ShopTo Disappointing Customer Service Experience with ShopTo for Xbox One Download Code

I recently made a purchase on ShopTo (shopto.net) for a download code for Xbox One. I was pleased to see that the code arrived immediately after my purchase. However, when I tried to enter the code, it didn't work. I assumed that I had made a mistake and tried again, but to no avail. I tried one more time, but still no luck. I even went to the Xbox website to see if that would make a difference, but it didn't.

I decided to raise a support ticket on the ShopTo website, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any communication from them even after 24 hours. I tried to call their contact center, but it was down due to the coronavirus pandemic. Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to them on Twitter. I was informed that there were no timescales for an issue like this, and that they needed to send my code to their IT team. However, they also told me that their IT team doesn't work on weekends, which meant that I would have to wait for three days to play my game.

I found this to be very disappointing, especially since I had already paid for the code. It would have made more sense for the Twitter support person to just send me a new code instead of making me wait for three days. This experience has left me with a negative impression of ShopTo's customer service. I don't think I'll be buying from them again, and I'll be advising my friends and family to avoid them as well.

ShopTo Terrible Customer Service Experience with ShopTo: Rude and Unhelpful Live Chat Support

I've had a few experiences with ShopTo and I have to say, their customer service is absolutely terrible. I've had a couple of orders that were lost by Royal Mail and when I went on live chat to try and sort it out, I was met with someone who clearly had no interest in helping me at all. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and even tried to make out that it was my fault for not submitting a ticket earlier.

It would have taken them just a couple of minutes to refund me or arrange for replacements to be sent out, but instead I was stuck dealing with a total waster who was probably stoned and working from home. They didn't seem to care about helping me at all, and even tried to send auto replies pretending that they were closed.

I was really disappointed with the service I received from ShopTo, and I definitely won't be ordering any games from them again. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to have good customer service, and this experience has really put me off using them in the future. It's a shame, because I was a regular customer and they've lost out on my business and any potential profits I might have brought them.

If I were the owner of ShopTo, I would immediately sack the person who dealt with my chat. They were unbelievably rude and unhelpful, and it's clear that they don't care about their customers at all. It's a shame that a company with such potential has let themselves down in this way.

ShopTo Terrible Customer Service Experience with ShopTo: Unable to Place Order or Access Account

I had a really bad experience with ShopTo. I tried to place an order and it said I already had an account, so I tried to log in but it said my password was incorrect. I requested a password reminder but I didn't receive anything. I tried to contact customer services but I had to wait for ages to be told to do exactly what I had already done. I explained this to them but I had to wait again. They told me to set up a new account but it wouldn't let me because it said I already had an account. I had to wait again and several hours had passed and I still couldn't place an order or set up an account or access my account. They said my account was disabled due to inactivity but they couldn't reinstate it or deactivate it. Then they told me to calm down because apparently I was being aggressive when I said they weren't helping. Their site is now down and I still haven't been able to place the order. It's really disgusting. Their attitude is rude, confrontational and not at all customer service. I'm really disappointed and I won't be using them again.

ShopTo Effortless PS5 Purchase from Shopto.net - A Review

So, I got an email from Shopto.net saying they had some PS5 bundles in stock. I was pretty excited, so I went straight to their website to buy one. I was worried it might be a hassle, but it was actually pretty easy to get through the virtual queue and make my purchase.

They did warn me that if I had already bought a PS5 from them, my order would be cancelled and I'd have to pay a ?20 admin fee. I was glad I hadn't bought one from them before, so I didn't have to worry about that.

The bundle I got was priced the same as buying everything separately, so I didn't have to pay any extra. I was a bit nervous because I had to pay in full for back order stock, but the website said they had the stock, so I went for it.

I made my purchase on a Sunday and got confirmation within an hour (PayPal was instant). From then on, they kept me updated with lots of emails throughout the process. It was really helpful to know what was going on every step of the way.

The PS5 bundle arrived on Friday, just five working days after I made my purchase. That was exactly what they promised, so I was really happy with the service.

Overall, I can't fault Shopto.net. They were really clear about their rules, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered my PS5 bundle on time. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a PS5.

ShopTo Disappointing Experience with ShopTo: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on ShopTo for Batman: Arkham Knight on the 25th of June 2015. I opted for the 1-3 day delivery option, but to my dismay, I am still waiting for my item to arrive. It has been 7 days since I made the purchase, and I am yet to receive my item. I decided to check the status of my order on the website, but it only shows as "Completed". I tried to track my order, but it seems that it is not possible to do so.

I contacted my local Royal Mail sorting office to inquire about my item, but they do not have it. I then tried to raise the issue with ShopTo, but their policy is that they have to wait for 15 days before considering an item as "Lost". I raised a ticket using their internal system 9 hours ago, asking for a full refund so that I can purchase the item at Tesco and have it delivered to a store near me the next day at no additional cost. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from ShopTo, except for a "ticket" confirming that I have contacted them.

This has been a very poor experience for me, as I have used ShopTo in the past without any issues. However, I have been using Tesco much more lately, and I am not sure why I decided to go back to ShopTo. I certainly will not be using their services again. Both retailers offer the item at the same price, but Tesco has a much better service. I would gladly pay more for good service. Overall, I rate ShopTo 0 out of 5 stars for this experience.

ShopTo Positive Experience with ShopTo: My Review of Mortal Kombat 11 on PS5

I recently purchased Mortal Kombat 11 on the PS5 from ShopTo, and I must say, I was quite impressed with their service. I was lucky enough to be able to purchase the PS5 from ShopTo themselves, and it arrived on time as they stated it would. I cannot fault them for that.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I do agree that ShopTo's customer service could be a bit more sympathetic towards customers who have not received their orders or have had issues with them. However, it is important to understand that they have their processes in place, and they need to follow them. While I do feel that these processes could be improved to better serve their customers, I cannot fully fault them either. They need to protect themselves too.

If the staff at ShopTo come across as rude, it might be because they have had to deal with customers who are angry and frustrated due to issues with their orders. It is understandable that they might vent their frustration to other customers who are genuinely not wanting to cause trouble and just want their issue resolved as soon as possible. I am just speculating here, but it is something to consider.

I have since placed an order on Amazon for the same price, and I will be wanting a refund from ShopTo once Royal Mail accepts responsibility for failing to deliver my item, even though their tracking system states that the item was delivered. ShopTo should receive compensation from Royal Mail for the failed sale of goods due to this mishap, and I hope they will refund me once a resolution is made.

Overall, I had a positive experience with ShopTo, and I would recommend them to others. While there may be some issues with their customer service, I believe that they are doing their best to serve their customers and protect themselves at the same time.

ShopTo Disappointing Experience with ShopTo: Poor Tracking, Slow Support, and Impersonal Communication

I recently made a purchase from ShopTo (shopto.net) and unfortunately, I have had a less than satisfactory experience. Firstly, the tracking information provided by Royal Mail was not helpful at all. I was left in the dark about the whereabouts of my package and had to take it upon myself to chase up the delivery. This was a frustrating experience as I believe it should be the responsibility of the company to ensure timely delivery.

The chat support provided by ShopTo was painfully slow and to make matters worse, the person I was chatting with did not provide their name. This made the experience feel impersonal and unhelpful. I understand that the prices offered by ShopTo are competitive, but I would much rather pay more for decent human service.

When I reached out for guidance regarding my delayed package, I was met with a response that simply referred me to the terms and conditions. This was not helpful at all and left me feeling frustrated and confused.

To add insult to injury, I received a response from ShopTo that implied I had asked the same question 29 times. This was not the case and I found the tone and stance of the response to be poor. Additionally, ShopTo does not provide names in their online chat communications or review responses, which only adds to the impersonal nature of the experience.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with ShopTo and would not recommend them to others. While the prices may be good, the lack of helpful customer service and impersonal communication make for a frustrating experience.

ShopTo Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with ShopTo on eBay

I recently bought a Smash Bros GameCube controller and a GameCube adapter from ShopTo on the 28th of November, which was the day of release. However, it's been almost a week since I made the purchase and I haven't received any updates on the status of my order. I even received a message from the seller assuring me that my items would arrive in early December, but nothing has been dispatched yet.

After waiting for a while, I finally received the adapter, but it was already 1 and a half weeks late. Unfortunately, the controller that I needed to use with the adapter was still not dispatched. I tried contacting the seller several times to inquire about the delay, but I didn't receive any response. I even noticed that they were still selling the controller on their eBay shop, which made me wonder why they couldn't send me mine.

After waiting patiently for days, I decided to call their helpline. It took me around 30 minutes to get through, and I had to listen to the same jingle repeatedly. Finally, I was able to talk to a person who informed me that they didn't have the controller in stock anymore. I was shocked to hear this, especially since I didn't receive any email or message informing me that the item was out of stock. This is definitely not good customer service, and I can only imagine how long they would have ignored me if I hadn't called them.

I requested a refund, but I haven't received any updates yet. I even sent an email and contacted their customer service number again, but I haven't heard anything from them. This is a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend buying from ShopTo. They are definitely the worst seller I've encountered on eBay, and I suggest that you avoid them at all costs.

I recently made a purchase from ShopTo.net for a Christmas gift. However, after a few weeks, I realized that I had not received the item. I decided to contact the company through Facebook messenger to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, the customer service agent I spoke with was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

The agent accused me of lying and refused to assist me in any way. They claimed that the item had been shipped on November 17th and that the tracking information showed that it had been delivered. However, I had not received the item and was unsure where it had been delivered.

When I explained this to the agent, they simply told me to contact Royal Mail to review the delivery and GPS data. They refused to take any responsibility for the lost item and were unwilling to help me in any capacity.

I was extremely disappointed with the way that ShopTo.net handled this situation. In my experience, most retailers are willing to help when items are lost or delivered to the wrong address. However, ShopTo.net seemed to have no interest in resolving the issue or providing any assistance.

ShopTo ShopTo.net Review: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I've been using ShopTo.net for years to buy all sorts of games. I hadn't used them in a while, but when I saw that they had Horizon: Zero Dawn (Exclusive Launch Edition!) for the cheapest price, I thought I'd give it a shot. Unfortunately, that's when my problems started.

To begin with, I couldn't access my account. So I had to call their number, which costs 5p a minute, and then I had to wait almost ten minutes for someone to answer. When I finally got through, I explained that I couldn't access my account, and the support rep told me that I had an older account that I'd forgotten about. I told him that I wanted to keep the account I was trying to access, and he said he'd delete the other one. I thought that was the end of it, but I was wrong.

When I logged in to my account, I found that I couldn't change my delivery address. I contacted them through support tickets and explained my problem. Less than an hour later, they closed my account for being a duplicate. I finally managed to access my older account, but I couldn't do anything without confirming my email address, which I couldn't do because the email address had been deleted years before. I was getting frustrated and didn't want to pay more money to wait on the phone, so I looked at their eBay listing for the game, which was a little more expensive but still one of the cheapest. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

ShopTo had listed Horizon on eBay as the 'Exclusive Launch Edition'. This edition comes with DLC codes for items, as stated on their website. So I bought it. It arrived quickly, but there were no DLC codes. I had essentially paid more for a Standard Edition that they were promoting as their Exclusive Launch Edition. And they wouldn't fix the situation. They said that they don't promote the codes on eBay, but they also don't say that no codes will be received. So people would think that their 'Exclusive Launch Edition' would come with those codes.

But no. It was just a Standard Edition for me and everyone else who thought they were getting something more. I wouldn't care as much if there was even a different cover, but there wasn't. It was just a complete and utter Standard Edition being paraded as something else.

Dealing with ShopTo was a complete and utter farce, and this was the final straw. I won't be going back.

ShopTo Shopto Review: False Advertising, Abusive Staff, and Deceptive Practices

Shopto is a company that claims to offer finance with no credit check, but this is not true. They actually do a credit check, but only after they have taken your money. I found out about this when I spoke to their finance company, who told me that Shopto is using false advertising. When I confronted the staff about this, they became abusive and closed my account, which meant they could keep my money.

I also found that Shopto routinely lies about their delivery services and special offers. They make promises that they can't keep, and then blame the customer when things go wrong. They even go so far as to remove bad reviews from Trustpilot, just so they can deceive people into thinking that they are a good company.

If you don't believe me, just read the reviews from their own employees on Glassdoor. They paint a picture of a company that is poorly managed, with staff who are overworked and underpaid. It's no wonder that they treat their customers so badly.

In my opinion, Shopto is a disgraceful company that should be avoided at all costs. They are only interested in taking your money, and they will do whatever it takes to keep it. If you want to buy something online, there are plenty of other companies out there that are more trustworthy and reliable. Don't waste your time or money on Shopto.

ShopTo ShopTo (shopto.net) Review: Misleading Delivery Promise and Poor Customer Service

I was on the hunt for an Xbox Series S and my friend suggested I check out ShopTo (shopto.net). They were the only place that had it in stock, so I went ahead and made the purchase. However, I wish I had taken the time to read some reviews before doing so.

The item has been stuck in processing for days now, despite the fact that it said '24 HR DPD delivery' on the website. This is very misleading and feels like a scam. It seems like they won't actually give the parcel to DPD until they feel like it. I'm now out of pocket by 260 pounds just three days before Christmas, which is a huge disappointment.

I'm not even going to bother with their customer service after reading some of the reviews online. Instead, I'll be going directly through the PayPal resolution center. It's a shame that I had to learn this lesson the hard way, but I'll never go off word-of-mouth again or use these scammers again.

Overall, I would advise anyone to avoid ShopTo (shopto.net) at all costs. It's just not worth the risk.

ShopTo Terrible Customer Service Experience with ShopTo: Avoid at All Costs

I had a really bad experience with ShopTo (shopto.net) recently. I ordered a digital item, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it. I contacted their customer service team through Facebook Messenger to see if they could help me out. However, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I couldn't believe it when they threatened to ban me from their website if I opened a case with PayPal for non-receipt of the item. I was shocked and upset by their response, especially as I had never been abusive or aggressive towards them. All I did was use an angry emoji to express my frustration.

To make matters worse, they accused me of threatening legal action against them. I couldn't believe it! All I wanted was my digital item, and I didn't see how opening a case with PayPal could be seen as threatening legal action.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with ShopTo. I don't think I'll be using their website again in the future. Instead, I'll be looking for a more reputable company to buy from, like CDKeys or another similar website. ShopTo Mixed Experience with Shopto.net: Frustration and Delayed Response Time

I had a bit of a problem with shopto.net and I reached out to them for help. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist me and I was left feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next. After some consideration, I decided to open a case with PayPal to try and resolve the issue.

To my surprise, shopto.net reached out to me via email shortly after I opened the case. They asked me to close the case and try to work things out with them directly. They even assured me that if we couldn't come to a resolution, I could re-open the case with PayPal.

However, I soon discovered that this was not the case. You see, once you close a case with PayPal, you cannot re-open it. I was shocked and disappointed to learn this, as it seemed like shopto.net was trying to pull a fast one on me.

Despite this setback, I was eventually able to work things out with shopto.net and get my issue resolved. But it was a frustrating experience, to say the least. And to make matters worse, shopto.net took much longer than they claimed to respond to my emails. It took them three days to get back to me the first time, and five days the second time. This was despite their claim that they try to respond to customers within 24 hours.

Overall, I would say that my experience with shopto.net was mixed. While they were eventually able to help me, it was a frustrating process and I felt like they were not entirely honest with me. If you're thinking of shopping with them, just be aware that you may run into some issues along the way.

ShopTo Terrible Website and Customer Support: Avoid at All Costs

This website is an absolute joke. It's so frustrating trying to create an account, it's almost impossible. The link to connect your Amazon account doesn't even work. And the only payment option available is Paypal, which doesn't even work either. I've tried three different forms of payment on Paypal, and it still doesn't work. There's no option to use your credit card, which is a major inconvenience.

Their customer support chat is a complete joke too. They use Facebook messenger, which is another headache. It's zero help whatsoever. After trying to get some assistance, they finally asked me to create a ticket by clicking Helpdesk under My Account. But guess what? There's no Helpdesk option in My Account.

It shouldn't be this difficult to make a single purchase. The website and customer support are atrocious and need a complete overhaul. I'm so frustrated that I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

ShopTo Disappointing Experience with ShopTo: Unreliable Product and Rude Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty shocked by my experience with ShopTo. I mean, these guys are supposed to be professionals, right? But my recent purchase from them left me feeling pretty let down. I fell for one of their ads for an instant download game - it was cheaper than buying directly from Nintendo (which should have been my first clue, I guess). But when the game finally arrived three days later, the code was no good to me - I had bought it for a birthday party that had already happened.

So I reached out to their customer service team to explain the situation, and let me tell you, they were not exactly sympathetic. In fact, they were downright rude and abusive. I couldn't believe it - I had been sold a product that was useless to me, and they were treating me like I was the problem.

ShopTo Disappointing Experience with ShopTo's Customer Service and Delivery

I recently placed an order with ShopTo (shopto.net) and opted for their 24 hour tracked delivery service. Unfortunately, I did not receive any update emails regarding my order and was unable to reach them via phone as their lines were temporarily closed due to the ongoing pandemic. However, they did have a chat service available, but it was only accessible for Facebook users.

I decided to use their ticketing service to inquire about my order status and was met with a sarcastic response from someone named Aron. He stated that my order should be shipped soon and that they could only fit so much on the van. He then closed my case without providing any further information.

Feeling frustrated, I raised another ticket to ask for a proper update. Unfortunately, Aron picked up my case again and sent another sarcastic response before cancelling my order altogether.

I was so disappointed with the service I received that I decided to escalate my complaint to the CEO and even lodged a complaint with my card services as I felt that ShopTo could not be trusted with customer payments. I also reported them to their regulator for breaching distance selling regulations. Additionally, I made a formal complaint about Aron, although I doubt it will make any difference as I believe this company is a scam.

Overall, my experience with ShopTo was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was unprofessional and their communication was lacking. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid using this company in the future.

ShopTo Disappointing Experience with ShopTo: Poor Customer Support and Ordering Process

I recently had an experience with ShopTo that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Like many others, I encountered issues during the ordering process that were difficult to resolve.

One of the problems I faced was with my address. I manually entered it during checkout, but after I paid, the system changed it to one of my PayPal addresses. I immediately called customer support to try and fix the issue, but was told that nothing could be done because my order was already processing. To make matters worse, the customer support representative I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, raising their voice and then hanging up on me.

When I tried to call back, I was put on an infinite queue and couldn't get through to anyone. The next day, I contacted Royal Mail to track my order, but was told that the reference number didn't exist on their system and that the formatting was for an international reference, even though my item was meant to be delivered within the UK.

I decided to try the customer chat again, but unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was just as unprofessional as the first one. They refused to fix the issue and were snarky and dismissive.

Overall, I would not recommend ShopTo based on my experience. The customer support was unhelpful and rude, and the ordering process was frustrating and difficult to navigate.

ShopTo ShopTo.net Review: Terrible Customer Service and Late Delivery for Resident Evil 3 Remake

I was really excited to pre-order Resident Evil 3 Remake from ShopTo.net, which was supposed to be released on April 3, 2020. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when the game arrived three days late. I was really frustrated and decided to reach out to their customer service for help.

To my surprise, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. They kept responding to me with a 'thumbs up' and said that it was in Royal Mail's hands now, and they couldn't do anything about it. I was really disappointed with their lack of sympathy and professionalism, especially since they were the ones who delivered the game late in the first place.

To make matters worse, their landlines and phone numbers for help and support were unavailable for multiple days. I was really frustrated and felt like I was left in the dark with no way to get help. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had pre-ordering a game.

Unfortunately, my bad experience with ShopTo.net was not an isolated incident. A friend of mine also had a terrible experience with them. He was verbally abused by a member of staff and was scammed out of his money. He never received the item he ordered and didn't get a refund either. Instead, he received the wrong item three weeks later. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against ordering from ShopTo.net. Their customer service is rude and unprofessional, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. It's a really uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
