TNT / damaged item
My item was damaged but TNT refused to reimburse me on the damages despite providing photos and proof of damage. They denied all responsibility. I am in the transportation industry too and know how they work. They wait 21 days before replying to you and write your a letter using a standard template to reject you. Makes my blood boil. Worst reliability and customer service ever. In fact, my item arrived one week late as well, because TNT routed it to the wrong destination. They tell me if I want to claim my delivery charges, I have to settle that with my sender, which I think is utter rubbish, as it is no fault of the sender. Have used Fedex and DHL multiple times. Never has such a problem. Avoid TNT at all costs.
