ShuttleWizard Unreliable and Poorly Trained Drivers: My Experience with ShuttleWizard

I recently used ShuttleWizard for a ride from Nashville Airport to Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up and I was left stranded. It turns out that the driver was lost and couldn't find the pick-up location. This was very frustrating and disappointing, as I had paid for a Round Trip Private Non-Stop Ride and was counting on ShuttleWizard to get me to my destination safely and on time.

I was also disappointed with the reliability and training of the drivers. It seems that ShuttleWizard needs to do a better job of vetting and training their drivers to ensure that they are able to provide a high level of service to their customers.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the manager to request a refund, they initially agreed to provide a full refund. However, they later reneged on this agreement and refused to provide any refund at all. This was very frustrating and left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of.

Overall, I would not recommend using ShuttleWizard for your transportation needs. They are unreliable, poorly trained, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the time and money and look for a more reputable transportation provider.

ShuttleWizard Disappointing Luxury Ride Experience with ShuttleWizard: Old Car, Late Driver, and Limited Luggage Capacity

I recently booked a ride with ShuttleWizard for a luxury sedan that could accommodate two passengers and four large bags. I had previously used a similar service from SuperShuttle, which I always found to be impressive. However, my experience with ShuttleWizard was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the car that arrived was a 10-year-old Toyota Camry that was in a beat-up condition. To make matters worse, the driver arrived 10 minutes late and spoke very little English. I mean, come on, really? This was not the kind of luxury ride I was expecting.

To add to my disappointment, the trunk of the car could only hold two bags, which meant that we had to keep the third bag in the front passenger seat. Thankfully, we only had three bags, but this was still not acceptable for a luxury ride.

Needless to say, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service and decided to cancel our return trip. Instead, we opted for an Uber ride, which was not only much nicer but also cost us less than half of what we paid for ShuttleWizard.

Overall, I would not recommend ShuttleWizard to anyone looking for a luxury ride. The car was old and beat up, the driver was not fluent in English, and the trunk could not even hold all of our bags. It was a complete waste of money, and I will never use their service again.

ShuttleWizard Disappointing Experience with ShuttleWizard: A Cautionary Tale for Transportation Needs

I recently had an experience with ShuttleWizard that left me feeling quite disappointed. My husband and I were scheduled to be picked up from Rochester, NH and taken to Manchester Regional Airport on September 16th, 2021 at 12:30pm. We had booked transportation for two people and had a total of 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. As senior citizens, my husband being 88 years old and myself being 81 years old, we were looking forward to a stress-free ride to the airport.

However, things did not go as planned. At 3:43am on the day of our scheduled pickup, we received an email informing us that our transportation had been cancelled. Unfortunately, we did not see this email until 8:00am, which left us with very little time to make alternate arrangements. This was a very stressful situation for us, especially given our age and the amount of luggage we had.

To make matters worse, it took 5 days for our refund to show up in our account. This only added to our frustration and disappointment with ShuttleWizard. We had hoped for a smooth and reliable experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Overall, I would caution others to think twice before relying on this company for transportation needs. Our experience was far from satisfactory, and we do not plan on using their services again in the future. It is important to consider all options and do your research before booking with any transportation company.

ShuttleWizard ShuttleWizard Review: Late Driver, Language Barrier, and Unsafe Driving - Not Worth the Cost

So, my family and I decided to give ShuttleWizard a try for our trip from our home, which is about 60 miles north of NYC, to JFK airport. My son, his pregnant wife, and my 4-year-old grandson were all excited to use this service, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.

First of all, the driver showed up late, which made us all a bit anxious. When he finally arrived, he barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. He told us that he had been up since 3am, which made us feel bad for him, but also worried about his ability to drive safely.

During the ride, my son had to keep talking to the driver to make sure he didn't fall asleep at the wheel. Unfortunately, he still nodded off a few times and even swerved across the lanes a few times, which was terrifying for all of us.

To make matters worse, the cost of the ride was not what we were expecting. The driver told us that we owed him an additional $55 for tolls, even though we were told by ShuttleWizard that tolls were included in the price. This was frustrating and made us feel like we were being taken advantage of.

Overall, our experience with ShuttleWizard was not a good one. We paid $176 for a ride that was not only scary but also more expensive than we were led to believe. I don't understand how this company is still in business with such poor service.

ShuttleWizard ShuttleWizard Review: Poor Customer Service and Attention to Detail

I had a recent experience with ShuttleWizard and I must say, it was quite an interesting one. I was scheduled to pick up a passenger from TPA and the fare was set at $40. However, when I received the fare details from Paulina, I noticed that they had mistakenly sent me to the wrong airport for pickup. Being the responsible driver that I am, I immediately contacted the elderly passenger to inform him that his flight was arriving at PIE and not TPA.

To my surprise, I found out that the passenger was being charged over twice the amount that ShuttleWizard was paying me! I couldn't believe it. I decided to reach out to ShuttleWizard to let them know about the mistake. But instead of thanking me for bringing the error to their attention, Paulina told me that I would now be paid $10 less while the customer's price remained the same. I was shocked and disappointed.

To make matters worse, Paulina cancelled my fare altogether! I couldn't believe it. I had done everything in my power to rectify the situation and yet, I was being punished for it. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.

Overall, my experience with ShuttleWizard was not a pleasant one. While I appreciate the convenience of their service, their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left a lot to be desired. I would caution anyone considering using their service to be aware of these issues and proceed with caution.

ShuttleWizard Terrible Experience with ShuttleWizard: Avoid at All Costs

I had a really bad experience with ShuttleWizard. I thought I was doing the right thing by booking my reservation in advance, but it turned out to be a nightmare. When we arrived at the airport, we were picked up without any issues. However, on the day of our return flight, things went downhill fast. Our flight was cancelled, and when I called to check on our pick-up time, I was told that our reservation had been cancelled because they needed confirmation of our rates. I never received a call from them, so I had no idea that there was a problem.

To make matters worse, they didn't have any shuttles available for us, even though we had paid for a shuttle for 10 people. We were left with no choice but to take Ubers, which ended up being a huge hassle. To add insult to injury, I still haven't received a refund for the shuttle that we paid for but never received.

Overall, I would strongly advise against booking with ShuttleWizard. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you want a reliable shuttle service, look elsewhere.

ShuttleWizard ShuttleWizard Review: Unprofessional Service and Lack of Communication

I gotta say, I was pretty hesitant to write this review, but I feel like I gotta let y'all know about my experience with ShuttleWizard. It didn't start off on the right foot when they asked me to pay the tip upfront when I was making my booking. I mean, come on now, isn't a tip supposed to be for good service? How can they expect me to pay it in advance? That just didn't sit right with me.

Then, when I finally arrived at Boston airport and collected my luggage, they sent me the details for the pick-up arrangements. But get this, they didn't say anything about having to walk 100 meters from the terminal to the car park where the unmarked vehicle was waiting for me. I mean, seriously? How was I supposed to know that?

I really hate to do it, but I gotta give ShuttleWizard a 1-star review. And the fact that they haven't even bothered to contact me after my trip just makes it worse. I mean, come on now, at least try to make things right with your customers.

ShuttleWizard Disappointing Experience with ShuttleWizard: Lack of Communication and Organization

I recently booked a ride with ShuttleWizard for my family of eight, which included six adults and two small kids, along with our luggage. We were traveling from Watertown, MA to Logan Airport and were excited for our family vacation. The day before our trip, we received a confirmation from ShuttleWizard stating that the van would arrive five minutes before the appointed time. This note gave us a sense of relief and we were looking forward to a smooth ride.

However, on the day of our travel, we were disappointed when the van did not arrive at the agreed time. We waited for ten minutes and then decided to call ShuttleWizard to inquire about their ETA. To our surprise, we were told that there was no vehicle of that size available in our area. This news left us feeling anxious and stressed, as we had a flight to catch.

I demanded that they provide us with two conventional vehicles immediately, and they agreed to try their best. Thankfully, they were able to find two cars and dispatched them to our location. We were relieved to finally be on our way to the airport. However, this experience had already left us feeling uneasy and stressed.

Despite the inconvenience, we were able to make it to Logan Airport just in time to catch our flight. However, the stressful start to our family vacation was not something we had anticipated. We were disappointed with the lack of communication and organization from ShuttleWizard, as we had relied on them to provide us with a reliable and stress-free ride.

Overall, our experience with ShuttleWizard was not what we had hoped for. While they were able to provide us with an alternative solution, the lack of communication and organization left us feeling uneasy and stressed. We hope that they can improve their services in the future to provide a better experience for their customers.

ShuttleWizard Unreliable drivers and poor customer service: My experience with ShuttleWizard

Had a pretty bad experience with ShuttleWizard recently. The driver we had got lost not once, but twice, even though they had a Sat/Nav system. It was pretty frustrating, especially since my wife and I had identified the correct exit in advance several times. To make matters worse, the driver even drove in reverse on a motorway after missing the exit. Despite all of this, I still gave a generous cash tip since it was the Christmas period and I wanted to be kind.

However, things only got worse on the return trip to the airport. The driver didn't show up at all, and when I called the ShuttleWizard office, they told me that the driver had been in an accident and that they would need to schedule a new car for me. I was pretty annoyed, but accidents happen, so I tried to be understanding. When I called the driver to ask what happened, he apologized and said that he forgot about the pickup since he didn't get a reminder from the office. I was pretty frustrated at this point, and when the office asked me if I could change my flight for a later departure, I decided to cancel the car altogether.

Since then, I've been trying to get in touch with customer service or management to discuss my experience, but I haven't had any luck. I've requested to speak with someone several times, but I'm still waiting for a response. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ShuttleWizard based on my experience. The drivers seem unreliable, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

ShuttleWizard Unreliable and Late: My Experience with ShuttleWizard Airport Shuttle Service

I gotta say, I'm all about having my own ride from the airport. I don't wanna mess around with ride shares or taxis that might take forever to get me where I need to go. That's why I decided to book with ShuttleWizard when I was in Nashville. I made sure to confirm my reservation a bunch of times, but when it came time for my ride, I was left high and dry.

The driver's number that I was given went straight to voicemail, and I was starting to get pretty worried. I talked to the dispatch operator, but even they couldn't get in touch with the driver. After a while, they sent a different driver to pick me up, but it was clear that they were just a Lyft driver. I ended up waiting 35 minutes after my scheduled time, and I had to pay way more than I would have if I had just taken a taxi.

To make matters worse, I was late for my meeting by about 20 minutes. If I had taken a taxi, I would have gotten there on time. When I complained to the company, all they did was apologize. That's not good enough for me. I was really annoyed by the whole thing.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ShuttleWizard. If you need a reliable ride, you're better off going with a taxi or a different service.
