Richiedo l'immediato riaccredito Delle somme indebitamente prelevate, nonché l'immediata cancellazione dei miei dati in vs. possesso.

In caso di vs. inadempienza entro tre giorni dalla data odierna procederò immediatamente alla denuncia alla polizia postale, riservandomi ad agire per vie legali per l'ottenimento della somme in trattazione e del maggior danno causato.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    Thank you for pointing this out. Sending an email to [protected]@verotel.com would have been quicker, but we managed to locate your transactions. We have refunded the 3 you consider to be fraudulent. I need to point out, however, that this recurring transaction flow has been authorized with an initial 3D secure transaction. This means that the cardholder authorized this with a pincode and that authentication fraud is impossible.

    Anyway, we expect that you were unaware of the recurring factor of this membership.
