I have prepaid vodafone mobile number [protected]. I am in kabul right now, with International roaming But before 1 hour, a splash screen shows on my phone that "I HAVE CHARGED 275 rs FOR SOME CALL.". Whats wrong with you. I didnt receive or dialled any call in last 4 days, still u deduct my balance. Same was happening from last two days, and 55 rs deducted each day. Please check it asap and refund my amount so that I should not face any problem.

Dear sir i have recharged my account with rupees 49/- for the sms pack of 2paise per sms on the 9th of august i:e 09-08-2008 but till now its not actived, wats the problem with you i m unable to understand if i m calling customer care executives they are making me fool by saying that sir it will be activated today morning or evening, it will be activet with in 2 hours, with in 5 hours, with in 12 hours but no response i have called minimum 25 times to the customer care executives every person is giving a new time but even though its not activated ...but its to much sir now they even don;t connect my call to customer care one thing i wanna say u sir u your voda fone executives are for the purpose of satisfying the customers but here with me its quite nonsense and foolishness they are making me fool since three days by saying that ur sms pack will be activated now and then but still its not activated plz activate my sms pack or else credit my balance with RS/49 thats it.thank you

I got your email address from website and I am really disappointed with the service which I got from the “Happy to help” Vodafone customer service. I called last night and I spoke to one of the rep named – Mr. Riyaz Jaria around 02.00Am and I told the rep that I had issued a check and there was some problem in the Kiosk and the check was already issued 6 days back but the service was not activated and was repeating the same thing again and again in the 1st call only I gave him my details again he was asking the same questions from me for what I don’t understand this... I wish if his call has got monitored at that time I pretty sure he will get fatal error on that call..

evenly I work in a BPO which is International call center but never seen such kinda service however I was told by this Rep that my service will get activated with in 2Hrs of time I waited and the service was not activated till today morning believe me I did not sleep the entire night thinking that my cell will get activated at any point of time but it did not. I have to leave my home around 7am to reach office at 9am till 10am my line was not activated. I called around 10am and spoke to Ms. Manisha Patil. God forbid she does not knows how to speak in English, I mean what kinda customer support you have who cannot understand who cannot speak properly and keeps on repeating the same thing. She told me that the line will get activated with in 1 hr of time till now its 12.37 around my System time the service has not been activated. However I told her that I will make debit card payment and then at least activate the serive since I am also on big profile I also will require cell to make calls for the same.

Because some problem in your shops where you – (Vodafone) it self says to make a check payment and rest they will take care keeping that trust in mind I issued the check and the line is not activated for some reasons why customer has to face problems like it… I have VODAFONE customer from last 7-8 Yrs if this is what you guys have to provide me the service then I will say Good bye forever and switch to some other company where I get better offers.

I will suggest if you need to keep up the brand name please start helping customer rather then creating problems for them.

you need to know the fact I am upset on you & wanted to share this with you so at least you can understand what I am going through.

I had already closed the VMC service before [protected] why you people added extra 199 bucks as charges for [protected] to [protected]. I already send 3-4 SMS to 111 with the keywords “CAN VMC199” as told by your executives and raised the requests umpteen times for the same.

They have promised me that there will be no extra charge for the March month. Now I seek co operation from your side ASAP to sort out the matter.

Last two week is headache for me. Because of my new vodafone number hasn't started. They didn't listen our complain too. Just they given their problem bt they didn't start my number till now.
I request to VODAFONE CARE, start my no as soon as.

I this connection i will like to say that the customer should h ave confirmed from the company as to what calling value and validity is given on the recharge of r. 300/-

There are variety of recharges available and the customer should have prior information before going in for recharge.

The customer could ask any dealer in his/her area.

I have similar problems in Chennai. Regular problems include phone not ringing at called persons end, dumb calls ( no conversation possible) and cross connections ( how is this possible in a digital age ! ). Other than local call drops, A call to Bangalore or Mysore - invariably - gets disconnected atleast once.
