Travelgenioafter two months haven't received my refund (esvmci)

On March 1st I booked a flight London-Dublin with connection in Isle of Man but it was cancelled due to whether conditions. After calling customer support on March 2nd I was promised to receive a refund within 1 month. It hadn't happened by the beginning of April so I called them again asking about the status of my refund. That time I was told to wait one week. When by May I still hadn't received a refund I called them again and was told that according to their record my refund had been processed and I should call two airline companies to clarify where was my money. I replied that I was not going to do this as I booked my flight on their website and not on the airline companies' websites and asked them to sort this out. I also asked to escalate my query and send me an update when the case would be resolved. They promised to do this but haven't done.

    Thank you, I have received the money. It’s just disappointing that I had to a third party to resolve the issue.

    Hey Mariniko,

    Congratulations for getting your refund amount from travelgenio. I am struggling from last 2.5 months to get my refund but still no ypdate for me. Please advise how you have approached this fraud company to get tour refund. I have to get a refund of 650$. Please help.

    @Divya Agarwal Mishra Hi, I posted the whole case description here with my booking reference number and they immediately sorted it out. If it didn’t help I would have gone to my bank and raised a dispute

    @mariniko I have already raised my complaint over here but still no news of getting refund from travelgenio. I am hopeless about this company. Now they have started playing a blame game with me stating that my airline is not refunding the amount so they can’t give my refund back. Such a fraud company # travelgenio
