Wells Fargo check cashing policy and rude service manager

I came to Davidson North Carolina to put in a water heater. The customer wrote me a check on Wells Fargo and when I took it to the branch in Davidson I was informed there would be a 7.50 charge and I explained to her that there is no Wells Fargo Bank anywhere near me. The closest one is an hour away. The service manager Tammy Manchester was very rude in explaining why I had to pay that. I explained that most all banks do that fee but waive it if there is no branches near where you are from and she said in a very snotty tone "I'm still providing you a check cashing service with you not having an account. Keep in mind I think it's ridiculous that banks charge a fee for a check written on their bank in the first place. I will do whatever necessary to get my 7.50 back. Already in the process of filing a complaint with multiple websites

Wells Fargo account charges

My account was charged an overdraft fee due to the poor quality of your online banking system. My account should reflect he proper available balance so when I'm paying bills I am able to know if I have the funds available to pay them. I called your Cust service number and she acted like she didn't care at all. Totally dismissed me . Horrible. I have been with Wells Fargo for over five years and they used to be helpful but not anymore. If my business gave this kind of customer service I would shut down. All you care about is stealing money from your customers . Well you won't do that to me anymore. I'm done being nice. I'm filing a formal complaint with the BBB and calling the corporate end of WF immediately.

Wells Fargo loan process

What happened to personal service? I got stuck here, USA, on my first visit since a year from working overseas, without vacation money and just need a simple $3000 loan for which I can pay off in 2 months not 12. Guaranteed in writing! I make $93, 000 annually, pay no federal taxes. Yes I've been divorced 3 times causing a 640 credit score. I have a mortgage through WF 5 years no missed payments. I do have collections less than $3000 from previous divorce. I have my house rented and receive $12000 annually. Total $2700 monthly bills, my take home is $6500 monthly! Stop letting computers make all your decisions. Why am I doing business with WF? I probably won't be in the future.

Wells Fargo customer service

I have been trying to close my WF account for almost a week. Everything has cleared the account. Balance shows zero with nothing pending yet each 20 minute call through the phone system and customer service results in "sorry man, we can't close it today, you'll have to callback tomorrow." Even supervisor "Buck" said call back tomorrow. Why am I closing my account? Poor customer service over the past 2 years. Don't sign on for an account. They seem to purposely make it difficult to ever close it.

Wells Fargo teller profiling customer, calling police, asking for confidential information outloud,

This has been the single most insulting, humiliating, offensive and illegal conduct which I have ever had at any banking institution in my 46 years of life. I was unable to safely operate my vehicle after the treatment of the teller "Jesus" and the supervisor that was the one who had called the police. The teller Jesus said that I needed to provide additional information to cash a Wells Fargo cashiers check, after I provided him with my valid state drivers liscence and additional identification, he called to verify the cashiers check successfully then he wanted my occupation phone number and my ssn# outload, I was concerned about providing additional information that was not being asked of other customers, after half an hour the bank manager called the police, they provided alternative facts, and the property police apologized to me.
The manager provided a Wikipedia page she printed out about need ssn#
This document was not WF POLICY, I was not making a deposit. I suffer from several severe medical disabilities and the uncalled aggravation of the teller and manager has caused a anxiety attack which leaves me with difficulties with communications after I have been treated like a criminal.
After I was worried that I had no medication, that branch was not able to even provide me with water.
Even the manager said that she was going to arrest me for trespassing.
In retrospect I am not proud of letting them get me so upset and I should have conducted my self better and just left the bank and gone elsewhere.
After I stepped back to try to let emotions cool, Jesus and the manager showed no desire to help me. In such disbelieve of what I was hearing I said I was goin to document this. I have 10 minutes of audio I would like you to hear.
Please let me know how I can provide this to you. If you prefer that I share the recording with social media and banking regulators instead, I reluctantly will provide the audio and video to the public to provide the consumer information that hopefully will be able to help help inform them that despite the efforts Wells Fargo PR campaign and that safeguarding the information of the customer is a idea and not representative of the behavior of Wells Fargo employees.
Mortified and humiliated by walking into the Salt Lake City 778 s Main Street branch 84101 I spent or 40 minutes of being treated like trash,
The 27, 000 dollar check was the first check of 100, 000.00 Wells Fargo will not see a penny. Please provide feedback and help me avoid going public, I really don't want additional shame by doing

Wells Fargo atm deposit technical issues

Your online service and atm deposit technical difficulties should be brought to EVERY customers attention especially if the problem was already well known. NOW customers are depositing their paychecks, unknown to them that they wont be receiving their money and are now dealing with a problem that couldve been resolved with a simple email to the customers alerting them of the issue so said customer could've gone to a branch with tellers so they could appropriately deposited or recieved their money. This problem is completely Wells Fargo's fault and now a ton of people dont have their money when they need it. People have kids to feed and rent to pay. AGAIN this couldve been avoided if the customers were alerted of the issue. I'm extremely upset and about ready to switch banks. This issue is hopefully resolved quick. I think the customers deserve some sort of compensation for such an inconvenience that is completely Wells Fargo's fault.

Wells Fargo home improvement loan

So I bought Windows for my 1863 Victorian. Financed 18k. The window company was back and forth so it was put on a credit card. I paid it down to 15k and they changed my credit limit which of course maxed out my cc which of course raised my interest rate. Got it paid down to 12k and the same thing happened. Finally they closed my account which had a very bad effect on my credit. I was informed by a credit counselor not to make another payment until they reopen my account. I have never been late. Wtf are these people up to?

Wells Fargo service

Hello I have been getting the runaround since May I was told through the state attorney's office that if I paid my May payment and June payment the day we returned $6, 600 those payments was returned back to me I was told that if I send over the new insurance information the difference in the money will be turned down to me week is being put off another week or two now I received a letter stating that it will be returned sometime in August this is not fair

Wells Fargo debit account

I went into Wells Fargo today, excited to FINALLY pay off my student loan. The money was there in my account and I had been advised to let the bank know a large amount would be debited from my account. However I was informed by Wells Fargo that this amount exceeded my debit limit which they would not raise this one time for an amount that was clearly available in my account. Instead I was told to give the debt collector my routing and account number and they could pull the money that way. Unfortunately doing so would take time and therefore accumulate more interest and hassle when I was ready to pay my debt off now. I don't understand why Wells Fargo wouldn't want to help me get ahead. I was only trying to use my own money I wasn't asking for any kind of loan or credit I just wanted to use the money I had deposited in my account to pay a debt. This makes no sense to me.

Wells Fargo very poor customer service at local branch

My son and I visited the local Roseville branch four weeks ago so that he could get a debit card added to his account. The personal banker helped us and said he would get it in about 10 business days. I called the Wells Fargo personal banking number yesterday 7/22/18 and was told the local branch made an error and that the debit card request was not processed and told me to call the local branch.
I called the the local branch (2000 Douglas Blvd. Roseville CA [protected]) today 7/23/18 at about 4:10pm and spoke to Vadim who said he was the branch manager. He said that I need to call the personal banking number, I told him I already did and that they told me to call him. He said he would not help me. I asked him if he could look up the account and see what the issue was and he refused.
I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and have many accounts including investment accounts and this is the worst service that I have ever received.

I did not receive written notice selling of car. Nothing provided date, time, or location of car auction, if that was the disposition of the car.

Promptly provide documentation of requirements so I may present to an attorney.

1. I willfully surrendered my 2014 Ford Taurus. When Wells Fargo Dealer Services came for it, I provided the keys, manual, floor mats, both key fobs, I was accommodating.

That was April 16. I received a letter dated June 10 stating a credit balance of $2, 187.09. Thanks for providing your phone number, Paul. I'm sending this to my support team to be reviewed. They'll contact you to follow up once they've completed their research. ~Chris

2. To: Wells Fargo Dealer Services (WFDS) Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As clear and direct as possible, again I plead for resolution. Nearly 45 days since receiving the first WFDS form letter acknowledging a surplus from the disposition of a 2014 Ford Taurus I cannot comprehend such a travesty. Incredulous behavior to this matter, it is clear no concern except by myself.

This matter has been through several departments within WFDS indicates an inapt of basic communication between departments. To fathom this egregious practice is either legal or tolerated is distressing. Established 1852. Re-established 2018 - for whom, it certainly is not in this matter. Pretentious advertising, showing exaggerated extravagant, gaudy, and vulgar truths.

Please communicate within to rectify this well overlooked account. Spoke with a CSR from the office of the president was a waste of time. Clearly filled with unfathomable promises to which in my horror a senior representative from this office/department issued form letter dating July 6 as a resolution date. My attempt to contact this author appeared she did not exist within WFDS, making my telephone call a waste of time, energy and ultimately despairing.

Smoke and mirror tactics belong at a circus, a carnival, or sideshow, for laughs. I personally find no humor in the manner WFDS chooses to handle this matter. Made to be a spectacle disheartens my intensions for a quick simple resolution. I use more effort attempting to resolve matters than ever necessary and time has expired. Please resolve promptly or put forth the same level of effort.

When I had telephone service:

I made several calls. In one day alone I wasted 2 hours, two phone calls, a disconnect, I have had my share of Customer Service Representatives (CSR). I finally obtained the phone number to the office of the president. We talked he is aware of what I feel are inadequate CSR's.

I work for the IRS as a CSR and CSR instructor. I openly offered to reform the CSR's. It was a joke. Comments made where signs of inadequacy.

As James or I have a complete thread of e-mails to and from each other.

Wells Fargo car loan deferment

I called today and asked for deferment of payments for 2 months. I have great credit and have been paying ahead of schedule for over 4 yrs. As a loyal, goodpaying customer, I reached out to wells fargo dealership and after being on hold for 1 hr and getting transferred 10 times, they rejected me. Said I didn't qualify. Im having a hardship and they determined that they cant help me. so now, I wont be able to make the payments and my credit would be ruined. so why did I bother to pay extra and ahead of schedule all those years to a company that doesn't care about their customers ? They wouldn't give me any other options. just a sorry, have a nice day!
I will tell all my friends and family to stay clear of Wells Fargo from now on. because they only want to deal with perfect customers who never have a hardship.

Wells Fargo car loan

I (David Nagel) co-signed a car loan for my Daughter (Britany Root) Account Number [protected]. When I applied for the loan (over the phone), I was told what the interest rate would be and the monthly payment, based on my credit rating (780+). When we went to sign the papers (I flew to Colorado) at a local Wells Fargo office, they stated that the interest rate is higher due to my credit rating, and so was my payment. They told me they use different criteria to come up with a credit rating and it is different from the Credit Bureau's. I asked the individual for the criteria and he could not provide it. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for numerous years (Home Mortgage), and I feel that I was taken when I went to sign the papers. I did not complain earlier about this issue, but with all of the issues going on with Wells Fargo, I feel that I was taken advantage along with being deceived. I am requesting that this issue be looked into and adjustments made to the interest rate and monthly payment.

Wells Fargo cashed altered money order

I would like to know why it is taking so long to get back our money from a money order that your business cashed in December 12 2017. The money order was for my mortgage payment and was stolen from a USPS outside mailbox and a name forged over our mortgage company name. It has put us in a bind because we are having to wait for almost a year for you to decide to send us our money back that was taken under guestionable circumstances. Western Union has told us that it would take between 90 to 120 days to hear something. It has been at least that long and we are becoming very frustrated and would like to have the process speed up so we can get our money back

Wells Fargo securitas staff

12th july 2018

Wells fargo bank

I was on 14th street today and decided to make a business appointment using to bank's wifi at 1934 u street, nw washington dc 20009.

The wifi was very slow and I have bearly been in the lobby floor for less than about 5 minutes when I was rudely insulted and humiliated by your securitas staff; whom I now know drives a white subaru, registered number 3009-464. I have no idea why but she kept saying to me things like :
"... They don't what you in here..."
"... You need to leave now..."

I was very surprised and embarrassed.

I hereby make a formal complaint against the said securitas female staff. Her behavior is very unusual and concerning. I expect that you will be able to reply to this my email within the next 14 days, failing which I would consider further steps.

Wells Fargo service

Good Afternoon, Ii was at the Wells Fargo branch on 1175 FM 802, Brownsville, TX 78521 at 1:00pm . I wrote my name down on the list to be seen by a banker because i need a temporary card since I reported the one I had stolen. An employee by the name Rosy was assisting another customer and soon after the customer left. She was typing some information when an individual approached her and said hi to her in a very friendly way. He mentioned it was always nice to see her and he knew he could always go to her for assistance. She even mentioned that for certain issues he needed to make an appointment which he clearly ha not previously made. This man entered the bank after me I had already been waiting for 20 minutes and decides to cut in line not respecting the list. The employee rather than redirecting took his issues before mine. I went during my lunch break and had limited time. the lack of professionalism and consideration is absolutely upsetting and disappointing.

Wells Fargo fraudulent activity

On 6/26 around 9:30 am I noticed some fraudulent activity on my teen checking account. I also noticed that I was receiving sms messages directly from wells fargo in the middle of the night but since I was asleep at 3 am, I was not able to verify the suspicious activity until the following morning. I saw that someone deposited a check into my daughters account and I immediately called it in with her on the line because she's at college on 6/26. We verified that the transactions were not authorized and then we learned that someone opened a savings account in her name on 6/25. We advised the rep that this transaction was also not authorized and to close the account immediately. At this point, the checking account still had a positive balance of $1200 something and I advised my daughter that those funds do not belong and to not make any transactions on the account until the investigation is complete. As of today I get worried as I have not received any communication regarding the claim and I proceed to call the bank. I've been on the phone since 9 am est and I just hung up at 7:30 pm just to learn that the claims were denied. I'm totally disgusted with you and your representatives. Josue who is a sup @ [protected] verified that the atm surveillance showed a male using the atm and so clearly it was not my daughter. Now she's out of her $150 that was in her account but you guys are trying to make her pay back the $1970 that was deposited into her account. And not to mention, they made fraudulent check transactions in the savings account that was unauthorized that you guys still have open. I will never do business with you guys again. I thought I was doing the right thing about reporting the fraud but you wells fargo is fraud and you help crooks continue to commit fraud on your customers. Your representatives are trained to just pass the buck to the next department without really trying to resolve anything. I've sent my concerns to help me howard, bbb, and i'm trying to find a legal attorney to assist us with this. I'm ashamed to say i've banked with you for this many years and now my 18 year daughter has to deal with this crap. I know you don't care as your customer care department don't care, your claims department don't care and to top it off your claims rep said that they suspect its somebody that she knows... How in the hell because it was a black male on the video and my daughter is black, that's how she determined that. News flash, not all black people steal... A lot of us have jobs and work for a living and our kids are in college trying to make something of themselves. I will tell everybody I know that if they don't want to be a victim of fraud and to be told that yes we see ur a victim but we don't care to definitely not do business with wells fargo.

Wells Fargo wells fargo bank located in long beach, ca

I was the only signor on a business account. Having trouble logging on the account online, I called customer service & was told I didnt have an account? I was confused. I was able to find out that Wells Fargo in L.B. allowed a false report of fraud against me so someone could gain access to the bank account. I was never notified of any activity for the account. They closed the account & opened a new account. With the account being closed no one can give any information. Since my name was removed from the account, Wells Fargo tells me that they cant help me. I expect Wells Fargo employee and the person who filed false report of fraud against me be held accountable for their actions. This is not acceptable and has effected me beyond words.

Wells Fargo banker smells like drugs

My mother is a Wells Fargo customer. Unfortunately she's been ill and I've been taken care of her account . I typically visit during busy hours at the Hopewell, VA branch, so I get help by the employees at the door or desk . One in paticular always smells like marijuana. Every time visit . His eyes are very red and he seems high . I happen to on a social site and spotted his profile. I see he actually does smoke as you can see in the picture . I did contact the bank manager I'd like to remain anonymous, so I contacted her online as well. I think his name nickname is Chubby.

Wells Fargo service denied at the wells fargo branch in calexico ca 92231

On Tuesday, July 2, 2018 my 80 yr old handicapped mother, Julieta Duarte, got up early to go to the Calexico Wells Fargo Branch. There, she was approached by an WF employee, Lourdes Beltran, and was accused of cutting line. My mother had been in line by about 7 am. She walked in the door and had taken a ticket to be helped by the teller because she can't stand for too long. She was accused by Ms. Beltran of cutting line and coming in through a different door, the ticket was forcibly taken from my mother's hand and told she would not be helped. Ms. Beltran told others not to help my mother and that her ticket would not be honored. She would not be helped with her transaction. The branch was packed with people and my mother was appalled and embarrassed by Ms. Beltran's behavior. My mother argued she had waited in line and others employees at the bank seemed to agree with my mother and eventually she was helped. No one should have to go through this when they go to the bank. Physically taking something from anyone, let alone a 80 yr old handicapped woman, is unacceptable. My mother suffers from osteoporosis and recently broke 7 vertebra and 3 ribs in a fall. Ms. Beltran's actions could have easily hurt my mother. My mother old only speaks Spanish. You can contact me, Carlos Duarte, at [protected]. As for an desirable resolution, Wells Fargo needs to make that decision. Having an employee that takes that kind of action in a crowed bank without any regard for the safety of others or the reputation of Wells Fargo is a liability for Wells Fargo. How does someone engage in that kind of behavior? Has she done it before? We are hoping that Wells Fargo reevaluate their employee's behavior and assure this does not happen again with my mother or any other person.
