I ordered a xiaomi smartphone and several items. After one week the order was still under processing and their customer service decided to ignore me. I sent them tons of emails and always got back automatic answers stating that I have to wait. Then I found out that what I ordered wasn't in stock. Then why did you advertise those items if you had no opportunity to send them? Why did they take my order and charge me for it if initially there was nothing to send? I spent lots of days to convince them to refund. But what they do is gross.
