Walmart money card

Its been about a month since I've been stopped from using my cards. I wad told to upload a picture of my ID, and my cards were still blocked. Someone called me back and told me to send a picture of my ID to the email [protected]@greendotcorp.com and to call a number 10 minutes after, but the number and extension was wrong. I'm still not able to use my cards and I have bills to pay! So what do you have to do to take this block off or should I escalate the matter at hand?

Walmart faded glory carpenter jeans

I bought 3 pairs of Faded Glory carpenter jeans and all 3 pairs have ripped and shredded around the mid-thigh area. One within a week another pair in about 2 weeks and so on. I would have taken them back but I bought them several months ago while on sale until I needed a newer pair to wear. It is not my washers fault or detergent because all my other jeans are okay. It was only the Faded Glory brand. I will not be buying any more products from this brand and will take caution on anything else before buying.

Walmart up charging on goodrx discounts at time of pickup

Good RX is an excellent and competitive alternative to outrageous even under handed Medicare advantage plans... until now. Clover my med advantage plan has a great PPO for care, but is definitely lacking on its drug pricing. They like to bump up even generics to Tier 4 and change $85.
So I found a good alternative through Good RX. On three occasions I've used them and found prescriptions discounted to $21 to $40 that were supposed to be $85. Shop-rite, Healthwarehouse.com and others seem to honor the prices shown online by GoodRx.com until today when Wall-mart Pharmacy did something systemically underhanded.
I called Wall-mart to verify they received the prescription. They had received it, so I asked if they needed the numbers from the GoodRx.com sheet so they could process the discount in . I was told "no, just bring in the form and we will process it then. When I arrived to pick-up and pay for the prescription. I was told it would cost $53.00 instead of the $40.65 GoodRx.com said it would cost. Wilmer stated prices could vary as GoodRx.com also states. However, every pharmacy knows what the end price is going to be, so when the price is discounted price is requested why not just give the consumer the price?
Of course if your as big as Wall-mart having 10% of your customers come to your store and accept the additional 23% charge out of frustration, it really does pay to not tell the customer the discounted price.
This could net Wall-mart millions of dollars at your expense and mine. Recommendation as a consumer: Avoid Wall-mart Pharmacy for the next 6 months at all costs. Refer to this complaint. Send a message to corporate giants.
I believe most people will not take this seriously and it you choose to that is okay. But this writer is taking this very seriously and committing to boycott even it is alone because we have to draw the line somewhere. Big Pharma and it's cousins Big Medical and Big managed care Insurance are backing us all into a corner in what we pay for these needed sometimes life and death commodities. They are like the Indians surrounding our wagon train picking us off one by one. They own Capitol Hill, the State Capitols, even the judiciary. We the people have only one way we can fight them...the pocket book. So anyone company who gets out of line we should get them where it hurts ...in the wallet.

Walmart better homes & gardens bath towels & hand towels

I purchased better homes & gardens 5 bath towels - 2 hand towels & 4 wash clothes from walmart in wood river, il. We followed washing instructions on label. We purchased the purple dust color towels & pink splotches appeared on them which looks terrible after one washing. Walmart refused to let me return them because they were washed. I am very upset because these towels were so nice & a perfect match to our main bathroom. Were the washing instructions incorrect? wash warm water by themselves - do not bleach - tumble dry low.

I would like to return them for full refund & would re buy hoping that i just got bad ones, or you can send me them from your location to assure i won't have this problem again.

Can you help me with my complaint?

Walmart increase in the age to purchase guns

I find it irresponsible that Walmart finds that it can increase the age of a person to purchase a gun, to 21. Eighteen-year-old citizens go to war for this great country, are allowed to vote, but you, Walmart will deny these young people the right to purchase a gun at the age of 18.
I am gradually pulling away from your stores. Some of your corporate decisions have been unamerican, lately.

Walmart downy 164oz

I purchased a 164oz bottle of Downy when I got it home it had leaked all out in the bag. I noticed it had been cut by what looked like a box cutter when stocked. I spoke with the manager of the store and was told I had to get in touch with you. I'm unable to send a picture of receipt because it was ruined when the Downy leaked in the bag. I have 6 people in my family so money can be tight so the Downy is kinda a luxury. Hopefully you can help me out. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years and dont want to have to change to a cheaper brand. Please help valued customer.

Walmart ritz crackers fresh stacks

On 2/22/18 I while eating my lunch which consisted of a ritz cracker fresh stack purchased from Walmart, I notice that the crackers contained a brown subtance on the edges of each cracker. It had the appearance of peanut butter, however, I was unable to determine for sure by the smell. As a result I was unable to enjoy the remainder of my lunch. :( I have attached a picture and I am asking for a full refund or coupons to be able to purchase a Ritz product free of charge. I have attached a picture of the product as well as the barcode information. Thanks for your assistance with this matter.

Walmart dell laptop computer

I purchased a Dell laptop computer for my wife at Wilmer in November for Christmas. Upon checkout I was asked if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for two additional years. I was told it had a one year warranty so I decided not to purchase the extended warranty.
Here it is February 2018 and I have been on the telephone 3 times for over 3 hours with Dell following their step by step instructions in getting the computer to boot up. I was told by the Dell representative I would not have any issues again. Guess what it would not boot up again today. So. I decided to take it back to Wilmer and was told they had a 15 day return policy on computers. After talking to three different people including a manager I walked out of the store with a computer that works on occasion in my hands.
I will not purchase from Wilmer again and will not recommend them for anything in electronics. If you do go there for any electronic equipment ask many questions on returns and warranty policies, what do I do if something does go wrong, where do I take it or send it. They are of my list for shopping for anything.

Walmart quality of wrapped caramels

I purchased a bag of caramels, 23 oz., and will not buy them again. They are impossible to unwrap! I am an adult, with fingernails, and cannot get any of them to unwrap without using scissors or a knife. We cannot give any of this candy to our grandkids, which we have 9. I will go back to buying Kraft caramels--at least they unwrap easily and taste just as good. You have lost a customer, your loss!

Walmart walmart online shopping

I had placed orders last year online from walmart. These items were never received and despite my constant requests and communication I have been denied a refund. We had vacated the property at the end of october 2017 and since then still the matter is the status quo. When I had contacted walmart they remitted template emails or avoided the content of my grievance by implying that I am guilty etc. I am disturbed by the fact that staff that are responsible for deliveries via canada post did not at least leave a notification, a card and/or telephone me, hence why the telephone number is required on all orders. This begs the question? Were the items just abandoned outside the property? If this is accurate as they have mentioned and claim that they were delivered, then how can I be held responsible? In addition we did move from the property and at no point where we informed when I had placed the order, that it would take 2 weeks or more for dispatch and delivery. Obviously, had I been aware I would not have bothered paying for such. According to walmart, the order was delivered, yet where is the evidence? The word from mail delivery staff person(s) from canada post then that is shocking. Hearsay, the words of others, or even a document signed by a person or person(s) is not indicative of facts or the truth, which is futile. If indeed this order remained outside, then who knows for how long, the weather conditions, or what happened to it? If it was indeed delivered, as what proof is that of such? They are implying that I am a disingenuous individual, yet to accept communication from canada post as gospel is offensive! This is pertinent to goods that I had ordered and not myself. Walmart did not ensure that the items were delivered safely, securely and that a person was available to receive them. If nobody was available at the time, all should have been returned to the depot. I should have been offered the opportunity to collect it myself. During the period of residing at the address provided for my order. We have received mail for other people that were not resident. One instance involved a package in another name with a different door number, although a similar address which was an error. I had returned it to canada post. This is proof that "canada post" makes errors. Furthermore, some employees from my experience, do not even speak english, let alone read and write it.in view of this, if an individual is illiterate in english or it is not their mother tongue, this certainly would influence and impede delivery. Perhaps this may be one of the reasons why we have had packages for another address that is three blocks away! Should have been notfied so that I could have made the decision to arrange a pick up, a new deivlery or at least to be present or have someone at the address. I was robbed of these choices. I received emails that I had returned items, when I had not even received such so how could I have returned them? Then I received emails requiring that the orders to be returned though I was not in possession. When I had written via registered post (of which I have the receipt) I detailed all of this. The response reads that nothing will be done as I did not provide a police report. Not at any point was this requested especially as I had written to the company unbeatable who supply the online products. How this legal that walmart can retain more than $300 or my money for goods that I ordered, paid a huge delivery charge yet I have never ever received?

I totally agree that self-checkout should be an option for those who desire to use it. For the rest, including me, there should be a regular checkout line available when the store is open for business. WalMart, and others, have devoted too much time to the do it yourself approach. In this specific incident I would have asked for a manager and insisted someone be made available or gone to another store. What are people with disabilities to do in these circumstances -- and not all disabilities are visible -- so why much I insist that I be provided help to spend my money in the store.

I can appreciate exactly what you're saying. However, with that said, wouldn't it be easier to use the self checkout versus that of going somewhere else and reshopping for all the groceries again? Kind of like cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Hi Ms. Miller. Appreciated reading your concern.

Many customers really enjoy the self checkout option. Efficiency is just one advantage to their use. If you're unsure about their use, I'm sure this young lady would have been willing to assist.

Walmart customer service

Every single time I go into any Walmart store there is always MULTIPLE employees being very rude. I've lived in a lot of states and this is a problem in every single one. I've always shopped at Walmart and spent a lot of money there but I am very upset. I tried returning a product I got for my daughter that was still in the package upopened and they refused to even give me the gift card for the product and was rude about it. It was in great condition and NEVER USED. I have had so many problems just like this and I will be shopping at Meijer instead for now on.

No, I lost the receipt. I threw it out actually. But the item I bought was for my daughter, and it was for Christmas. I told her that since she was being a stupid little brat that I would return her favorite toy. I then slapped my daughter right then and there because I thought she hid my receipt so she that she could keep the toy. Unfortunately now I find out, the cashier probably called social services on me for hitting my daughter and they want to talk to me and my daughter. They want an interview. I did not see her follow me out of the store, but she obviously did instead of doing her job because apparently she also saw me hitting my daughter in the parking lot when she was supposed to be working.

Walmart mistreating employee

Cheryl Jones I was an employee for a very short time. I was called into the office on Sat. 3, 2018 at the Atlanta Texas store after I was returning from lunch. I was told by another employee that I refused an electric cart to a customer, I am a people greeter, Since, she did not hear all the conversation, she jumped on one word. What had happened was I had to push the cart in with my foot an it running very little. After, I was able to get it in the store, the cart was dead. there wasn't any more available. A customer did ask for the cart, and I told him it was dead, I do not remember the whole conversation, so how could the other employee know what was said? She said she heard me say nope, if I did, I don't remember what the question might have been. I liked my job, but because someone stuck her nose in something she new nothing about I quit my job. Since the manager, or what ever his title is, called me a liar. To bad Walmart Management is one sided, an want do their job, Ever heard the saying, To many chief's and not enough Indians.Well, welcome to Walmart.

Walmart free shipping not so free

Walmart now has 2 prices 1 instore/pick up and one online. They claim this is due to different cost from the warehouse and the warehouse cost more. This added cost isn't removed when you spend $35.00 or more for free shipping. In fact, this added cost can easily be more than shipping when several items are purchased. In my opinion, this is just shipping being added in and will, in fact, cost you more than actually paying shipping cost on multiple times.

Walmart product care plan

I bought the Gold's Gym 420 Treadmill in walmart on Feb 9 2015. Order numebr #[protected]. I bought the 3 year care plan as well with the order. Plastic got brittle and and come apart. I filed a claim and my service request number [protected]. A person came to my house and took the picture and said somebody will call me about the claim. Claim Date Jan 3rd 2018.
The first lady called me from Asurion (Product care), she didn't even looked at the pictures and said you TV will not be covered as i damaged the TV, I was shocked and asked her i claimed for thread mill and why ru saying it as TV then she got scared and said i need to further review ur care and will get back to you. Next day another person called and said your thread mill will not be covered as i damaged it. Same standard dialogue.
They are not even willing to listen to us that frustrates me more. I keep saying to them that the plastic got brittle and coming a part and machine is working fine. Calls are recorded and I suggest higher management to review them once.
It is a total Fraud and there are million people complaining about this product care and its unfortunate that I took this care. Don't waste your money on walmart's warranty you are better off purchasing the manufacturers warranty...
Resolution: I need total refund.
