely unnatural. Emailed customer service (refund is guaranteed within 30 days http://www.wigsis.com/help/return-policy/. I received the wig on April 11 and sent an email of my disssatisfaction on April 12. I immediately contacted the company. They requested pictures, so I sent pictures of the wig with label, and the box, which had been cut open and re-taped.
They responded by saying the wig looked fine to them and they would not reimburse.
There is nothing on their website to indicate where the wig is coming from. I made the mistake of assuming it was within the United States.
No invoice was not included in the package. The package arrived from China by way of Dubai
